Excellent cosy hotel! Great value! Very clean . Well located at less than 15mins walk to the Bund. Great well thought out features in the rooms w comfy beds. The best part is that they provide a small but quality breakfast spread and fruits provided throughout the day and a nice supper nightly. We were so well fed . And a surprise gift at the end during checkup. Highly recommended!

The location is incredibly convenient, with most places just about 1 kilometer away. For food delivery or express services, the front desk arranges for a robot to bring them directly to your room. While self-service laundry usually means you do it yourself, here, the front desk handles it for you. You just need to write down your requests on a note. Your clothes are washed and hung outside your room door before 8 AM the next morning, perfectly clean and smelling wonderful. I had absolutely no complaints during my stay; their attention to detail in service was truly exceptional.

Very central, very clean hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. Many places are within a walking distance.  The breakfast is 90% Chinese oriented. A good coffee machine would be great. The coffee is really not good quality. Tea had a very weak taste and a few other sorts would have been better. Only one sort.

The hotel is well located, close to Dashijie station and the Xintiandi area. The front desk and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room is a bit outdated, but the room and the kitchen are complete. The breakfast has not many options, but for me, it was ok. This place will be my first choice next time going to Shanghai.

- location is not bad ~ close to Laoximen metro around 5 mins, close to tourist attractions (The Bund, People’s Square, Yuyuan Garden, East Nanjing) - friendly staff who is communicate in English - Room tv was not working (only have sound) - when it was raining, the water dripped a bit from the ceiling near the window side but it’s ok if close the curtain Overall good

My second time here. Lovely crew,super helpful and responsive. Love that they have WeChat chat app. I like the home style comfort and 24hr security. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with family. They helped me with my deliveries too.

This hotel has good locations for those who like to walk. If you can walk for a short distance, you can get to malls and tourist spots in any directions within 5-10mins. Walk up north to HKRI mall, Starbucks and LV cruise store. Walk down south to 755 Mall. Walk left to bar street and small alleys. Walk right to nightclub and hangout spot called Found 158. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Have amenities and daily housekeeping. Very comfy bed. The staff are willing to help you even they can speak little English. They provide free 2 cans of soft drink per night. Free coffee and tea and some snack (pop corn and other snack) at the lobby. Luggage storage and laundry machines are available. You can watch movies from a projector in your room but it’s a bit hard to look for English speaking movies as all menu is in Chinese. Only thing we don’t like is toilet smell at the hallway. Overall, I’m satisfied and enjoy my stay in this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping. I really appreciated the laundry room, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The only downside was the construction and roadwork happening nearby, which was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, everything about the stay was wonderful, and I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, easy to reach, 5-7 min walking from 2 different metro stations that give you a lot of options for exploring the city and connections to both airports. (I arrived at Hongqiao and left from Pudong and it was easy to use the metro to go to and from Campanile) Many options for food and drinks as well (caffes, bars) around. The room was clean and quiet. Very satisfied with my stay here!

Excellent value for money. The location is great, just about 50 meters from the subway entrance. The environment was very pleasant, and the service was also good. The soundproofing, however, was a bit lacking, and the TV only offered standard channels without a screen mirroring option.
