Hotels in Lujiazui Area, Shanghai

A very nice hotel with great metro access. This hotel is well placed with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away. The metro is great to navigate around the tourist attractions of the city. Most of the main tourist attractions could be reached in 20 minutes using the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large room by Chinese standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also close to a number of local restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also only a short distance to a nice walking area along the promenade at the river. A great place for a morning run if like me that’s something you enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative to this hotel is that there is a KTX (Chinese Karaoke) next to it. I heard some noise in the evening, but nothing that overly disturbed me and it did seem to get quiet later in the evening when most would be sleeping.

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel comes with common laundry area with washing machine and dryer - a very useful features and the staff will help to put them in dryer if you indicated that drying is required after washing. Will certainly book this hotel again in my next visit to Shanghai. 洗衣服务很好，强烈推荐大家入住。

It was a typhoon day, but the room was very warm. The front desk guy was very nice. Seeing that we brought children, he upgraded the room. We could clearly see the three-piece suit~ The service staff were very enthusiastic and the experience was superb👍🏻 Come here for the Egyptian exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. You can go directly to the city center and the airport by subway. The only regret is that the swimming pool is so-so...

Nice hotel. Well designed with Chinese architectural features. Robot delivery to your room for food. However, the bathroom was still wet when we entered and there was rust leaking from the door. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Nice team, no excuses and very proactive. Great place to stay for business or vacation. Close to nice places and parks. No need for a car if you enjoy walking. Metro station line 6 is too close to the hotel. 50 minutes walking to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre). Nice Chinese noodle restaurants 3 minutes walking. It's important to have aliplay to make things. Thanks for the amazing experience during these 8 nights. I hope to be back soon.

Service is excellent. Given room upgrade for my 4 nights stay. The facilities are a bit old but functional and clean. There are good breakfast shops behind the hotel and shopping just opposite. The only issue is the distance to metro station is far, not easily accessible.

It's a 5-minute walk to the Children's Medical Center for medical treatment. There is a Walmart supermarket 200 meters away. The hotel also has self-service laundry and drying, which is quite convenient. The King-size bed room I stayed in had a comfortable mattress. The downside is that the room is not big overall. There is nothing but a desk, an aisle, and a dry and wet separated bathroom. It is not as big as the marked 28 square meters. Next door is a municipal cleaning team or something like that. There are noises from the team working very early. If you get up late, you will feel that your rest is affected. This time I got up early with my child, so I felt it was okay.

Hotel location is convenience , room is big, clean and comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. The Riverview is amazing.

Facilities: OK Hygiene: OK Environment: OK Service: OK Very close to the subway station and Shanghai Bund, and the snacks nearby are also good, suitable for business trips and travel; the breakfast is average, the air conditioner outdoor unit is a bit loud, and it is not recommended for people with high sleep requirements.

We stayed here in Jan 2024 and they accepted foreigners. Reception was super helpful when checking in, helped us get our luggage after a delayed plane. Overall the people were all very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were very clean, our room was perfect and no smoke smell. location is nearby to many restaurants and convenience stores. Only a 20 minute ride into downtown area. Good stay at a budget price, would recommend.
