This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! It's a two-bedroom with three beds, comfortably accommodating 5 to 6 people. The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to major commercial areas and river views. The entire place is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and all the amenities are complete. The washing machine works great, and the projector creates an amazing atmosphere for movies, plus the host thoughtfully provided a streaming service subscription. They sent detailed check-in instructions in advance, and any requests were promptly and attentively handled. The view from inside is expansive, and the night view is stunning. The decor is simple and cozy, and the soundproofing is good too. It's a one-stop shop for travel, dining, and entertainment, offering great value for money. Definitely my top choice when visiting Lujiazui, and I'll stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Staying at Shangri-La Shanghai was exactly what a city escape should feel like: luxurious without being fussy, courteous without feeling formal. We were on the 25th floor, and the view of the river was the best part of the day — morning light on the Huangpu, the skyline stretching out, and at night the Pearl Tower glowing just down the road. It’s quiet up there, real tranquility despite being so close to all the tourist attractions. The comfort carried through everywhere: the indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, the gym had everything we needed, and the grand lobby is lined with high-end stores if you feel like browsing. But the thing we’ll remember most is the afternoons — tea time in the lobby with a live folk music performance drifting through the space. It turns the whole lobby into something calm and beautiful. Courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a location that puts you right in the heart of Shanghai. We’ll be back.

The hotel lobby's decor is themed around the 'ginkgo' – a living fossil symbolizing longevity, resilience, and family prosperity. Isn't this a perfect lobby for showcasing Chinese culture? Upon entering the room, everything was impeccably tidy, not just clean and hygienic, but also greeted by a subtle, pleasant aroma – perhaps the unique scent of Shanghai. What truly touched me was after breakfast; I wanted to take some back to my room, and a kind young man working in the restaurant (likely a student on holiday) graciously helped me carry my tray all the way to my room door. Such thoughtful service, absolutely commendable! 👍👍 Now, regarding the hotel's location: it's on Nanyangjing Road, just about a 2-minute walk from Exit 3 of Fangdian Road Metro Station on Line 9, right across the street. How convenient is that? Plus, directly opposite the hotel is the 'Guimanlong' restaurant, whose signature dish features three tender, fresh green crabs – a single bite fills your mouth with incredible umami…! I will definitely return to stay here if I get the chance, and I'd like to thank all the hotel staff again for their meticulous and warm service! Wishing you a prosperous business and abundant wealth! ❤❤

After a long search, I finally settled on this Hanting hotel due to its convenient location. My stay was great! I was given a quiet room with a window, and it had all the basic amenities. It was an excellent value for one night, and the front desk staff were also very good.

This trip to Shanghai Lujiazui, I chose to stay at the Citadines Lujiazui Shanghai, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I must give a huge shout-out to the front desk staff. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was quite tired from traveling with my luggage. The front desk staff greeted me with a constant smile, and their demeanor was both gentle and professional. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. They also thoughtfully informed me of the breakfast hours, laundry room location, and nearby transportation routes. Since my itinerary meant I arrived early and couldn't check in immediately, the front desk kindly stored my luggage for free and even offered complimentary bottled water. These thoughtful details were very heartwarming. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the滨江步道 (riverside promenade), and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view overlooking the Lujiazui skyline and the Huangpu River night view. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the wet/dry separated bathroom was a pleasure to use. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest for business travelers. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a self-service laundry room and a gym, both catering well to business travel needs. The breakfast selection was rich, offering a good mix of both Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff were always ready to answer questions and responded to requests promptly and considerately. Their service was warm and not rigid. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money in the Lujiazui area is exceptional. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting 'The Magic City'.

We booked the Kempinski for Children's Day, hoping to create a wonderful memory for our child. As a popular spot for its 'influencer-worthy' pool, the Kempinski truly lives up to its reputation. It has a distinct beauty both day and night, and I really felt the charm of Shanghai. The driver told me that many people come specifically to take photos of the hotel with the Oriental Pearl Tower – it’s a classic shot. Now for a few minor issues: Our room had a great view (as shown in the picture), but the bathroom felt a bit dated and wasn't ideal. For a bubble bath, the water pressure wasn't strong enough, and the bubbles didn't quite materialize. This is a small point. Also, I found the Black Forest cake to be just average. However, the burger we ordered for in-room dining (Picture 7) was absolutely delicious! It was huge, and I ate the whole thing. It came with truffle mayonnaise, and the patty was firm and juicy – highly, highly recommended! The price was definitely 'Kempinski-level,' but the taste, like private chef quality, was excellent. I asked for an extra children's amenity kit for the room, and they provided a small bag that even included a Children's Day toy (Picture 14). I also bought some ice cream, chocolates, and macarons from the lobby. The ice cream was the best – the strawberry flavor I had even had large pieces of real strawberry, which was a pleasant surprise! Ms. Julia Li was incredibly thoughtful and suggested I place the order through Dianping, showing great consideration for the customer. Big kudos to her! She was the only one who told me this, despite me buying items three times, so a special thank you!

