Got supper and breakfast, it’s super convenient especially if you are going to Disneyland, they provide free shuttle and plus added guide service for a fee, so you can have fun without worrying about getting lost in the big park. After your trip hotel will also ask if you need foot bath and provide for you for free.
Going to airport after is also carefree with the free shuttle so 100% recommend.

The room was very spacious and clean, making our stay super comfortable. The front desk staff provided great service and were very helpful.
The hotel also offers shuttle bus services to the airport and Disneyland, which made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

The room was very clean. We were a family of three and went to Disneyland. We were too tired at night, so we stayed for another day. The room was equipped with smart appliances. If you order takeout, the hotel has a robot that can deliver it to the door of the room. You don't have to go downstairs to get it. It's very convenient. The hotel staff is also very friendly. If you go to Disneyland, you can stay here. It's not far away.

This is a very good hotel for those who want to visit shanghai disneyland with a reasonable rate
The room is clean , spacious enough , a proper air cond system , good amenities
The breakfast is simple but quiet satisfying , they also provide free shuttle bus to and from disneyland and pudong airport
All the staffs are very friendly and very helpfull
They provide a free service laundry as well
They also provide a home style chinese cuisine for your dinner , and the taste is very good with a reasonable price

We have stayed at the Vienna Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. The shuttle bus service is efficient and reliable, making airport transfers hassle-free. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful stay before or after a flight.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast is quite good, offering a nice selection of food to start the day. A luggage scale in the lobby is a great touch for weighing bags before heading to the airport.
The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food and amenities directly to your room, which is a fun and convenient feature. Additionally, there are shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a few minutes away, making it easy to grab essentials or a meal nearby.
On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, making it a great value for an airport hotel. Whenever we fly from Shanghai, this will continue to be our go-to stay. Highly recommended!

A very good hotel. If you want to go to Disney or Shanghai Wild Animal Park, it is very convenient to stay here.
The environment is really good, and it lives up to the name of ”garden”. The facilities are relatively new, and the room is well equipped, including smart toilets, refrigerators, etc. The bedding, showers, and toiletries are also relatively comfortable.
The design of the lobby is very distinctive, and the open-air lobby is very grand. The executive lounge and outdoor swimming pool are also quite atmospheric~

Highly recommended hotel! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
Initially, our booked airport transfer mistakenly took us to their sister hotel, which was 3 km away. However, the staff at Chuxin Moshe’s sister hotel quickly arranged a free transfer to the correct location, ensuring a smooth resolution. Despite the language barrier, communication was not an issue, and they handled everything efficiently.
One of the highlights was the complimentary daily shuttle service to Disneyland, with multiple departure and return time options to fit our schedule.
The front office team was outstanding—truly going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They definitely deserve recognition for their excellent service.

We are satisfied overall. Hotel has free shuttle service. There are convenient store, KFC and starbucks coffee outside the hotel. We germt tired of the bfast of the hotel. The same menu every day. 😅

The hotel is new and clean, and the front desk staff is very friendly
There is a Disney shuttle bus that goes directly to Disney
The breakfast is delicious, and you won't feel hungry after eating a full meal to play in Disney for a whole morning
And I must praise this outdoor private bath
The bath is quite large. It's cold, but it doesn't prevent me from taking a comfortable hot bath every day. Facing the big tree in the yard, watching the steam rising, it's so comfortable, my family, it completely relieved my pain from walking 20,000+ steps in Disney

When I asked the child what she enjoyed most during the past few days, she ranked this B&B before Disney! You can imagine how much it appeals to children!

The environment is very quiet, the price is not expensive, and the boss personally provides Disney services. The price/performance ratio is definitely the best in the surrounding area. Many B&Bs in the surrounding area say they provide it, but in fact they let you work. Second bus, this is delivered by the boss himself in a private car. By the way, boss, I also have a Jitu Express, which is arriving today. Please check it at the front desk and pick it up later. Thank you, boss.

Apparently only a 1 way either to Disneyland or from disneyland is available per night of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights so we get 3 trips. But we went to Disneyland for 2 days. So we needed 4 trips. The owner was kind enough to give us a free trip back. If not it will be charged at 25 CNY per trip.
Amenities
We booked the romantic long room. There are 3 types of this room with different names. The room floor area is large but almost 50% is outdoor space.
We could not switch off the lights for the first night as we could not find the switches. It was actually hidden behind one of the bed frames.
The visible switches were not in use.
The smart function of the lighting's covered 50% of the lights and 50% of lights were manual
There is NO HEATING even in winter. It is NORMAL for shanghai.
But the toilets were too much. There was no heated lights no heater in the toilet area. No space to hang clothes. The toilet is not opaque/ no curtains. Strictly meant for couples. No privacy.
The toilet bowl was heated and that was nice. It has a bidet function.
No hand soap at the basin but we brought our own soap so we simply switch out the soap to use as hand soap.
We could not figure out the setting but there might be heating? For the overall room. There was a thermostat that was set at 30 degree Celsius but overall still cold
Some inbuilt furniture looks old and worn out but you won't use it so it is fine.
Cupboard
Hanging area was limited but it has a canopy of sorts so we hanged it around there. So no issues with this
Bed
2 pillows per person was provided.
Comfortable
Under the bed was clean.
Floor space
Limited as 50% was outdoor
Kudos to cleaning under the bed
I put 50% of my luggage on walking area and 50% under the bed
My fiancé placed his on the side of the bed
Furniture
1 chair 1 table inside the room
2 chairs and 1 table outside the room on the verandah
Too cold to use but the owner did decorate the verandah with nice walkways and sweet walls
There is a nice and long countertop below the TV which was great for putting stuff
The room was airy
Breakfast was hot and filling. No variety. Same for all 3 days that we were there. 7 to 9am only.

I was greeted by Cindy and had several interactions with her during my stay. Each time she went out of her way to make sure that I was understood and received what I needed. The room was clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. This is my new go to hotel when arriving we’re leaving from Pudong Airport.

AAnonymous UserThere was a young lady at the front desk on the first floor. Her attitude was very good, but maybe it was a pity that the air conditioner was not turned on in the public area. It was extremely hot as soon as I entered the door, and the air conditioner in the room was not turned on for an hour in advance before it was turned down. The curtains of the Starry Sky Room we booked were drawn so that we could not see the sky at all, and there was no view at all outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Most of the tenants are Disney tourists who leave early and come home late. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and noisy.

🙋🏻♀️ The housekeeper is very caring, and there are questions and answers. Shanghai is really hot. When I checked in, I learned that the housekeeper turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance. I love her so much. ♥️
💡 B&B really has everything, small to band-aid 🩹, big to washing machine refrigerator, here I wash the dirty clothes of the whole family! The big swimming pool in the yard is very happy for my children! A family of young and old have a good time in the pool ⸝⸝ ᷇࿀ ᷆⸝⸝ There are a lot of beautiful flowers in the yard I don't know 😻
🚌 The location of the homestay is very good, about ten minutes away from Disney, the store has a free shuttle bus to pick us up at Disney, the homestay provides a fragrant breakfast, the warm breakfast aunt and the shuttle uncle bring a good mood before departure '͜'
