I can confidently say that my recent stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel Shanghai completely exceeded my expectations. It is evident from the moment you step in that this hotel is exceptionally well managed, delivering a flawless experience that even many luxury properties fail to achieve. First and foremost, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Every corner of our themed room, the hallways, and the public play areas were meticulously maintained, which immediately put my mind at ease. What truly set this property apart, however, was the attention to detail in the room amenities. Every single room was equipped with both a dehumidifier and an air purifier. As someone who has traveled extensively, I can confidently say that not many hotels, even five-star luxury properties, provide these essential appliances as standard. Given the local climate, this was an incredibly practical and highly appreciated touch that ensured our comfort and peace of mind. The hotel is clearly designed with families in mind, and the abundance of children’s activities was a massive highlight. Between the interactive LEGO installations, the adventure play areas, and the evening pajama dance parties, there was never a dull moment. The kids were absolutely thrilled, and it gave us parents some wonderful moments to relax, knowing they were safe and entertained. Beyond the fantastic facilities, the human element of our stay was the true standout. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. They also surprised us with small, thoughtful gifts during our stay. These little tokens showed a remarkable level of sincerity and care, proving that the management truly understands how to make guests feel valued. Whether it was the front desk team greeting us with warm smiles, the characters interacting with the kids, or the restaurant staff going out of their way to accommodate our family, the level of hospitality was outstanding. All in all, my experience at the LEGOLAND Hotel Shanghai was simply amazing. It perfectly combined the magic of the LEGO brand with top-tier hospitality, cleanliness, and family-centric amenities. For anyone who is particular about their hotel choices, this property is an absolute triumph. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning!

Everything was great during my stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A special mention for the shuttle bus, it was super convenient and always on time. It made getting around so much easier, whether to the beach, city center, or airport. No need to worry about taxis or public transport. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a hassle‑free stay!

This is hands down the best guesthouse we've ever stayed in. It perfectly balances cleanliness, comfort, warmth, and quality. The space is designed with a simple yet grand aesthetic, using natural materials, and the decor is incredibly meticulous and high-end – it's rare to see a guesthouse in China achieve such perfection. The bedding is skin-friendly and high-quality, and the bed itself is fantastic; we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. The room was quiet with no noise. The bathroom was spotless, had underfloor heating, and the lighting and storage were thoughtfully considered, creating just the right amount of comfort and tranquility. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The owner was exceptionally warm, enthusiastically explaining every little thing, and tirelessly provided free shuttle services for us. When I couldn't get tickets for Legoland, they went above and beyond to help me secure them. They also offered an amazing breakfast. All the staff were wonderful. It's truly the highest quality guesthouse one could imagine, and incredibly welcoming.

The room was pretty good, but there was no bathrobe. The service was excellent, and we got a free room upgrade. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the restaurant floor was slippery – we actually slipped! Also, there was a book left behind by a previous guest in the room, making me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping.

Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good, everything was dry and tidy. Environment: There aren't many dining options nearby, so ordering takeout is necessary. However, buying snacks is convenient. Service: Very enthusiastic, they promptly responded to and resolved any needs.

A 5-minute walk brings you to the charming water town atmosphere, while Legoland is a 15-minute drive away. A day trip to the ancient town followed by a day at the park offers a relaxed and hassle-free experience. The guesthouse features a secluded courtyard with lush greenery and elegant decor. The comfortable and airy rooms capture the gentle charm and everyday comforts of Jiangnan. Away from the hustle and bustle, only the gentle breeze and warm sunshine create a slow-paced atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Recently, they've added handmade kiln-baked bread, a unique and heartwarming experience. Slow-baked in a traditional brick kiln with fruitwood, naturally fermented and without added preservatives, every step from fermentation to baking is imbued with the warmth of handcrafting. Watching the dough slowly rise in the kiln, smelling the increasing aroma of wheat, and experiencing the warmth and fragrance of the bread upon baking is incredibly comforting. You can even participate in the baking process, transforming the rustic charm into a tangible beauty. Stay here, and you won't be in a rush. Simply stroll, savor the moment, and let life unfold gently in the sunlight.

We stayed at this LEGO-themed family hotel with our kids when visiting Legoland, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The room was packed with LEGO elements, creating an amazing atmosphere that captivated our little ones the moment they walked in. The amenities were very thoughtful: there's a public fitness area for adults to relax, and our room had a washer/dryer combo and a coffee machine, which made it super convenient for washing clothes after a long day of touring and enjoying coffee in the mornings. The backyard features a variety of play equipment for children, so kids can burn off energy without even leaving the hotel. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Jinshan North Station and Legoland, which was a huge relief since we were traveling with luggage and kids, saving us the hassle of finding a taxi. The breakfast buffet wasn't extensive, but the food was fresh and tasty, ensuring both adults and kids had a satisfying meal. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were warm and polite. It’s a truly hassle-free, one-stop solution for family fun. We're already planning to revisit Legoland and will definitely choose this hotel again. It’s perfect for families with children!

The room was clean and bright, and the greenery in the yard was fantastic. You could tell that the decoration was very thoughtful. What surprised me the most was the large swimming pool and slide. It was great! The kids had a lot of fun in the living room on the first floor. It was truly a wonderful experience with one playground after another!

This is a new hotel with brand new facilities, no lingering renovation smell, and excellent hygiene. It's conveniently located in Wufu Commercial Plaza, easy to find. It's just a two or three-minute walk from Donglin Temple (Jinshan) and Zhujing Bus Station. Taking public transport to Legoland is also very convenient. After enjoying Legoland that day, we didn't want to drive too late, so we found a hotel nearby. It was very close to Legoland and parking was convenient. We booked a twin room, and each bed was 1.5 meters wide, which was fantastic! It was spacious enough for one adult, one child, and a little one. The room was smart home, with a smart toilet, a smart speaker, and a XGIMI projector—it was so great for watching cartoons on the screen. The shower water pressure was also very strong, which is much better than hotels near Legoland. For the price, it was excellent value for money.
