A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.

The surrounding commercial area has all the amenities you could need, with convenient dining and shopping options. Booking a river view room was a real treat! The high-floor, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered unobstructed views of the Huangpu River. In the evenings, I could enjoy the cruise ships and city lights while bathing – every photo I took looked like a masterpiece of Shanghai. The room's decor was simple yet upscale, with great natural light. The desk was large, perfect for working overtime if needed. The bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even after a tiring business day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, fully stocked with toiletries, and was spotlessly clean. The service was full of thoughtful details. The front desk staff were kind and handled check-in and check-out quickly. The nightly turndown service was attentive and thorough, and the housekeeping was meticulously done. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the quality was excellent. The high-altitude swimming pool offered a breathtaking view, and the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, perfect for unwinding after work. The hotel also had comprehensive meeting rooms and a business center, ideal for hosting clients and small discussions. Whether it's for a short business trip or a brief stay, this hotel is perfectly suited. The views, service, and facilities are all top-notch, and it offers great value for money. My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jinqiao was pretty hassle-free overall. The room was very clean, and I had no issues with discomfort. Breakfast was a standard buffet; the variety wasn't extensive, but they had all the essentials like congee, pastries, and side dishes – plenty to fill you up. The front desk staff were really helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a request, they'd assist me promptly and efficiently. Great value for money, making it a perfect spot for business trips.

The hotel was clean and tidy overall, and the lobby was very grand. My room on the 20th floor offered an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. Kitty and another front desk staff member provided warm and attentive service, making both check-in and check-out quick and easy. Perhaps because it was the weekend, the underground parking was tight around 7 or 8 PM, while the automated multi-story parking remained empty due to its small size.

The overall experience at EKA Hotel Treasure Shanghai Jinqiao exceeded my expectations. The room facilities felt high-quality, and the spacious and comfortable bathtub was a definite plus. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded my room for free upon check-in and also allowed a late check-out, which made my trip much more relaxed. The only slight drawback was the smart toilet; its responsiveness and convenience could be improved. Overall, the minor flaw doesn't detract from the experience, and the hotel's surrounding park environment is also very stylish. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 20-meter walk from Xiepulu Station on Metro Line 14. In the evening, you can take a five-minute stroll to the riverside and enjoy the night view of Yangpu Bridge. Dining options and convenience stores are also easily accessible. The front desk staff are really welcoming and always greet you warmly whenever you pass by. The room was clean and well-maintained, no issues there. For Shanghai, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's conveniently located in the Biyun International Community. I communicated with the hotel in advance about my check-in, and they assigned me a suite. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the genuine care. On weekends, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which can be booked a day in advance. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back.

The environment here is pretty good. I've been staying for a month now, and the location is super convenient. The front desk service is also excellent. It's really suitable for young people just starting out who need a short-term place to stay, and also great for someone living alone long-term.
