Five-star review! It was such a stress-free experience staying at the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel with my child for their high school entrance exams. Lene at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, proactively arranging a quiet, soundproof room, providing the perfect resting environment for a student. The 'Good Luck' package for exam takers was a wonderful touch, with nutritious and delicious meals – a great omen for success! The service was attentive and thorough, and the room was clean and comfortable. This is definitely the top choice hotel for exam support stays!

Stayed here for two nights with a friend for the Arknights SoundVOLTEX concert, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were really friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and following their instructions, I even received a small gift. I accidentally overpaid at one point, but they promptly refunded the extra amount, which was very reassuring. Daily cleaning and trash disposal were always on time, and the hygiene was well-maintained. My only minor suggestion would be the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes odors dissipate slowly. It would be perfect if one could be installed. Overall, I'm very satisfied! (The bedding was put on by myself, it's a little habit of mine when traveling haha~)

The room was clean, and the hotel's proximity to the exhibition center made getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. The facilities were great, with a nice, modern design, and everything felt brand new. As for cleanliness, it was excellent – absolutely spotless.

Extremely convenient location! It's right behind Exit 17 of Longyang Road Metro Station, and super close to the Maglev. Typical Atour quality, so the bed was comfortable and the environment was great. I also really liked the reading area and the breakfast! There's still room for improvement regarding some of the cleanliness details, but I still gave it a perfect score!

This time, for my business trip to Lujiazui, I chose Xiyue, and my stay was simply perfect! 🏨 [Location | A must-have for business travelers] Working entirely in Lujiazui, the location is truly unbeatable. I'm not bothered by checking off popular spots, but the 'blue hour' by the window in my room was incredibly therapeutic 🌌. No need to deliberately find a good photo spot; just sitting there and relaxing in the evening was lovely. The value for money is excellent, costing 1,100 RMB per night. In the heart of Lujiazui, this hotel's amenities truly outclass others in its price range. 🍃 [Ambiance | Chinese minimalist, clean, and spacious] The overall style is new Chinese minimalist, with sophisticated and elegant color schemes. Both the public areas and guest rooms are new, tidy, and spacious. There are no superfluous decorations, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and calming, making it particularly suitable for business trips, relaxation, and quiet work. 🛁 [Hardware | High-spec amenities with attention to detail] All essential amenities are top-notch; no need to compromise: ▪️ Smart heated, fully automatic toilet, providing a fantastic experience. ▪️ Dyson hairdryer as standard, no need to bring your own. ▪️ Soft and thick bedding on the large bed ensures a stable and comfortable sleep. ▪️ Food delivery robot brings orders directly to the room, private and convenient. 🍴 [Facilities | No shortcomings for dining and transportation] The hotel has a Xin Rong Ji restaurant on the 25th floor, so no need to venture out for meals. Daily transportation is super convenient; taxis are usually around 10 RMB. It's a 5-minute walk to the riverside promenade 🌬️. There are plenty of cafes downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll or morning run. You can relax and unwind even while on business. 💁🏻‍♂️ [Service | Beyond expectations, attentive and thoughtful] The service throughout was gentle and appropriate, neither forced nor perfunctory. We were also treated to an exclusive afternoon tea on the 26th floor 🍰. The dessert selection was exquisite and never disappoints. Sitting by the window to chat and take photos during downtime made for some lovely, high-quality shots. Absolutely no complaints; this is definitely a hidden gem of a business hotel in Lujiazui. It has now been added to my regular list for Shanghai business trips. I'll be booking this one again next time! ✅

Our stay was excellent! Both times we've stayed here were for my child's college entrance exams, and it's always quiet, comfortable, and clean. The front desk and customer service staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, even wishing my child good luck with their exams, which felt very personal. They also offer late-night congee, which was perfect for my child studying late, providing a warm and comforting meal. Very happy with everything, five stars!

I don't know where to begin. In a nutshell, everything what expected and beyond of 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel. From staff ready to help with anything , spot on clean, service top, facilities, buffet breakfast variety and tasty food 😋,modern practical design in mind and technology implemented, location near the fastest train in the world connecting to the airport in less than 8 minutes I personally stop watched, my really genuine advice is if you travel to Shanghai do not ignore it. I can say, everything was breathtaking.

Giving a strong five-star rating to the Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Pudong! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom water pressure is excellent, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. The fitness center facilities are well-equipped, and the overall quality is absolutely top-notch. Special shout-out to Owen and Jay at the front desk. They handled my check-in efficiently and swiftly, always with warm and friendly smiles. They proactively provided details about transportation and breakfast, patiently answered all my questions, and were attentive and thoughtful throughout. They truly made for a super comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Pudong!

As a local Shanghainese, I took my child to stay at this hotel for the weekend – it also happened to be for a birthday celebration! The hotel surprised us with a delicious coconut-flavored cake 🎂, which had that authentic old Shanghai taste – so good! We purchased a hotel package that included free, unlimited access to the Kids' Adventure Playground for one adult and one child during our stay. It was a lifesaver, truly hands-free parenting! (Adults can swap turns entering the playground too). It's an indoor venue that both adults and children can enjoy! Really excellent 👍. The breakfast was incredibly rich and impressive! Definitely don't miss it! I highly recommend the laksa at the noodle station and the Shanghai soup dumplings!!! Facilities: Pretty standard, a bit old-fashioned, but all the brands used are good quality. The air conditioning works great. Hygiene: Very clean, no strange odors. Environment: There's a shopping mall right downstairs, seamlessly connected, so you don't even need to go outside. Service: Five-star, excellent!
