A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the rooms are incredibly clean with excellent amenities. The location is super convenient and surprisingly quiet. From the river view rooms, you can enjoy stunning views of the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

I've stayed at the Sheraton Binjiang Hotel multiple times. **Pros:** The most significant advantage is that it offers the best value for money among five-star hotels. Plus, it's right next to Line 14, within walking distance. The service is incredibly warm and friendly. I've stayed many times, and the service quality has always been consistently excellent; it's never varied. I'm always satisfied with my stay. Sometimes, after a tiring journey, people can be irritable when speaking, but the hotel staff always manage to de-escalate the situation. Their communication skills are truly smart! They make you feel comfortable. Furthermore, having experienced numerous five-star hotel pools across many cities, I can say that the Sheraton's pool water temperature is the most comfortable. I'm on the leaner side and tend to feel cold easily, so the Sheraton's pool temperature is very friendly for women and children alike. The indoor pool temperature is also excellent! You don't feel cold when you get out. That's why I highly recommend the Sheraton. When the hotel isn't fully booked, they often proactively upgrade guests, which is a really thoughtful gesture that truly wins you over!

Since I was celebrating my birthday, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the genuine care. On weekends, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which can be booked a day in advance. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back.

There's a washing machine in the room, and the hotel even provides laundry detergent – the service is really thoughtful. Xuhui Plaza is right next door downstairs, so dining is super convenient.
