staff were excellent from front desk to dining hall and room service. we got an upgrade on a minimal sum with a promotion which the reception shared with us there. we wouldn't have known about it. i would recommend this place and stay with the chain again if i ever get the chance to come again. the location was great. all walking distance to sightseeing and shopping strip along jingan. on a side note, i stayed with at least 3 Atour hotels this past 10 days in China and they were all comfortable and welcoming. loved all. they really take into consideration the kids and have tiny bedroom slippers for children unlike most European or American chains.

We had very good stay in this Pullman. Well located close metro, shopping mall and Tizinfang small streets. Front office was always very helpfull with any request i raised. Especially Zhou Kang help us to find for us one specific exhibicionismus in shanghai. Also Thanks to him we got our room earlier and it really helped us to survive our first day after long journey. Swimming pool is good one, reasonable size, just bring cap. We also liked Executive lounge with good variety of foods and drinks. Breakfast server till 10:30 also helped ;-). I can only recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and efficient service. Hot tea upon arrival. You can simply inquire or request anything on WeChat and they will send a robot up with things you need or your takeaways. Room was clean. 10 mins walk to big shopping malls. Had a good stay, highly recommended.

Great stay overall. Rooms have bath tub, which was super comfy to jump inside after long walks in the city. Great breakers as well. As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

Location: it is mostly 25-30 RMB DiDi ride, less than 30 mins travel time away from key attractions such as 豫园，外滩 etc, pretty convenient. Only downside is that google GPS may not pick up the hotel accurately.(might be phone issue?) Cleanliness: Generally clean, cleaner missed out some rubbish, but other than that it is fine, there is also a namecard given for direct feedback with cleaner & I always see 1 cleaner on the floor so it is quite easy to get things settled. Service & amenities: Receptionists are helpful, they also help with laundry (switching from wash to dryer) which saves hassle. Washing machine and dry capacity is big! Breakfast food is decent. There is also robot delivery to hotel room/storage lockers for delivery at first floor. Others: View is pretty ok, quiet area away from city bustle.

Stayed for 3 nights and felt very good. The quiet yard has osmanthus trees, flowers and plants. Sitting at the small table under the umbrella shed and listening to the parrots is so comfortable. You can also park for free in the yard, which is really great! The room decoration and equipment are very new, the socket arrangement is very reasonable, there are bedside tables, tables, water tables, and bathrooms, and there is a small refrigerator in the room, which is very good for cold drinks in summer. The hotel waiters are very good, patient and considerate. The breakfast is very rich, the restaurant layout is also very interesting, and there is a sewing machine! The location is good and travel is very convenient. The children don’t want to leave after staying here. They said they must stay in the terrace room next time to experience it.

The room is large and spacious. The electric curtains and smart toilet are very modern. There is also a coffee machine in the room. The two lockers are particularly large and can hold several pieces of luggage. The bedding and toiletries are very good. Breakfast was at the KFC downstairs. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many celebrity residences and check-in spots. It is about half an hour’s taxi ride from Shanghai Station and Hongqiao Station, and about 15 minutes’ walk from the subway. The restaurant in the hotel has business set menu and mushroom chicken set menu, which is very convenient. The downside is that the toilet cannot be flushed cleanly in one flush and there is water leakage under the wash basin. During the stay, I wanted to add a quilt and was initially told to pay 250 yuan. Later, after asking for instructions, they asked for 100 yuan for cleaning fee but ultimately did not add any. The service attitude is very good and we checked in early. The public space of the hotel is very large, there are few people and it is quiet in a busy place.

Hotel staff are very responsive and understanding; thank you for the quick response about my clothings. Location is incredibly good for metro wise, but not as great when calling for Didi as the default pin is along the yellow lined street, especially during peak hours. Clean as always for Atour hotels.

It was a nice hotel to stay, close to the train station and walking distance to a lot of local shops and restaurants. The hotel entrance is a bit inconvenient to get to, but someone was at the entrance to help us with carrying the suitcases to the lift. The reception is on the 6th floor. There are laundromat available and you can rent vinyls to your room, just need to pay the deposit. The room is spacious and has everything we need. The bed was comfortable, I personally don't like soft beds and it was perfectly fine. The staff doesn't speak English at all but they were helpful and we managed to communicate with them with just google translate. We also like that their checkout time is later than most hotels and we also get to leave our suitcases there to explore more of the city before our departure.
