Hotels in LEGOLAND RESORT, Shanghai

We arrived a little after 3 PM on Friday and were able to check in. It was summer, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was acceptable. The parking lot is inside Binfinli, requiring passing through two gates. You can park until 2 PM on the day of check-out, and there are charging stations available. As soon as you get off the elevator on the first floor, concierge staff are waiting, and their service is excellent. Check-in at the front desk was quick. We paid extra to upgrade to a suite, and the front desk staff explained everything clearly. A special shout-out to Mia; she was very enthusiastic and made the kids feel welcome. The suite was spacious enough for three mothers and their daughters. It had a king-sized bed, a bunk bed (the bottom bunk could be pulled out), and a sofa bed. The beds were moderately firm, and the air conditioning wasn't directly blowing on us. The bathroom had a bathtub but no separate shower. The room also had a treasure chest, which, when opened, revealed LEGOs. The garden-view room offered a full view of the resort, and we could even see the drone show at night. The hotel constantly had various small activities. There was an indoor climbing area on the first floor, as well as an outdoor climbing area and an outdoor pool. In the afternoon, there were bubble activities and pool parties. The kids had so much fun they didn't even want to go to the park! You can enter the park at 8:30 AM to avoid peak crowds. There's also a LEGO store in the lobby, but it doesn't offer discounts, though it has a wide variety of merchandise. The face painting on the first floor of the hotel is valid inside the park for one free touch-up, which is great. You can choose designs with LEGO elements. It costs around 100 RMB. The Adventure Lounge on the first floor of the hotel was surprisingly good, and the ice cream sold at the entrance was also delicious, at 40 RMB per scoop. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the taste was decent. There was even a dedicated self-service area for children, although it mainly offered desserts. If you're coming to Legoland, I recommend staying for a night, especially after traveling such a long distance. Plus, the kids enjoyed it more than the hotel in Chuansha! 😂

Traveling with kids to Legoland and staying at the Windsor Resort Hotel was such a heartwarming experience. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they immediately offered the children exclusive little gifts during check-in, which made my kids so happy. The room was spotless, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned, giving us complete peace of mind. The housekeeping aunties were humble and polite, always greeting us whenever we saw them, and their service was gentle and thoughtful. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus for transfers to and from nearby attractions, saving us the hassle of finding taxis and navigating. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere, making our family vacation completely stress-free. It's definitely our top choice for family trips with kids.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and satisfying. I felt this Hilton had a rare, beautiful design. The suite was perfect for a family of four; the room was spacious with an interesting layout. There were two sliding doors in the middle that provided sound insulation. The bedding was very comfortable, and the living room had a sofa bed, and more than just one sofa. Even with the sofa bed pulled out, it didn't disrupt the living space. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. They even gave our child breakfast vouchers. The restaurant was particularly noteworthy – the ambiance was beautiful, and everything was clearly organized, unlike other hotels where it can be hard to find tea or cutlery. Most importantly, the breakfast was truly delicious; everything we took was tasty, and many items were freshly made. The whole family, young and old, was very satisfied with the flavors. It's one of the few five-star hotel breakfasts worth remembering. The late-night takeout we ordered from nearby was also super delicious. I even got my favorite design from the Panda Huahua blind box, but unfortunately, the material was too heavy to take with me, which was a shame. I really loved this hotel and hope to visit again.

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.

I booked this hotel on a whim, and it turned out to be quite nice. It's very close to Fengjing Ancient Town, just a few minutes' walk away. At first, the navigation suggested a long drive, and I almost didn't want to come, but thankfully I called to inquire. The guesthouse environment was very nice; walking in felt like entering a hidden paradise. There was plenty of greenery, which was very pleasing to the eye. The room was clean and bright, and there was even a small terrace. It was very comfortable to sit and soak up the sun with a cup of coffee. Overall, I had a very good experience. The guesthouse also has a traditional earthen kiln where they bake bread. When I checked out, they were making pizza, so I ordered one to try, and it was surprisingly delicious. I've stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, and this one is quite good compared to others. There were a few minor flaws, but they didn't affect the overall experience. I give it a good review and hope the owner continues to improve.

This is a new hotel with brand new facilities, no lingering renovation smell, and excellent hygiene. It's conveniently located in Wufu Commercial Plaza, easy to find. It's just a two or three-minute walk from Donglin Temple (Jinshan) and Zhujing Bus Station. Taking public transport to Legoland is also very convenient. We stayed for one night with our child. The overall environment was bright and clean. We got a room upgrade during check-in, and we could communicate any questions or requests via WeChat with Aria. The room was spacious and had a sofa. The next day, because the pool opened at 12 PM and our child wanted to swim, they also arranged for a late check-out for us. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would come back again if we have the chance.

This holiday at the Garden B&B in Shanghai's Fragrant Town was perfect. It completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the B&B, it felt like entering a meticulously maintained secret garden—the courtyard was lush and green, filled with a subtle floral fragrance that instantly soothed me. The B&B's design was ingenious, blending the romance of European countryside with elegant Eastern details. Our room was spacious and bright, with large windows facing the garden. We were woken by the sunlight and the chirping of birds in the morning, and could see the stars at night. The facilities were also thoughtful: the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and high-quality aromatherapy products were provided, echoing the ”fragrant” theme. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Sisi, who was exceptionally kind, patient, and responsible, always ready to help. She not only enthusiastically recommended walking routes around the town but also prepared exquisite handmade breakfasts that were both beautiful and delicious. Although not far from the city center, it was as quiet as a secluded paradise, perfect for those who want a short escape from the city and enjoy peaceful moments. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely come again! Oh, and I forgot to mention how convenient it is to stay here when visiting LEGOLAND. It's only about 3 kilometers away. After a day of exploring the park, you can return to a quiet and comfortable guesthouse, and a good night's rest will leave you feeling refreshed! I booked this hotel for Legoland. To be clear, the breakfast was incredibly plentiful – the most abundant and delicious I've ever had at any Ji Hotel, especially the beef and chicken noodle soups. However, there were some drawbacks: 1. At check-in, the staff insisted I download the Ji Hotel app. I told them I booked through Ctrip, but they said it was necessary to redeem the order. I don't understand this; it's the first time I've encountered this. What's the point of booking through Ctrip then? Crucially, after downloading it, I didn't redeem any coupons, so I suspect the front desk staff have download KPIs. 2. The hotel isn't close to Legoland; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi. There was smoking in the hallways and downstairs, and the rooms often smelled strongly of smoke. There was also a fight; around 10 pm, it was very loud and lasted for half an hour without anyone stopping it, and the insults were very offensive. 3. During peak laundry hours (8-9 pm), there were long lines for laundry. One hotel staff member, an older woman, was washing and drying a pile of her own clothes, including her underwear. 4. I stayed for two days. On the second day, I asked them to clean the room. When I returned, I found clothes scattered in every corner of the room. At least other brands of clothing would fold up and put on the bed. Their service awareness is quite poor.

From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is meticulously crafted. The secluded courtyard is tranquil and soothing, far from the city's hustle and bustle yet conveniently located, within walking distance of Jinshan North Station, and incredibly easy to access for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the fresh and delicious food is absolutely amazing! 👍
