This was a good stay overall. The hotel offers an efficient shuttle service, which was a huge convenience for catching my flight the next day. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and provided professional and attentive service throughout. All in all, it's great value for money with excellent service, highly recommended for travelers with early morning flights. I'd give it a 90% recommendation.

This summer, the Resort Hotel provided me with a comfortable and relaxing stay, filled with thoughtful details that truly enhanced my experience. The hotel is situated across the lake from the theme park. On weekdays, there's a ferry to the park's pier every 20 minutes after 11 AM, accessible to hotel guests with their room key. At 6:55 AM, there's a shuttle bus to the park, and hotel guests have an exclusive entrance, separate from those with standard early entry passes. This significantly reduced the crowd, making entry incredibly smooth. Early access allowed me to quickly enjoy my favorite ride, the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. When I got tired around midday, I could take the shuttle back to the hotel by going down the stairs opposite the Xinwang Cafe in the town area. The hotel's restaurants were also excellent, offering both à la carte and buffet options. The atmosphere was very Disney. The hotel lobby, located on the third floor, had a pianist playing Disney-themed music with a touch of blues. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive to every guest. There's also a Fairy Godmother's shop where you can find hotel-exclusive merchandise. Each room gets one purchase opportunity per day using a QR code, and many of these special items are limited edition, adding to the emotional value for guests. From a practical standpoint, putting all the above aside, the most important aspect is the reduced waiting time and shorter travel distances, making everything much easier. The Resort Hotel allowed me to relax more, whether it was the exclusive early access, or the return ferry and shuttle. Getting good rest also helped me tackle the Mine Train again the next day. Personally, I feel that instead of spending the same amount of money on an express pass, staying at the Resort Hotel offers a comparable experience for rides plus better accommodation and service. This is my ideal holiday lifestyle. From Monday onwards, it was incredibly crowded, and many people only managed to experience three rides in a day, but I still happily enjoyed my magical time. For me, I experienced the hotel, which was warm and joyful, and I enjoyed the rides. This was a truly memorable trip!

Pros: 1. This is probably the closest well-known brand hotel to Disney. The shuttle service is excellent, with frequent trips covering Disney, the airport, and the train station (Image 1). 2. The room was clean and the staff were friendly! The minibar offered free chips and drinks, though unfortunately, it was a fixed selection of only two cans per day (Image 7). There was plenty of complimentary bottled water. Cons: 1. The room lighting was too dim, especially in the bathroom. I suggest increasing the wattage of the lights. 2. The bathroom lacked hooks or other facilities to hang clothes or towels. I highly recommend adding hooks. 3. The showerhead needs to be replaced; the spray area is too small. I suggest checking out the Courtyard by Marriott Puxi for reference. 4. The closet was narrow and long, with very little hanging space, so it couldn't accommodate many coats (Image 6). 5. It would be perfect if they could add a FamilyMart convenience store at the entrance, similar to the nearby Novotel (which even shares the same airport shuttle bus!).