This hotel is excellent – very new, quiet, and well-equipped. I especially liked that I could see the availability of washers and dryers on the TV in my room. It's also very close to Lujiazui. The only downside is that driving in and out can be a bit tricky. The internal roads within the complex (not the main city roads) are quite convoluted, which can be confusing for first-time visitors.

Had a really pleasant stay at Yitel Collection during my trip to Shanghai. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good soundproofing and a cozy bed after long days of exploring the city. The location was also very convenient, close to metro stations, restaurants, convenience stores, and many popular attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service felt professional. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and how well-maintained everything was. One thing I really enjoyed about staying in China was how convenient daily life feels — mobile payments are easy everywhere, food delivery is fast, public transport is efficient, and there are many affordable food options nearby at any hour. Shanghai especially feels very safe, modern, and vibrant, both during the day and at night. Overall, this hotel offered great value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The location is super convenient, right above Ximei United Plaza, and directly accessible from Dongchang Road Station on Metro Line 2, making it easy to get to Lujiazui and the Bund. I stayed in a Garden Deluxe King Room. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and practical. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light, the bedding was comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows available. The breakfast selection was rich, including a live noodle station, and the staff were quick to replenish items. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, making for an overall smooth experience. Although the gym is small, it's well-equipped. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing could be better, but that's a small issue compared to its many positives. The value for money in the Lujiazui area is highly competitive, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is great, right at the intersection, but be careful not to navigate to another hotel with the same name. I initially took a taxi to the wrong place... The room is a bit small, but for this price in Shanghai, where every inch is precious, I can't really complain. At least it's very clean and the amenities are complete. The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear people walking by in the hallway.

This time I took the baby family to stay at this homestay hotel. The overall experience directly exceeded expectations. I must praise it seriously! The proprietress was very kind and caring. She sent detailed check-in guidelines in advance. There was no need to register at the store. The procedures were very fast and there was no impatience throughout the whole process. The room was cleaned, there was no dust on the ground and bathroom dead ends, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the baby was completely relieved. The space is spacious and not depressing, the window is well lit, the ventilation is transparent and there is no stuffy smell, the quality of toiletries is online, the hot water is stable, the water temperature is just right, and the baby does not need to be adjusted repeatedly for bathing. The supporting facilities are especially familiar with the family with children. There are small stools for children to wash their hands. The towels are divided into sizes. There is also a disposable toilet pad, and the details are full. The public area is quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, the children take a nap, rest at night without interruption, the downstairs is convenient, and the meal and shopping are just a few steps away. If you have any small problems during your stay, find the boss, reply in time to deal with it, treat people sincerely, there is no invisible consumption, and the price is particularly high. The whole family lived comfortably, and it was too worry-free to choose here with the baby. I will come back next time I travel with my family. I really recommend it to all my mothers!

My overall experience at the eLong Anyun Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Minsheng Road Metro Station branch) was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Minsheng Road Metro Station on Line 6, making daily commutes incredibly easy. The room was meticulously cleaned, very hygienic, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very good night's sleep. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and efficient. The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was fast, and the facilities were comprehensive. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For the Lujiazui area, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is generally good, and the location is quite convenient. However, the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room on the 4th floor need improvement. They might be a bit old, as the washing and drying are not ideal. The kitchen hygiene also needs improvement, and the microwave is completely unusable 😓

The front desk staff (both the gentleman and the lady) were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures, no discrepancies at all. It's incredibly good value for money, I highly recommend it! They even offered free luggage storage after check-out. There were 4 bottles of water in the room, and since I drink a lot of water, I casually mentioned it to the front desk, and the lady immediately brought up another four bottles, haha! They really treated me like a water buffalo! It was a very satisfying stay, and the price was excellent. If I'm ever in the area for business again, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you to the owner!

The room is small, but fine for a one-night stay. There are sometimes odors in the room, like toilet or cooking fumes. The soundproofing is definitely poor, depending on who lives next door. Since it's located near a side street, residential area, and park, I didn't hear any noise.
