The room was absolutely fantastic! They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was incredibly convenient. We're a family of five and the family room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, just right. The hygiene was also great. I loved the industrial-style decor; it looked even better in person than in the pictures. The price was excellent, making it the best value-for-money hotel for an overnight stay before a flight.

Easy to access by car with convenient parking. The lobby and public facilities have a classic charm, perfectly blending with the Disney theme to create a full vacation vibe. The pool and kids' play area kept the children entertained for hours; they had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The room interior was cozy and cute; even though the caterpillar was replaced with a 'Nai Long' (cute dragon character), the kids loved it just as much. The extra-large bathroom made 'parent-child interaction' more comfortable and free. The outdoor terrace also provided a perfect space for grandma and grandpa to do their morning exercises. Highly recommend!👍

Our stay in the family room was fantastic. The environment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely perfect. It was also incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, there's a fun kids' playground and recreational facilities, and even a Disney gift shop. We'll definitely choose Rezen again next time!

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

This accommodation was in such a fantastic location and would be perfect for all types of travellers, whether you’re here for business, as a couple or travelling with a family. It’s right in the centre of a modern plaza that honestly had everything you could need — so many food options, clothing and shoe shops, drinks, supermarkets and even play areas for kids. There was always something around us! It was also a great location for visiting Disneyland and Xinchang Ancient Town. We highly recommend visiting the ancient town during the day and staying until sunset (15min drive via did one the main road from hotel) you can wander along the canals, grab some food and sit with such a beautiful view. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise. They were also really organised when it came to transport, helping arrange our pick-up and drop-off for Disneyland as well as our airport transfer, which made everything so much easier. Our room was extremely spacious, clean and modern, with a beautiful bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to our driver who took us to Disneyland and later to the airport on the 16th of July (we uploaded a photo because he had beautiful energy). He was absolutely lovely, always in high spirits, friendly and right on time. He made our journeys so enjoyable! Overall, we had such a great experience here. The location, spacious rooms, organisation and genuinely lovely service made it a really convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially if you’re visiting Disneyland!

A very comfortable courtyard; it's rare to find such accommodation in Shanghai. The facilities inside were excellent, the only downside being the automatic toilet, which was too automatic and often flipped up, making a noise. The courtyard is located on the south side of the ancient town, a remarkably quiet and elegant place (compared to the bustling main street to the north). There are many charming courtyard-style cafes and teahouses nearby, and it's very close to Nanshan Mountain. The breakfast was good; the side dishes and the small glutinous rice with yam were delicious! Finally, I must mention the service of the guesthouse staff—they were courteous, attentive, and very responsive. I'd consider staying here again when spring arrives and the flowers are in bloom.

This is the first time I’ve ever written such a long review, simply because I loved this place so much! Since my trip included a visit to Disneyland, when I saw and booked this guesthouse on Trip.com, I immediately felt confident that I made the right choice. And indeed, the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by its architectural design. The building looks like a cube of cheese, with a pure white exterior that is both unique and beautiful. Although it is a guesthouse, the facilities and services are far beyond many five-star hotels. The swimming pool is great, and sitting by the poolside was so relaxing. The front desk staff helped us check in very quickly and kindly told us that the pastries at the counter and the drinks in the fridge were complimentary. He even helped carry our luggage upstairs, which was very thoughtful. They also once arranged a free private car service for us, which made our travel even more convenient. When we entered the room, it was another pleasant surprise. The design was stylish, and the view from the window was breathtaking blue skies and lush green fields that made us feel completely at ease. If you want to order food delivery but don’t have a local phone number, you can simply ask the housekeeper for assistance. In the evening, they even prepared a lovely goodnight dessert, and the next morning, breakfast was served. Before 7:30, there were milk and sandwiches; after 7:30, a full Chinese breakfast with porridge, buns, shumai, dumplings, and more incredibly generous and delicious. If I ever return to Shanghai, I would definitely come back here again! Many thanks to the front desk staff, the housekeeper, and all the team members for their warmth and thoughtfulness, which truly made us feel at home.

The environment was excellent. The view from the 11th floor was expansive. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious and complimentary. The front desk service was exceptionally good. They also offer free shuttle service to the zoo and Disneyland, as well as airport pickup. Overall, a great experience.

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.

We stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for our family to relax after a long day out.