This hotel is perfect for a trip to Disney. First, there's a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The earliest departure in the morning is 5:40 AM, and the latest return to the hotel at night is 10:30 PM. This is especially great for guests with Disney Early Entry passes. Remember to book at least 2 days in advance. Second, there's a free shuttle service to and from Hongqiao Railway Station. The hotel is about an hour's drive from Hongqiao Railway Station. It's about a 20-minute walk to the bus parking lot, so it's a good idea to allow plenty of time when booking your train tickets. They also offer free shuttle services to other locations. Remember to book at least 2 days in advance. Third, the service is excellent. After checking in, you can join a WeChat group. You can easily request things like an extra children's bathrobe, a foot spa bucket, or book the next day's shuttle through the group. They are very efficient and respond quickly to our requests. Fourth, besides the great soft amenities, the hotel's hardware is also impressive. One, we received a free upgrade to a cartoon-themed room this time, which made the kids very happy. Two, the mini-fridge has complimentary drinks like orange juice, Coke, Sprite, and mineral water. The first round each day is free. Three, robot delivery for room service. For travelers who are tired from their journey and don't want to go out after checking in, you can order food directly from the hotel. This time we ordered a chicken wing family bucket, and it was delivered within 30 minutes and tasted great. Four, the bathroom and toilet are very clean. The toilet even comes with disposable seat covers, which is a nice touch. One minor suggestion: I really couldn't figure out how to use the showerhead. Even after reading the instructions on the wall, I still couldn't operate it, haha. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. The attention to detail is superb. It's a very suitable hotel for families with elderly parents and children visiting Disneyland. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The place is good if you want somewhere convenient to visit the Disneyland resort. They offer the shuttle service but you should have the Chinese messenger service (WeChat) to ensure full communication. Times are pretty good, I had enjoyed the full day without having to worry about transport. They seems to allow you time after the “first” closing time at the resort, so you have some time to shop or walk around some more. They have washing machine and dryer, but I didn’t have time to use it, but they said you have to get the detergent from reception. The stay was okay, there’s some restaurants and convenience store nearby, that open until late so you are alright in getting food. The mobile signal is not great in the room, the Wi-Fi is hit and miss. The TV doesn’t work, even the time on the tv is incorrect. The windows are a great to have to aired out the room but is weirdly low / close to the bed… but thankfully they are well prepared and have added blind and curtain for extra privacy. Few downs: • The corridor does smell of strong bleach • the hairdryer is located inside the shower and it’s a wet room (although the staff had reassured me that it is a good hairdryer so you are unlikely to get electrocuted, I find it hard to believe, as it is in a room full of water / steam) • the bathroom door handle was extremely rusty • a weirdly odd space in the wardrobe, it’s ok for me as I am travelling alone. But it’s not really a usable space (eg if stuff fell down you’d struggle to retrieve it) • a big hole on the floor where the sofa is • shuttle service drop off at metro is not the entrance with elevator Overall is a good stay, can’t beat it with the price per night!

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the facilities and services. I appreciate that they allow guests to bring in takeout, which is a nice touch. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. 1) Management seemed a bit disorganized. * **Resting/Common Area:** Some people were wearing slippers, others were barefoot, and some wore socks, which made the floor feel not very clean. I suggest they follow the example of the Jinshajiang branch and provide uniform socks for everyone, which would make it feel much cleaner. * **Hot Spring Area:** Many people entered the pools without showering first. Some even wore swimsuits, bathrobes, brought towels, applied face masks, or didn't tie up their hair. 2) The dining area lighting was dim. 3) I found a dead cricket on the carpet in the accommodation area. Thankfully, it wasn't a cockroach.

I specially chose this courtyard homestay, and the overall experience far exceeded expectations. The courtyard is antique, the Chinese courtyard is quiet and elegant, away from the hustle and bustle of the roadside, living quietly and relaxed, staying in the courtyard to drink tea and rest is particularly comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the living atmosphere is full. The breakfast was very pleasant, the category was rich and balanced, the taste was delicious and the nutrition was sufficient, and the food was satisfied every day. The most intimate is the Disney exclusive shuttle bus. There are fixed pick-up times in the morning and evening. There are sufficient departure shifts. You don't have to take a taxi to enter the park and watch the fireworks. It saves time and worry. The store’s service is meticulous and thoughtful, the overall price is close to the people, and the price is super high compared to the surrounding accommodation. This is the first choice for Disney. It has been recommended to friends in the same group. I will stay again next time. It is highly recommended for five stars!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Disneyland. It's just a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, catering to everyone's tastes. What's more, they provide not only breakfast and dinner but also a late-night snack, all of which were excellent. They also have a shuttle service to the airport and subway station, always on time. When checking in, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, and every little detail made us feel so welcome. The room was very clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and housekeeping was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the fruit was fresh. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after checking out and still enjoy the dining, transportation, and luggage storage services. On the first floor, you can even make handmade fans for free. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel's fantastic butler-style service. Although visiting Disneyland was quite tiring, staying at this hotel made me feel so warm and right at home.

We stayed for several days and didn't want to check out, feeling a sense of reluctance when it was time to leave. We mainly visited Shanghai with our kids and family for Disneyland, and the hotel's hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. Most importantly, it's very close to Disneyland and the airport, and they offer reliable pick-up and drop-off services for the airport, which made our trip to Disneyland with everyone incredibly smooth. The room layout and facilities were my favorite. The king-size bed was very comfortable and spacious, and there was a large balcony. It's truly family-friendly, especially for those with children, with a swimming pool and an indoor kids' play area. The kids had fun while the parents relaxed. It's a great choice for a family vacation. We'll definitely stay here again next time.
