Extremely satisfied! The hotel concierge was incredibly helpful and proactive, assisting me with my luggage all the way to the lobby. The front desk staff were all smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient – no long waits at all. They also took the time to introduce the hotel's facilities, amenities, breakfast area, and basic floor plan. Even better, I hadn't done much research for this trip and asked about routes to a few attractions. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and offered some great suggestions, which saved me a lot of trouble. The room was very clean, and I loved the soft bedding. The front desk staff even upgraded my room to a higher floor, which offered a wonderfully comfortable view. This hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
