Totally recommend this appart hotel ! You have a nice well equiped kitchen, the breakfast was okay and the view from the 18th floor is beautiful.
The only downside was the insulation as we had a very loud neighbour but after telling the reception they managed to deal with him so we could sleep.
There’s a mall in front of the hotel that has it all and a well animated street nearby where you can find anything you want.

I’d recommend staying in this hotel. The location is super convenient. Surroundings are some of the popular destinations. There are few malls around to go shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast is great, huge variety of options. Room service was also amazing, delicious and it was also delivered within 30 minutes. The room is clean and spacious. And my room had a great view as well.

Enjoyed the stay a lot! The room was very neat and nice. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff brought little snacks each day. They were also very helpful with every question and accommodating. It's a 10/10 hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was incredible. When I check in they wanted me to upgrade my room for a fee (about $45 US) but I figured, all the room have great views. I doesn’t matter if I had a city view. It was still incredible. The pool, spa, steam room and sauna were clean enough. Around the steam room there was a permanent pee odor in one of the showers. That should be improved. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. The hotel is big and the restaurant seems inadequate to handle this much people at a times. Maybe they could open another restaurant to handle peak hours. The room was clean and had a large number of amenities. The TV set is a bit too small for the room. This was a great stay. The Grand Hyatt is a good option is you want to stay near the bund.

The hotel suits our family’s needs: with a kitchen and laundry inside of our 2 bedroom suite. Its location is also great with direct subway access. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with choices and quality.

We stayed at the executive lounge and is genuinely one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The room was flawless, the staff despite the language barrier were incredibly lovely and kind and the view we had of the city was like no other. Breakfast was very nice and is a close distance to any of the major tourist attractions. We will certainly return back him when we come back to Shanghai!

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai Pudong with my family and elderly parents this time truly maximized our 'vacation happiness'! The hotel's location is absolutely stunning. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can admire Lujiazui's dazzling skyline. By day, the Oriental Pearl Tower and the financial district complement each other; by night, leaning against the railing, you can take in the glittering splendor of the Huangpu River. My parents took so many photos of the view, repeatedly saying, 'This view is unforgettable for a lifetime.'
The service was incredibly heartwarming and attentive to every detail. From the doorman promptly taking our luggage when we arrived, to the front desk quickly processing our check-in and patiently explaining the facilities, and even room service helping us with our takeout – the entire experience was thoughtful yet unobtrusive, perfectly catering to the needs of a family trip. I especially want to praise the Executive Lounge – the thoughtful provision of five meals a day was ideal for families! The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, and the exquisite desserts at afternoon tea, along with the hot dishes and drinks at dinner, made my parents comfortable and saved us the hassle of searching for restaurants everywhere. It was truly excellent value for money.
The room amenities also exuded quality. The bedding was so soft that you'd want to fall asleep as soon as you touched it. The double vanity in the bathroom meant my family could get ready without feeling crowded, and the view outside transformed the room into a 'viewing platform.' This staycation was fantastic. Thanks to Lydia for her service and the little gift.

This hotel is undoubtedly the best choice for visiting the Orsay exhibition at the Pudong Art Museum from Nanjing. First, it's incredibly close – practically next door, so you can just walk over. When you're tired from viewing, you can immediately return to your room to relax. Second, they offer an amazing exhibition package: a river view room, double breakfast, and two tickets for the museum's evening session, allowing entry from 5:00 PM – what a great deal! As a five-star hotel, all the other amenities and services are excellent. The Chinese restaurant has good food; it would be even better if there were more dish options. The breakfast at the first-floor restaurant is also very good. The reception staff, both ladies and gentlemen, are all very warm, friendly, and provide incredibly meticulous and thoughtful service – a definite thumbs up!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Pudian Road Station (Line 2, Exit 6). However, because it's a busy area with many traffic lights and narrow sidewalks, it's not very convenient when dragging luggage. The Yuxingji restaurant next to the hotel serves delicious crab roe noodles and xiaolongbao; it has three floors, so you generally don't need to queue. There are also malls and convenience stores nearby, which is quite convenient. For food delivery, you can pick it up from the front desk on the 5th floor yourself or have a robot deliver it to your room door.
However, one unsatisfactory aspect was the poorly managed laundry room. Since there was no staff supervision, when I wanted to use a machine, all three washing machines had finished cycles, but no one came to collect their clothes. There was also no staff to help move washed clothes aside so other guests could use the machines. I also heard from other guests that the dryers were inefficient; even after three 30-minute high-heat cycles, clothes were still not dry. Consequently, I waited twice for others to finish, but they all said their clothes weren't dry and needed more drying, refusing to vacate the machines. I had no choice but to take my wet clothes back to my room to air dry. This left me with a rather unpleasant experience...
Overall, though, I would still recommend this hotel if you plan to visit areas like the city center or The Bund.

