I was on a business trip, so I didn't take many photos. This is my third Kempinski in China, having previously stayed at the ones in Beijing and Guiyang. Overall, the brand's service level, dining options, and atmosphere are consistently excellent and on par with other top-tier hotels. What I liked most about this stay were the gym facilities and the variety of the breakfast. The gym had great equipment and views, and the breakfast offered fresh fruit, aromatic coffee, and even ice cream – a really good selection. When I checked in, the front desk saw I was on a business trip and, despite the hotel being full, they flexibly arranged a high-floor twin room for me, which was a nice upgrade. Regarding service, the only minor issue was when I bought breakfast for two days. For some reason, I got a discount on the first day but not the second. They said they'd look into it but I never heard back, probably because they were too busy. I have two suggestions for the room facilities: it would be great if the TV supported screen mirroring, and the toilet seat was a bit loose, which caused some noise.

Stayed for one night with a friend. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They offer a decent breakfast with both Western and Chinese choices. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free, which was very spacious. The hygiene and facilities were also good. Overall, everything was quite satisfactory. Our room was on a higher floor, offering a great night view. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located, the room was very tidy and clean, even the floor was spotless. The decor felt new, and having an elevator was a plus. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes too. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

This Airbnb are very clean and tidy,complete amenities and facilities ,especially like the washing machine with dryer. Convenient store just downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Great location,transportation was very convenient, nice customer service with fast response. Very recommended.

After a long search, I finally settled on this hotel-style apartment! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Lujiazui, next to Century Avenue, making subway travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, with 96 Square, Century Link, and Bailian Century all within walking distance. All the amenities you could need are right there. The apartment itself boasts a modern, minimalist design that's very appealing, and the 24-hour security gives great peace of mind. The room is spacious, bright, and doesn't feel cramped at all. The home appliances are very practical; it's fully equipped with a microwave, steam oven, washing machine/dryer combo, and a refrigerator, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. Outside the lobby, there's a small garden with a lawn, perfect for a stroll or letting the kids run around – it’s really nice.

Traveling with my family, this hotel definitely didn't disappoint us. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. The toiletries smell great, and the cleanliness is meticulously handled, even the corners are spotless. I especially loved the complimentary self-service tea and drink area in the lobby; both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The front desk staff, a young lady from Shanghai, was very friendly and even gave us a small pony doll, which made us very happy.

I stayed on the top floor, the 11th, and the facilities were pretty comprehensive. The front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were all very warm and their service attitude was excellent. I had also pre-purchased breakfast when booking the room, but due to personal schedule reasons, I couldn't make it to breakfast on the second and third days. When checking out, I casually asked the front desk about it, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. Soon after, I received a refund notification. I'd say their problem-solving speed and their attitude towards customers were absolutely fantastic. My 3-day stay at this hotel was very satisfying.
