Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s at a convenient location, within walking distance to the bund. The metro isn’t too far either. Really enjoyed our room and the amenities offered. From the heated toilet, to the tea, laundry and gym, this place offered a lot! Breakfast was delicious and included many different options. Staff were helpful and made sure we were satisfied. Would recommend!

Location is great, directly at Nanjing road and close to metro station (East Nanijng Road - Exit 4). Room is nice and clean. Service not so good, like other hotels in this class in China. For example, no support with luggage, rest rooms in the lobby have been dirty, welcome package was in the room at the third day, prices for late checkout seemed to be set randomly (first 500 CNY then 700 CNY). The room is clean and location is great. Service is also excellent as the hotel did their best to accommodate our request. Will definitely stay here again when I am back

I was impressed with this hotel, all the staffs are friendly. They always say 你好 every time. And when I was staying there it's corresponding to my birthday, I'm outside all day and when I'm back to my room I saw a little cake and the candle with a Happy Birthday's note on the table. I really appreciated what they do so much and the cake was delicious. And when I checked out they give me a beautiful hand cream and thank you note again. So I will definitely be back again.

The hotel is very conveniently located to Nanjing Road which is a very popular tourist destination. It is surrounded by many eateries and bubble teas as well. Lovely place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained as well.

Service has been excellent, we arrived earlier in the morning and not only were we given an upgrade, we got the room earlier when we went to deposit our luggage at 8-9am. Pleasant stay, great location near to many fab eateries and shopping street. But not for those who may be sensitive to noise/ as we could hear the cars. But not too bothered really.

Heard a lot of good things about Atour, I can now confirm it is really good! The beds are very comfortable. The front office is helpful, although none of the staff members spoke English, they had a translating device that worked really well. Room comes with amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, water bottles, tea, slippers. I enjoyed breakfast a lot (mostly savory options as we are in Asia) Hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes from entrance 5 of the metro. All in all, perfect stay. Hotel is in perfect condition!

Location is great, they provide laundry soaps/laundry machine which is great. Breakfast is so so. We had a room overlooking a side alley and we changed the room. The passage to the new room was wet and dripping, there was mold. It was actually disgusting to see that. Our stay was ok, i do not want to bash them, but surely it is not good health wise for your clients to sleep in a moldy place. The staff are ok.

The accommodation is located in a narrow little street, which may seem intimidating at first, but there is no need to worry – it’s completely safe. It’s also close to the city center, with everything easily accessible. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have never experienced such room service anywhere else. The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works well.

I was initially hesitant to book this hotel due to some negative reviews, but after my stay, I can confidently say that I have no regrets. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. The front desk lady who assisted with my check-in was attentive to every detail and even went out of her way to help me carry my luggage to the room, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff, especially Ms. 兰知, was also very friendly and caring throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, the room rates are reasonable, and the overall service quality is commendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