The hotel is as photos showed. Room was nice and clean, they have a robot to send foods when you have any food delivery. They offer parcel collection services too. Location is good not too far from the centre, but need to change transit to the line 2 for all attractions. The hotel just one road away from MRT. You can get out from MRT Fangdian road (exit 3)

MM37091****The room was incredibly quiet, allowing me to sleep in comfortably until I naturally woke up. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was very generous with a good variety of choices. Dining options around the hotel are super convenient; you can walk to the Dai-Ichi Takashimaya department store in just 20 minutes to enjoy some shopping and dining!

XXiaobaobei521The hotel offers a pleasant environment and is easy to locate, just about a 10-minute walk from the subway. Its proximity to attractions like The Bund, the Natural History Museum, and the Romance Park is a big plus. The place was spotlessly clean. The service provided by the staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

LLaladaiI booked this hotel because my dad was staying at Renji Hospital. It was great overall. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the service was quite decent. I would definitely book here again. My only minor suggestion is regarding the laundry facilities – there are only two washer-dryers in total, which felt a bit limited. It would be a good improvement if they could add a couple more.

HHuanqiuchiziGlobal BabyJ Hotel Shanghai Tower: A Five-Star Experience Above the Clouds
My stay at the J Hotel Shanghai Tower, located in China's tallest building, completely redefined my expectations for luxury hotels and became the most unforgettable memory of my trip to Shanghai. As a landmark hotel rooted in the heart of Lujiazui, its panoramic views are unparalleled – stepping into the guest room, the Huangpu River unfurls like a silk ribbon before your eyes. The spires of the Bund's architectural complex and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower's orb are perfectly framed together. By day, it's the vibrant pulse of a bustling city; by night, a dazzling spectacle of a million lights. Even just sitting quietly by the window is a pure delight.
The meticulous service touched my heart at every turn. Upon arrival, the doorman swiftly took my luggage, and I didn't have to lift a finger throughout. Check-in at the front desk took only 3 minutes, accompanied by iced lemonade and a customized gift with the hotel's logo – this thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to front desk staff Xu Zilin and Gu Bowen for their warm welcome during check-in, and to Li Jiayin and Sui Wenjun for the lovely postcard gift 🎁 during check-out.
The room design blends both quality and practicality. Light grey furnishings paired with walnut wood furniture exude understated luxury. The high-thread-count bedding is skin-friendly, allowing for instant relaxation the moment you lie down. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries have a delicate woody scent. Even the shower water temperature maintains precise consistency – every detail is perfect. The breakfast restaurant on the 101st floor was an even greater surprise. The freshly ordered Shanghai soup dumplings were incredibly flavorful, paired with a freshly brewed latte, overlooking the city in the morning light, starting the day full of energy.
Upon departure, the concierge proactively helped me pre-register my vehicle, saving me 120 RMB in parking fees. Such an experience is suitable for both business travelers and family vacations. The J Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Shanghai!

SsololovepeaceEasy to locate even if taking public transport. Surrounding is nice with some eateries near the metro station.
The hotel room occupy one whole level of the residential apartment. I went on a weekday and quite fully occupied.
The place very nicely decorated like a museum / palace but please tidy up the place a bit. And maybe make the Basement level elevator inaccessible to guests. Because I had a scare when the lift open the door at basement which is a store room.
The room is not sound proof . Ok for a short stay.
Service staff at reception can be more enthusiastic and cheerful. Overall this is a ok place to stay. Recommended .

Ddbfans20134I'm very satisfied. Miss Zhao, the manager at the front desk, was especially friendly. I was supposed to fly to Hong Kong but got stranded due to Typhoon Saola, so I stayed a few extra days here. It felt just like home. The front desk can also hold luggage. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business.

JJingjingguniang7377I stay here once or twice a month, usually booked by my company. I even booked it myself during the summer holiday when I brought my kids along. The location is quite convenient. The facilities are simple but functional, and the cleanliness is excellent. The bedding is comfortable and soft, and the mattress has just the right firmness. The only minor drawback is the soundproofing; noises from the adjacent rooms are often quite audible late at night. Subway Lines 2 and 9 are very close by, and there are many great food options in the area. I particularly enjoy dining at Lujiazui Center due to the diverse choices. Afterwards, a stroll to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower makes for a lovely evening. I don't have any photos of the room, so here are a few food pictures instead.

ZZhaotangtangtongxueThis is a great hotel! The lobby is spacious and comfortable for relaxing. The shower has excellent water pressure and a very comfortable temperature. The bedding is clean and tidy, clearly showing the effort of the cleaning staff. For this price, it's really good value within Shanghai's Inner Ring. Housekeeper Xiao Su provided very warm and courteous service. I'm very satisfied!

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to stay. The staff is very good and enthusiastic. It is a hotel with a high cost performance. I will come back next time.
