I booked a one-night stay at the Legoland Hotel last week for this past Tuesday. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on the day of check-in, and as soon as we entered, my child was incredibly excited and ran off to build with Legos. After checking in at the front desk, we waited for a text notification that our room was ready. While we waited, we played in the indoor playground and went down the outdoor slides. We also took a look at the splash pad where we'd be going for some water fun later in the afternoon. My child was super excited! ❤️ We received a text that our room was ready just before 3 PM, but we decided to get our swimsuits ready first and take the kids to the pool. The hotel provides a schedule of all the activity zones, and you can also check the official app for specific activities. 📣 There was a foam party at 3 PM and a brick-building water party at 4:30 PM. My child was more interested in playing in the water and spent two hours there, refusing to leave. The hotel's activities are truly abundant! 👍🏻 There's also a treasure hunt in the lobby, suitable for older children, and many other activities to participate in. 😆 The hotel room surprised us! Not only could we do a 'treasure hunt mystery' in the room, but we could also build Legos. With one king bed and one bunk bed, it was perfectly fine for me, my friend, and our two children (2 adults and 2 kids). ✌🏻🤗 The hotel's environment, cleanliness, facilities, service, entertainment activities, and the rich breakfast buffet the next day were all well worth the price. While one night wasn't cheap, the experience was truly superb! My child had a great time and kept exclaiming: 'I never thought this hotel would be so much fun!' Hahahaha~ 🥰🥳

Traveling with my kids to Legoland, my options for accommodation were limited to the official Legoland Hotel, the Hilton, or guesthouses. I was a bit hesitant to book this guesthouse-style hotel, but it turned out to be an amazing surprise with incredible attention to detail! 👍 The woman who checked us in at the front desk, a kind 'Dama' from Northeast China, was super friendly. She called us in advance to confirm our arrival time and even turned on the air conditioning for us. Both the stairs and elevator were decorated with Super Mario graphics, which my kids loved as soon as they walked in. They were even more thrilled when we got to the room, which featured Labubu decorations and a Lego brick wall, giving them plenty to play with even inside the hotel! The bathroom had a smart toilet and a makeup mirror, and the best part was that the toiletries were recognizable household brands like Pantene and Safeguard shower gel – much better than those anonymous products you find in big hotels. There were also slippers for both adults and children in the bathroom. Plus, on the third floor, there's an outdoor drying area, which was perfect for my daily laundry needs in the summer! 😀 Most guesthouses don't offer breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a restaurant the next morning. The eggs were freshly boiled by a friendly uncle, and even though I went late, there were still plenty of options like steamed buns, date cakes, sweet potatoes, corn, congee, milk, and watermelon – a truly rich spread! It felt like there were surprises around every corner. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to the park! This place is truly fantastic! 👍👍👍 I hope it continues to be this good!

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.

