Hotels in Pudong New International Expo Center/World Expo Area, Shanghai

The service was exceptionally good, and they upgraded our room for free. We were very happy with the room, and the breakfast was also excellent. It's rare for me to leave a review, but this hotel truly deserves a high rating. It's also very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient!

Came to the New International Expo Center for an exhibition and chose the nearest hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and bright, and most importantly, very clean. It also had smart features for quickly turning lights on/off and opening/closing curtains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their service was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. They responded promptly to my requests, providing me with a memory foam pillow I needed and even helping me mail back an item I left behind. Overall, it was an exceptionally pleasant stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Coming to Pudong New Area to visit cultural venues like the Shanghai Museum East and Shanghai Library East, choosing to stay at this Ibis hotel was truly great value for money. It's conveniently located near Fangdian Road Station on Metro Line 9, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities are generally standard, and the service is quite warm. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a small snack pack. Downsides: I stayed on the 2nd floor this time, and perhaps because it's a lower floor, the room felt quite damp and needed some ventilation to feel comfortable. Breakfast is on the 1st floor, with the restaurant connected to the lobby. The variety of food is very limited, which could definitely be improved.

The room was clean, and the hotel's proximity to the exhibition center made getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. The facilities were great, with a nice, modern design, and everything felt brand new. As for cleanliness, it was excellent – absolutely spotless.

The room layout was well-designed and included a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. Our room was quiet as it wasn't facing the street. The front desk service was excellent; check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently.

The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was just right, and the duvet was breathable and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Check-in was very convenient. Manager Yan at the front desk was very attentive and diligent, even reminding me about a package that had arrived for me. Highly recommend!

The experience exceeded my expectations! 1. The front desk lady was very professional. Upon check-in, she provided all the necessary information, including the QR code for their WeChat enterprise account, Wi-Fi password, and transportation details. She even called to confirm when my travel companion was checking in, which shows great attention to detail! (I've seen too many ridiculous hotel news stories lately, so this was a pleasant surprise). 2. The room design, flow, and layout were very well thought out. Outlets were conveniently placed, and the light switches were intuitive. The storage space and work area were particularly impressive, perfect for two people working or one person with multiple devices. The chair was also quite comfortable. There were basically no 'feng shui' issues – the bed wasn't facing the door, and the TV wasn't directly opposite the bed. The lighting design was excellent as well; the desk lamp was comfortable, and there was no overhead bed light, yet the natural light made the room very bright. The view outside the window was also a nice surprise… My room was away from the road, and in such a bustling area, it was so quiet, I could only hear cicadas – truly wonderful. 3. Overall experience: Excellent. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and this one is pretty much flawless. Apart from the slightly stuffy air in the hallway and the elevator being a bit warm, everything else was great. Service was prompt and efficient, and the storage space was ample. It's suitable for solo travelers, friends on vacation, or business trips. Food delivery was also convenient, and the hotel guests weren't noisy (I'm saying this as a noise victim who just moved from next door…).

Overall, it was a great stay. The location is excellent, and the service was outstanding, especially how they helped my friend's elder relative open their watermelon. Free parking is a big plus, and they even have robots delivering food! The room view was also very nice. Breakfast was quite rich, and both the laundry room and gym were clean.

I've stayed at Jinjiang Inn multiple times. The rooms are always clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hot water is consistent. The front desk staff are patient and considerate, and check-in is efficient and quick. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and dining options. It's my first choice for business trips and travel, definitely a five-star recommendation!
