**5/5 – Nearly Perfect, Minor Medical Oversight** Our stay at holiday inn Hongqiao was exceptional—luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and a prime location. The only hiccup was a slight delay in responding to a medical request (asking for the nearest hospital location). However, once addressed, the staff were apologetic and accommodating. Despite this small oversight, the overall experience was outstanding, and we’d gladly return! **Highly recommend!**

Hotel is clean . Located close to railway station and subway. Front desk is helpful and kind. Luggage storage for free. Night snack, bar with beverages for free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Shanghai Jing'an district. I Loved my stay.

Rooms are **clean, quiet, and comfy**—great soundproofing from airport noise. Staff is **helpful and English-friendly**. Breakfast has **both Chinese and Western options**. The hotel was exceptional! It was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist my wife and I and offered us an upgraded room, a breakfast for each of us, two free drinks on arrival and extended check out time to 2pm and free parking (all free of charge). This experience will make me choose Holiday Inn wherever I can when travelling.

Stay was good, clean good atmosphere, perfect location close to metro and exhibition center service staaf was good thanks to Maggie zhao the beautiful lady at the reception very helpful 🥰

There are many shops and malls around, we can get to the malls either by walking distance or taking Metro train for another two stops at line 7 and come to Cao Yang Station.

We were going for a 4D3N trip for my birthday. The room was nice in a comfortable size and with a great view. The location is perfect to me and very convenient. It is walkable distance to the Bund along with many popular shops. It will be nicer if more amenities would be provided, eg. comb, toothbrushes. The water overflowed in the shower room while I was taking shower the next morning of our arrival unfortunately. I called the Service Center and the act quickly. The technician came right away checking. In another 5 mins, staff Dylan came for a room change with an upgrade. Dylan is professional and considerate. He checked my preferences of room even for the upgrade.

According to name, I assume the hotel link more to the lake, which is located on the opposite site of the park and further steps... We booked for going to Haicheng Ocean Park, that was very convenient. There is no shuttle service but taxi ride is quite convenient and fast to be fair. Staff did not speak English, not even try to speak English, always denied and did not understand a word. Room was big. Play Corner for kid was OK. Breakfast was variety. Freshly made omelette was delicious. We communicated with hotel before we arrived about a special arrangement for our son's birthday... They promised a cake, but didn't get it. Asked at reception, none know about arrangements at all.

The hotel manager, Clement, was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. He promptly and efficiently addressed all of our needs. The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The amenities matched the descriptions on the website and in our booking, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's service was exceptional, and our entire experience was fantastic.

I stayed here three times in a row every time i am back to shanghai for work, i will always stay in Xuhui especially at Hauxia Holiday inn and this is because of the comfort i get while stay at it, the service is amazing including the concierge, the staff the front desk, there is a delivery center which can help you collect your packages and food, BOB huang showed great service and gifted me with cards which can be exchanged for drinks and fruits, Jeddi zhang helped me with my luggages with a big smile in his face, and Zhnag jizhe afforded me with a beautiful view while choosing a room, there is a well equipped 24 h laundry room and gymnasium, i always and will stay here, if you have work to do in Xuhui, stay at huaxia, metro station is very close which gives you access to many spots in the city,
