The room was absolutely fantastic! They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was incredibly convenient. We're a family of five and the family room was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, just right. The hygiene was also great. I loved the industrial-style decor; it looked even better in person than in the pictures. The price was excellent, making it the best value-for-money hotel for an overnight stay before a flight.

We stayed for several days and didn't want to check out, feeling a sense of reluctance when it was time to leave. We mainly visited Shanghai with our kids and family for Disneyland, and the hotel's hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. Most importantly, it's very close to Disneyland and the airport, and they offer reliable pick-up and drop-off services for the airport, which made our trip to Disneyland with everyone incredibly smooth. The room layout and facilities were my favorite. The king-size bed was very comfortable and spacious, and there was a large balcony. It's truly family-friendly, especially for those with children, with a swimming pool and an indoor kids' play area. The kids had fun while the parents relaxed. It's a great choice for a family vacation. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed at this hotel when visiting Disneyland. The hotel didn't have great ratings, so I didn't have high expectations, but it really exceeded them! It was very clean, had no windows, but did have a 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, making it a fully smart room.

Our stay in the family room was fantastic. The environment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely perfect. It was also incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, there's a fun kids' playground and recreational facilities, and even a Disney gift shop. We'll definitely choose Rezen again next time!

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

The parent-child room is relatively large, not as small as the ordinary standard room. The space is large and there is no sense of restraint. Children can move around freely. The room is relatively new and comes with matching children's toothbrushes and slippers. The corridor smells like decoration. The breakfast is simple but clean and enough. It is about ten minutes' walk from the zoo, which is quite convenient. However, there are limited parking spaces in the parking lot at the entrance, so parking is up to chance. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, noodle shops, KFC and so on nearby. Overall it is good and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

We stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for our family to relax after a long day out. We also liked the snacks and fresh fruits provided, which were a nice thoughtful touch during our stay. The kids especially enjoyed staying here. The front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions and requests. Communication was also smooth and efficient via WeChat, which made everything very convenient. If you’re planning a trip to Shanghai Disneyland or the wildlife park and want t save travel time, this hotel is a very good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The environment is very good, the internal facilities are very complete, the parking is convenient, and there are many foods around. Come to Suzhou for business and family travel, from the distance and travel angle of the surrounding scenic spots, the price is excellent. The front desk lady is very good, put my puppy on the first floor specially set up for pets, the hotel is very thoughtful, next time you come to Suzhou will stay

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Shanghai Wild Animal Park! After a tiring day, it's super convenient to just walk back to the hotel, saving so much time and effort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the green view outside the window was really relaxing. I especially want to commend the service; every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was welcoming with a smile and always ready to help, making you feel like an old friend. The breakfast also exceeded expectations, with both Chinese and Western options. The hot congee with side dishes and the freshly made noodles were particularly comforting. We ate well and slept comfortably. We'll definitely stay here again next time; I truly recommend it!

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.
