The views outside this hotel are absolutely stunning, beyond words. Just a few steps away, you can walk to the bridge and enjoy the river scenery, especially at night – it's so beautiful you won't want to go back to your room. The room I was assigned was also very romantic, with a sloped attic window. I loved being able to lie in bed and look out the window; it's a feeling I really appreciate. The breakfast was better than some other hotels I've stayed at. While it was still pretty standard Western and Asian fare, it tasted good and was more than enough. The front desk thoughtfully provided a coffee machine and an ice maker, so you can grab a coffee or ice whenever you want, which was really convenient. My only minor issue with the room was that it was a bit humid and had a slight musty smell. However, if you're in Shanghai for a business trip and need to stay for an extended period, I actually think this place is quite suitable because the wardrobe in the room is very spacious and can easily accommodate a lot of belongings. Another small issue was that the hotel hallways were quite warm. This was especially noticeable this season; every time I left my room, the walk to the elevator felt a bit stuffy and hot. But for me, this wasn't a severe enough problem to warrant a low rating for the hotel; it's an acceptable minor drawback. One thing I found really convenient was the hotel's dedicated pick-up area. For instance, if you order takeout, get a delivery, or a rider brings something, it's placed in a designated area. You can go and check it yourself, making the whole process very easy. To be honest, this place feels more like a hybrid between a hotel and a serviced apartment. The facilities are well-suited for long-term stays, and for business trips or extended periods in Shanghai, I think it's much more convenient than a typical hotel. But I have to say it again: the location is fantastic. Seriously, the location is absolutely gorgeous. For this area, I think it's one of the best value-for-money options I've seen so far. Taking an evening stroll, the surrounding scenery is truly breathtaking. The staff are also all lovely and friendly. The only thing is they sometimes seem quite busy, so online replies can be slow, and you might have to wait a while. However, once they do reply or you communicate with them in person, you'll find everyone is very pleasant and willing to help. So, overall, my impression of this hotel is very positive. It's not without its flaws, but considering the location, price, environment, and convenience for long-term stays, I think these minor issues are perfectly acceptable. My room didn't have a microwave or an individual washing machine, but that wasn't a big deal. The kitchen staff were very kind and always happily helped me heat up food. The hotel also has a public laundry room with irons available, so even for longer stays, it doesn't feel inconvenient. What I loved most was the evening ambiance. Stepping out of the hotel at night, the riverside and surrounding scenery are truly captivating. The whole neighborhood is also very quiet, not noisy at all, making walks incredibly pleasant. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet place that's suitable for longer stays, I think this place is definitely worth considering.

Coming to Pudong New Area to visit cultural venues like the Shanghai Museum East and Shanghai Library East, choosing to stay at this Ibis hotel was truly great value for money. It's conveniently located near Fangdian Road Station on Metro Line 9, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities are generally standard, and the service is quite warm. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a small snack pack. Downsides: I stayed on the 2nd floor this time, and perhaps because it's a lower floor, the room felt quite damp and needed some ventilation to feel comfortable. Breakfast is on the 1st floor, with the restaurant connected to the lobby. The variety of food is very limited, which could definitely be improved.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the hotel is a very peaceful and relaxing place. The food was absolutely spectacular, and we slept really well. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and polite. They give you complimentary water, tea and snacks. They don’t speak much English, but with the help of a translator and their great willingness to assist, we were able to communicate very well. We highly recommend this place. It’s a wonderful place to stay and a great way to experience and discover Shanghai. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

This is my favorite hotel in Shanghai for its overall brightness and comfort. The special Dragon Boat Festival activities, like sachet making and beautiful bracelet crafting, were very fitting and thoughtful. The pillow was incredibly comfortable; even though it was a bit pricey, I decided to buy one to take back to Taiwan and try it out. They market themselves as specializing in pillows, but the selection wasn't complete, and the display models weren't available, which was a bit disappointing. They didn't even have duvets in stock, so I decided to only buy one pillow. It's also quite close to the Maglev train, which is worth experiencing.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to the Pudong International Exhibition Center and Century Park, which is super convenient for attending exhibitions and sightseeing. There are shopping malls and a subway station nearby, making transportation a breeze. The pool is fantastic, and the service is top-notch, especially Nancy's service, which truly stood out. She was diligent and responsible, genuinely friendly, and communicated with great detail and patience. She quickly understood our needs and went above and beyond to help us resolve various issues, working efficiently and reliably. Her service was perfectly balanced – attentive without being intrusive. Overall, the experience was great, and her professionalism was outstanding. A sincere thank you to Nancy for her dedicated efforts; I highly recommend this hotel.

As a running enthusiast from Chongqing, I specifically came to Shanghai's Century Park, a renowned running spot, to experience its outer loop track. The track at Century Park is indeed perfect and comfortable, offering an excellent running experience. The hotel's location is superb, very close to Century Park and also conveniently near the Maglev station. The hotel room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful, especially the dry-tossed noodles which were delicious. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay.

This hotel is my top recommendation for visiting exhibitions at the Expo; its location is superb, directly opposite the exhibition hall. The hotel has a strong artistic vibe, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite, which made for an excellent experience. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was great. As it was close to the Mid-Autumn Festival, they even gave us a box of mooncakes and offered afternoon tea, which was wonderful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai for an exhibition.

All the facilities are brand new and very clean. My colleagues and I were all satisfied with our business trip. If I come to Shanghai for a business trip again, I would definitely want to stay here.

Our stay exceeded expectations! Manager Baird was incredibly attentive and helpful; he proactively upgraded our room and even upgraded my science museum tickets to student price, which I really appreciate. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the swimming pool and gym facilities were all available for use. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As expected from a Marriott property, the quality is reliable and it offers good value for money. Definitely worth a return visit.

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, making check-in swift and hassle-free. Whenever I had questions, the staff were always patient and proactive in helping with my luggage. The attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming, and the overall service was thoughtful and impeccable, making me feel right at home.
