Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao

Hongqiao District
Once again staying at the Xiangyuan Hilton in Hongqiao, Shanghai, everything went smoothly. The hotel is located near the Caohejing Development Zone, which can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes, making it convenient for travelling to work. The front desk service was great. I was greeted with a friendly manner and arranged for a nice room. The hygiene of the room was very clean, the linens were very neat, even the cups showed signs of careful cleaning. I enjoyed the gym facilities at this hotel, the variety of equipment was very good for my fitness needs. Overall, a very satisfying stay and would like to return again when opportunity arises
Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport

Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center
I recently took my children to Shanghai for a trip. I heard that the newly opened Hilton Hotel at Hongqiao Airport has a good environment, so I moved in with great expectations. There were some minor episodes at first. T2 is not the distance from the navigation to the hotel. It is actually 7 kilometers. It takes 30 minutes to bypass the airport. However, because of the staff's answers when I called for consultation (full guidance, various solutions, really patient!!), I still arrived smoothly. After checking in, the smell of the new decoration in the room made us retreat again, and then we contacted the staff who helped us before, and he quickly coordinated to change us to a high-rise view room. The moment we opened the door of the new room, the child excitedly rushed to the French window, pointing at the lights in the distance and dancing, and the smell of the room was obviously fresher, so we dared to stay. I thought the problem was solved, but I didn't expect surprises one after another: not only did he carefully ask about our itinerary, but he also recommended parent-child friendly attractions and restaurants, and even personally delivered it to the floor when we ordered takeout. What's more heartwarming is that before checking out the next day, a beautifully packaged chocolate was specially sent, saying it was a small gift for Goddess Day. From the initial regret, to being touched by the meticulous care, this stay has become the warmest memory of the trip. Hotels may be common, but it is rare to have a team that can provide services that touch the hearts of guests.
Hilton Shanghai City Center

Jing'an District/West Nanjing Road
This is a new hilton hotel with extremely large size rooms. The room is clean and well organized. I feel so comfortable to live there. The hotel is only 30mins away from hongqiao airport and 40mins away from Disney. And it is near the yongkang road, yuyuan road  and the busy area. The location is so great.

Sheshan, Songjiang University Town
Amazing room and view, great experience and ten outta ten service. In addition, I had some problems to check into other hotels due to troubles with communication, but Hilton’s English line helped a lot and I was able to check in without any problems. Great breakfast as always, full of variety, this experience makes we want to stay in Hiltons more.
Hilton Shanghai Fengxian Qiansheng

Fengxian Development Zone
The Hilton Fengxiang Shanghai emerges as a breathtaking oasis, gracefully nestled within a picturesque countryside adorned with lakes and bridges, crafting a nearly magical ambiance. The hotel's architecture is inviting, boasting a sparkling cleanliness that extends from its wide entrance to the expansive and supremely comfortable rooms. However, it primarily caters to a Chinese clientele, evidenced by the significant language barrier as almost none of the staff speak English. This aspect may challenge guests hoping to explore the surroundings, given the hotel's seclusion and the necessity to commute by taxi to the nearest town or further to central Shanghai, the train station, and the airport. The dining experience, while offering a rich and fresh breakfast tailored more towards local tastes, reveals operational surprises during dinner times at its three restaurants, where the staff often seem unprepared for guests, resulting in lengthy waits for meals. Despite these hiccups, the food quality remains high throughout the stay. The hotel's serene environment, often quiet during the week, provides an ideal setting for relaxation, mindfulness, and sensory enjoyment. Yet, the atmosphere shifts dramatically during events like weekend seminars when the hotel fills to capacity. For visitors engaged with the nearby industrial zone, the Hilton Fengxiang Shanghai offers an excellent retreat for evening relaxation and morning meetings. Nevertheless, Western tourists seeking a vacation spot may find the hotel less accommodating unless they speak Chinese or have a specific reason for their stay, prompting them to reconsider their choice.
