Pudong Airport transfer service: The value for money is really good. Hygiene: Relatively tidy and clean, exceeding expectations. Environment: The space feels quite comfortable once you enter. Facilities: Has everything you need! No need for kids and seniors to sleep at the airport overnight. At this price, I'd definitely stay here again!

The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms.

The room was great, clean and hygienic. The staff did a thorough and careful job cleaning and were also very enthusiastic. Early park access (up to 1 hour before opening): An hour can make a big difference, definitely worth it. Round-trip shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney Town: Convenient and fast, with frequent departures. The bus stop is much closer than the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot.

The room was spotless, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, with great attention to detail. It was quiet and undisturbed, yet you could still feel the warmth of their hospitality. For example, they provided bath bags and bath salts, and in the evenings, there was a complimentary white fungus soup for a late-night dessert. The gardens are exceptionally beautiful; they're not just a quick setup but clearly built with time, resources, and cost in mind, creating a real sense of ambiance with seasonal flowers. The main building, Mudan Building (Peony Building), is grand and opulent, and everything works together, like the Jingui Building (Golden Osmanthus Building) and Yulan Building (Magnolia Building). I wonder if the designer intended to evoke the meaning of 'gold and jade filling the hall' (a Chinese idiom for wealth and prosperity). Either way, it was an incredibly satisfying trip!

Wonderful Pet-Friendly Stay Near the Airport I stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an amazing experience. The property is genuinely pet-friendly, which made traveling with my cat so much easier. The front desk staff Xiaohu were incredibly kind and helpful—I had just arrived and didn’t have a Chinese phone number yet, and she went out of her way to help me order cat litter. That small gesture made a huge difference. The room itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a small private yard connected to it—it made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The location is also perfect for travelers, especially those needing quick access to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Comprehensive, with robot delivery service that's quite fast. Cleanliness: Excellent, very well-maintained. Environment: Spacious, clean, and roomy, with large windows offering great views and good soundproofing. Service: The staff attitude is very good, and service is prompt.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

I travel with my family and I truly recommend this hotel to those who wants to go to Shanghai Disneyland. The location is strategic and hotel also provided a shuttle to Disneyland and drop/pick-up from airport/train station, so u can save a lot in transportation. As a muslim, i found it convenient as the hotel also provide a muslim food section during breakfast and there are variety of food that i can choose which is muslim friendly. My 7yo daughter totally love this hotel as they have a kid section during breakfast and provide a free cotton candy. Another plus point is the hotel provide a laundromat service which is very convenient for a family like me. There are also halal restaurants nearby and u can just use Didi to go to the restaurant. Overall I totally satisfied and definitely will stay here again in future if i ever come back to Shanghai. The staff hotel was superb and very polite.

Overall, I think the hotel experience was quite good. Even though we arrived at the hotel after 9 PM on a Friday night, as repeat guests, the hotel gave us a signed photo of Chip 'n' Dale. However, my dissatisfaction this time stems from Trip.com. I had contacted the hotel through the Trip.com platform in advance to ask if they could arrange a small celebratory cake for our wedding anniversary and provide a higher-floor room. Trip.com never responded. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they hadn't received any of my requests. If we had arrived earlier, we might have been able to get a higher-floor room, but since we arrived so late, only a second-floor room was available, and it was a 'tail-end' room, incredibly far from everything. I've used Trip.com for so long, always thinking it was cheap and convenient, so this was genuinely disappointing. **Early Park Access (up to 1 hour prior to opening):** You can enter the park an hour early, but it depends on your room key card. You need the red key card. We brought the wrong one and had to rush to the service center, which took a long time. I think this is a bit unnecessarily complicated. **Shuttle Bus/Wishing Star Lake Ferry:** The ferry is very convenient, direct point-to-point, and gets you to the hotel quickly. The biggest surprise was being able to watch the Halloween fireworks from the hotel balcony. Plus, hotel parking is free, you just need to show your reservation.

This hotel experience was truly amazing! My feet were killing me after a day at Disneyland, and to my surprise, the room was equipped with a foot bath and mugwort packets. Soaking my feet really helped. The hotel offers frequent shuttle buses to Disneyland, which is incredibly convenient. They go directly without detours and don't pick up guests from other hotels along the way, saving a lot of time. The staff's service attitude was excellent. They helped us receive packages and food deliveries, and even assisted with sending out a package, which was very thoughtful. When they learned our child was asleep and we wouldn't make the check-out time, they proactively extended it for us, showing great understanding. The hotel also has parent-child activity classes and a playground, which my child absolutely loved. The location is also very close to Disneyland, about a 15-minute drive. Overall, everything was well-arranged. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
