Really enjoyed our stay here. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes and was always on time. They also have both large and small buses, so there was never an issue getting a seat. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We booked a duplex room with two levels, which was a lot of fun and something a little different. The industrial-style design was also really nice. We’d happily stay here again if we have an early flight or are just passing through. There was some road construction nearby during our stay, but it didn’t affect the hotel or our sleep at all. Also, excellent value for money. We usually stay at the Airport Hotel right between T1 and T2 of PVG, but that is quite pricey for a 5-6 hours of sleep.

Overall, very satisfied. The hotel has a swimming pool, and I went for a swim every night. There's a lifeguard, and the water quality is decent. Being outdoors, it's inevitable to find a few small insects, but it's not a big issue. Breakfast was good, with some variety each day, offering both Chinese and Western options. The rice noodles and 'guotiao' (flat rice noodles) I tried were both delicious. The beef burger ordered to the room was completely non-spicy and tasty, perfect for kids. The dinner hot pot buffet was also of good quality. According to my daughter, it was slightly less flavorful than the famous chain beef hot pot 'Zuo Mou', but still very enjoyable. There's a shuttle bus service to Disneyland, which is a large coach. If you get motion sickness easily, I wouldn't recommend it, as I felt quite nauseous. I heard there's also a shuttle to the city rail station, you can ask at the front desk about that. The hotel provides children's slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes. We also requested a bed rail for the night, and thanks to it, my daughter slept soundly for three nights. There's a small children's playground where kids often find playmates and can spend a long time. However, there isn't dedicated staff supervising it, and some inconsiderate parents allow their children to bring food inside. According to other kids, there was spilled yogurt in the corner near the restroom! The air conditioning in the room worked very well, and the shower was comfortable. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the hairdryer was a Laifen. The staff were all very friendly and gentle. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

24-hour self-service laundry and drying: There's self-service laundry, which is super convenient for travelers. However, there are only 4 washing machines, which feels a bit too few. Even after coming back late from Disneyland at 1 AM, there were still people doing laundry. They also need to improve the laundry baskets and bags; there aren't enough supplies. I'd suggest adding more hangers to the laundry room. Happy World Children's Paradise for fun: Kids can play here, and there's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. It's a good way to pass the time if you're relaxing at the hotel. Facilities: The hotel is still very new, and the breakfast is rich and varied. Service: The airport shuttle and the Disneyland morning/evening shuttles are very convenient. Environment: The convenience store downstairs is also very handy, and you can order takeout even late at night.

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

I was very happy with my room; it was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, offering great value for money. Dining was convenient with restaurants downstairs, and there was ample parking available, which made parking very easy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

A very comfortable courtyard; it's rare to find such accommodation in Shanghai. The facilities inside were excellent, the only downside being the automatic toilet, which was too automatic and often flipped up, making a noise. The courtyard is located on the south side of the ancient town, a remarkably quiet and elegant place (compared to the bustling main street to the north). There are many charming courtyard-style cafes and teahouses nearby, and it's very close to Nanshan Mountain. The breakfast was good; the side dishes and the small glutinous rice with yam were delicious! Finally, I must mention the service of the guesthouse staff—they were courteous, attentive, and very responsive. I'd consider staying here again when spring arrives and the flowers are in bloom.

This is the first time I’ve ever written such a long review, simply because I loved this place so much! Since my trip included a visit to Disneyland, when I saw and booked this guesthouse on Trip.com, I immediately felt confident that I made the right choice. And indeed, the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by its architectural design. The building looks like a cube of cheese, with a pure white exterior that is both unique and beautiful. Although it is a guesthouse, the facilities and services are far beyond many five-star hotels. The swimming pool is great, and sitting by the poolside was so relaxing. The front desk staff helped us check in very quickly and kindly told us that the pastries at the counter and the drinks in the fridge were complimentary. He even helped carry our luggage upstairs, which was very thoughtful. They also once arranged a free private car service for us, which made our travel even more convenient. When we entered the room, it was another pleasant surprise. The design was stylish, and the view from the window was breathtaking blue skies and lush green fields that made us feel completely at ease. If you want to order food delivery but don’t have a local phone number, you can simply ask the housekeeper for assistance. In the evening, they even prepared a lovely goodnight dessert, and the next morning, breakfast was served. Before 7:30, there were milk and sandwiches; after 7:30, a full Chinese breakfast with porridge, buns, shumai, dumplings, and more incredibly generous and delicious. If I ever return to Shanghai, I would definitely come back here again! Many thanks to the front desk staff, the housekeeper, and all the team members for their warmth and thoughtfulness, which truly made us feel at home.

The environment was excellent. The view from the 11th floor was expansive. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious and complimentary. The front desk service was exceptionally good. They also offer free shuttle service to the zoo and Disneyland, as well as airport pickup. Overall, a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shanghai Joy International Resort Hotel (Wild Animal Park). The biggest surprise was that we were upgraded to a suite, and the room was huge, modern, and very comfortable for our family. The beds were cozy, the room was clean, and everything felt quite new and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One thing we really appreciated was the hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere. The kids’ play area, late-night snacks, and the convenient shuttle services to nearby attractions made the stay very relaxing and easy with children. Breakfast also had a good variety of Chinese and Western options. We can understand why many Trip.com reviews praise the spacious rooms, attentive service, cleanliness, and shuttle services to Disneyland and Shanghai Wild Animal Park. The only downside for us was that the hotel is quite far from the main city center, so travelling into central Shanghai takes time. Apart from the location, everything else about the stay was excellent, and we would happily stay here again, especially for families visiting the Wild Animal Park or Disneyland.