I booked this hotel for Legoland. To be clear, the breakfast was incredibly plentiful – the most abundant and delicious I've ever had at any Ji Hotel, especially the beef and chicken noodle soups. However, there were some drawbacks: 1. At check-in, the staff insisted I download the Ji Hotel app. I told them I booked through Ctrip, but they said it was necessary to redeem the order. I don't understand this; it's the first time I've encountered this. What's the point of booking through Ctrip then? Crucially, after downloading it, I didn't redeem any coupons, so I suspect the front desk staff have download KPIs. 2. The hotel isn't close to Legoland; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi. There was smoking in the hallways and downstairs, and the rooms often smelled strongly of smoke. There was also a fight; around 10 pm, it was very loud and lasted for half an hour without anyone stopping it, and the insults were very offensive. 3. During peak laundry hours (8-9 pm), there were long lines for laundry. One hotel staff member, an older woman, was washing and drying a pile of her own clothes, including her underwear. 4. I stayed for two days. On the second day, I asked them to clean the room. When I returned, I found clothes scattered in every corner of the room. At least other brands of clothing would fold up and put on the bed. Their service awareness is quite poor.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Legoland, and I'd like to give an objective review for everyone's reference. After reading this, you should be able to make a decision: Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are excellent. The sofa is clean, and the small partition design in the living room is brilliant, perfect for those who like to use their laptops at night. The only downside is the toilet flush, which is incredibly loud – loud enough to wake up the whole family. Even our deepest sleeper, a child, was woken up at night... Hygiene: Someone in my family has a sensitive stomach (not a bad thing, as we often eat out, but if something is bad or unclean, they immediately get an upset stomach, like a human 'tester'). After eating the hotel breakfast, they had diarrhea and watery stools. I'm not sure why, so if you have a very sensitive stomach, be careful. Others had no issues. The bleaching agent for the bedding was just right; it didn't cause any allergies but was still very clean. The only negative point is the charging area in the hotel parking lot, which reeked of urine. It was unbearable, and it felt like no one was maintaining or cleaning it! Another regrettable point is the lack of a swimming pool. However, the children's play area, though not large, is still fun and quite unique. Environment: The hotel is right next to Legoland, so its location is on par with the Legoland Hotel. A few extra steps are negligible, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with a wide variety of chain restaurants. Service: The service here is a bit lacking, especially at the front desk. On the first day of check-in, they said we couldn't check in until after 3 PM. When we went back after 3 PM, they only gave us one room (I had booked two). We went to explore the area, and they said they would call me when the room was ready, but they never did. We had to go back and ask around 8 PM, only to be told the room was ready and they had forgotten to call. Unbelievable! At one point, I went to ask, and there was an idle staff member at the same counter where I was checking in, but he didn't inform me. He told me to go to the check-in line, which was taking forever. I thought they would call, so I didn't wait, but the call never came. My package included a blind box, but they didn't give it to me during check-in. Later, I went to ask for it, and they seemed surprised and questioned me several times as if they thought I was trying to trick them. After questioning, they gave it to me, but there was no apology. It's like, if you paid for a blind box package and you don't ask for it, and they forget, you're on your own – they won't give it to you. And there was no apology for forgetting to call. It feels like there are some issues with their processes and management. Overall, because this hotel is very close to Legoland and its facilities are indeed new, I still recommend it. It's a good choice if you're coming to Legoland.

The hotel was exquisitely decorated and spotless. The service was impeccable; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping me check in even though I arrived early. They also explained the renovations of nearby shops beforehand, which was very thoughtful. The location was superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staying here was so comfortable; I'll definitely choose it again next time. Highly recommended!

Facilities: As someone who really struggles to sleep in unfamiliar beds, I was very impressed with the mattress. The showerhead was also quite good. Even though it's a newly opened hotel this year, there was absolutely no strange smell. Environment: It's just a few minutes' drive from Legoland. You can see the Legoland Hotel building clearly from the hotel entrance, right across the wheat fields. Service: The owner and staff were all warm and proactive. They've set up various kids' facilities in the lobby and right outside the entrance. The breakfast even catered to children's preferences, though I'd suggest improving the quality a bit. Overall, it's a great value-for-money choice if you're visiting Legoland.

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodation choice at the Legoland Resort. It's very close to Legoland, and the exclusive free shuttle service completely eliminated any worries about traffic or parking if we had driven ourselves. During our downtime, we could freely use the electric scooters to cruise around, which added a wonderful vibe. The room was clean and dry, well-equipped, and the living environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The service was thoughtful and meticulous; all our requests were promptly addressed. It's suitable for both adults to relax and children to play. With convenient transportation and comfortable rooms, the overall experience was impeccable. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

On my vacation to Fengjing Ancient Town, I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Jinshan for my stay, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star rating! The hotel boasts a beautiful French manor style, with a picturesque lakeside setting. The lawns and lake views, both day and night, are perfect for photos. The environment is quiet and pleasant, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and all the details are well-maintained. Staying in a lake view room, you can open the balcony and enjoy the scenery, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and staff member Shine was friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including Western pastries, as well as local specialties like xiaolongbao and other Fengjing snacks – all very delicious. The facilities are comprehensive, with a heated swimming pool, a gym, and a children's play area, making it very suitable for families traveling with kids. The location is excellent, very close to Fengjing Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Parking is free, which is great for those traveling by car. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips with children or short weekend getaways. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinshan!
