The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of great food options nearby. The room layout is well-designed, and it even has a washing machine with a complimentary laundry detergent packet. It's well-insulated from noise and smells fresh. There are an absurd number of cabinets and drawers, plus a washing machine, microwave, and mini-fridge, making it feel very suitable for a short-term stay. On the downside, the desk is narrower than in similar hotels, and the chair's back design isn't ideal for working. Also, the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor; you have to take the stairs from the 3rd floor upwards. Getting to my 5th-floor room was confusing the first few times. There was no Wi-Fi information in the room; I had to ask the front desk for the password. Despite these minor flaws, it's still highly recommended.

I requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted it without charging me any extra fee, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was that they also prepared a lovely gift for me to take home. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I stayed here during the May Day holiday for the Zhouyin Musical Festival. It's quite close to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel service was excellent; they even have robots to deliver food and send out packages. Overall, it was a really great stay.

Check-in and check-out were both efficient and seamless. The staff were responsive to our needs, and very kind. The room was bright and airy with no strange smells, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep every night.

The room reservation was confirmed quickly, and the official welcome email before my trip felt quite ceremonial, answering all my basic check-in information needs in advance. The hotel's location is also easy to find. Stepping into the lobby, there's an immediate comfortable atmosphere. The public areas are spacious, and the fresh air diffuser with its aroma is very calming. Both the hard furnishing and decor are of high quality, giving off an understated sense of luxury that I really appreciate! Even with many guests checking in on the weekend, the entire process was well-organized, and check-in efficiency was high. The explanations of the room and hotel facilities were very thorough. I booked a king-size bed room, and the hotel, according to my notes, arranged it in the middle of the corridor, away from the elevator and end rooms. It had been pre-treated for non-smoking, and welcome fruits were provided. The floor-to-ceiling window with a partial river view was truly fantastic! The entryway, bedroom, and sofa area are well-laid out and very spacious! All the equipment is brand new! The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the vanity is particularly great. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're attending a concert nearby! I checked the cleanliness details in advance, and they were really well done. I've stayed in five or six luxury hotels in Shanghai costing 1500+ a night, and some of their hygiene details didn't even compare to this Expo Riverside hotel. The pillows were exceptionally comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me when I'm away from home. The rebound and support were very scientific, and the duvet was breathable with no odor. The soundproofing was decent; after all, rooms are next to each other, so you can still hear loud movements like doors opening/closing or bathroom use from next door, but overall it was great! The floor staff were also very responsive and had a strong service意识 (service mindset)!

I've stayed at Jinjiang Inn multiple times. The rooms are always clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hot water is consistent. The front desk staff are patient and considerate, and check-in is efficient and quick. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and dining options. It's my first choice for business trips and travel, definitely a five-star recommendation!

The hotel's location is truly excellent. Turn left just 50 meters outside, and you're at the subway station. There's also a bus stop right by the entrance, making getting around super convenient. It's only two subway stops from the Oriental Sports Center, which was perfect for concerts – no long walks back late at night, just right off the subway and into the hotel. The room was quite clean, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, it was a great stay.
