Excellent cosy hotel! Great value! Very clean . Well located at less than 15mins walk to the Bund. Great well thought out features in the rooms w comfy beds. The best part is that they provide a small but quality breakfast spread and fruits provided throughout the day and a nice supper nightly. We were so well fed . And a surprise gift at the end during checkup. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 nights. During my stay at the second room type, I noticed that some of the room facilities were beginning to show signs of wear, which may suggest frequent guest turnover. That said, the intelligent control system, robotic service, effective sound insulation, and Atour’s signature memory pillow were standout features that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of the nearest metro station. However, due to time constraints, we did not have the opportunity to use the metro during our trip. The building’s layout is somewhat unusual, with a wall dividing the space in the room in a way that feels inefficient. It would also be helpful if a small foldable table were provided in the room, allowing guests to place items or enjoy a snack while watching TV. There are two lifts, but one of them appears to be primarily used by office workers accessing the upper floors(hotel sharing same building with offices), which can be slightly inconvenient for hotel guests. One area for improvement is the consistency of customer service at the front desk, which varied throughout our stay.

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Shanghai. It's just a 10-minute walk to Nanjing Road and conveniently located mere meters from the subway station. The front desk service was outstanding, and complimentary drinks were offered in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and feature smart toilets. A highlight was the incredible water pressure in the shower – truly like a powerful waterfall! I initially booked for one night, but found the environment so pleasant that I extended my stay for another. Highly recommended!

Its location is unbeatable: just a short walk to major attractions like Xintiandi, Huaihai Road, and the French Concession, yet tucked away from noisy boulevards, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The executive studio was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean! I loved the well-equipped kitchenette (great for light meals) and the in-room washing machine, which made longer stays effortless. The AC was a lifesaver in Shanghai’s heat, and I appreciated the strict no-smoking policy (no lingering smells anywhere!🤩). What truly stood out was the thoughtful layout, smart storage, a comfortable workspace, and a nice bathroom. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the staff were helpful without being intrusive. Final verdict? I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central yet serene home base in Shanghai. 10/10!

The desk was very kind and helpful, for any request, like coins for the laundry 🧺, or keycard to access room. But their ability to speak English is very poor, only 1.5 out 6-10 employees are able to speak some English. The facility lack any accessibility for wheel chair, kids trolley, they have cribs and that is very helpful and good, but not always available, get confirmation from the facility first. The ladies that work on cleaning the room is very gentle, helpful and respectful. But unluckily I found one big bedbug on my bed last night of my stay, it was as long as basmati rice grain. Flat and wide, very scary to discover. Not sure where it come from, but luckily we have not been bitten. The breakfast is good and vary, it's possible to have fresh omelette, wanton soup and rice spaghetti in broth. Plates often missing and the personal are kind of sleepy but overrall they are helpful and friendly. There are only two elevators and from time to time waiting take long to arrive on your floor. Location is very close to the bund, temples, yuyuan garden, malls, Museum and shopping streets, and metro station that could easily reach train station for Suzhou, most attraction and Museum, opera/ theathers. The bund is overcrowded in the night avoid taking taxi from or to it, cause you will be stuck in traffic, try always to go on or drop off close to it but not next to it. You may waiting 10-20 minutes just to be able to drop off your cab or car ride or just move few meters every 5 minutes 😵💫

My second time here. Lovely crew,super helpful and responsive. Love that they have WeChat chat app. I like the home style comfort and 24hr security. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with family. They helped me with my deliveries too.

This hotel has good locations for those who like to walk. If you can walk for a short distance, you can get to malls and tourist spots in any directions within 5-10mins. Walk up north to HKRI mall, Starbucks and LV cruise store. Walk down south to 755 Mall. Walk left to bar street and small alleys. Walk right to nightclub and hangout spot called Found 158. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Have amenities and daily housekeeping. Very comfy bed. The staff are willing to help you even they can speak little English. They provide free 2 cans of soft drink per night. Free coffee and tea and some snack (pop corn and other snack) at the lobby. Luggage storage and laundry machines are available. You can watch movies from a projector in your room but it’s a bit hard to look for English speaking movies as all menu is in Chinese. Only thing we don’t like is toilet smell at the hallway. Overall, I’m satisfied and enjoy my stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. I really appreciated the laundry room, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The only downside was the construction and roadwork happening nearby, which was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything about the stay was wonderful, and I would still highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Homeinn Plus Hotel, and my experience was quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to many key attractions. One of the biggest highlights is its proximity to the Shanghai Metro Dashijie Station (大世界) on Line 14, which is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. This makes getting around the city effortless. Yuyuan Garden (豫园) is just one stop away, providing a glimpse into Shanghai’s historical charm. In only two stops, you can reach Lujiazui (陆家嘴), home to the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. If you’re looking to explore Jing’an Temple (静安寺), simply take the metro, and you’ll be there in no time. Additionally, the famous Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund are also close to the hotel, making it easy to visit Shanghai's most vibrant shopping and scenic spots. Whether you're in the mood for a leisurely stroll along the historic waterfront or want to explore bustling commercial streets, everything is within reach. The room was clean, though the amenities were fairly basic. One thing to keep in mind is that construction was ongoing next to the hotel during our stay. Fortunately, the hotel staff mentioned this upon check-in and kindly offered earplugs upon request, which is especially helpful for light sleepers. The mattress was firm yet comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The air conditioning was superb, keeping the room refreshingly cool. However, the flooring in our room was quite dated and made a squeaky sound when walked on, suggesting that some upkeep is needed. Similarly, the facade of the hotel could use some refreshing as well. Despite these minor aspects, I would highly recommend this hotel, as it is very convenient for exploring Shanghai’s attractions. To top it off, there are some excellent nearby restaurants, including a spot offering delicious shengjian bao (生煎包)—definitely worth trying!
