My best friend and I took our two kids to Disneyland and stayed at this hotel overnight. The environment was fantastic! The front desk kindly upgraded us to a themed twin room when they saw we were traveling with children. The kids absolutely loved the room, especially as it featured a Nai Long character and a little tent inside. As soon as we walked in, they exclaimed how lovely it was!
Food delivery was also super convenient, with a robot bringing orders directly to our room. The breakfast spread was very rich, and the kids all enjoyed it. This hotel was truly excellent value for money! My best friend kept praising it, commending me on finding such a great place.
Oh, and the service was fantastic too. They even offered shuttle bicycles for guests. When we left, we had arranged a car via the regional transport service. The car we booked had an 'Anhui A' license plate, and seeing a vehicle from our hometown felt very familiar and comforting. We also discovered on this trip that the regional line gets you to Hongqiao Station in just thirty minutes.
Overall, it was a superb experience! Definitely a five-star rating!

· Located at the edge of the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone in Pudong New Area, right next to Nanpu Bridge. The location is excellent for business travelers working in Lujiazui, Pudong Yaohan, and surrounding areas.
· Convenient subway access: Very close to Tangqiao Station on Metro Line 4, about a 3-5 minute walk. Line 4 is a circular line, making it easy to transfer to other lines. It's very convenient for reaching Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station, Jing'an Temple, People's Square, and more.
1. **Excellent Location**: In the core area of Pudong, right next to Tangqiao Station on Metro Line 4, offering extremely convenient transportation.
2. **Brand Assurance**: As a Marriott Group brand, it guarantees a basic standard of service and facilities.
3. **Great Value for Money**: The price is relatively affordable compared to other hotels in similar locations.
4. **Convenient Surroundings**: There are convenience stores, snack shops, and a mall nearby, making daily life very convenient.
It's a dated hotel. The common areas were unremarkable, and both room facilities and service were just average. For 847 RMB a night on a Saturday, I'd expect more, as it's not a cheap hotel. Cleanliness, however, was acceptable.
This was the first time I've encountered a minibar where everything was chargeable, and the prices weren't cheap either. There were also snacks with no prices listed, so I didn't dare touch them. Maybe I'm just out of touch, but most other hotels like Intercontinental, Indigo, and Shangri-La don't charge for minibar items.
Toothbrushes and combs were not provided; you either had to ask for them or bring your own. The front desk didn't inform me of this, and if they weren't delivered promptly, I had to call again to request them.
Check-in was at 2 PM, but when I arrived, no rooms were ready. I completed the check-in process and left my number, told I would be called once the room was ready after a priority cleaning. By 3:30 PM, I still hadn't received a call. I went back, waited a bit, then inquired, and only then was told the room was ready. I finally checked in past 3:40 PM.
A short while later, a plate of fruit (one banana, one peach, one pear) was delivered quite unceremoniously; the person just put it down and left. I wasn't sure if it was an apology gesture or simply a welcome fruit.
Is this really how five-star hotels operate in a major city like Shanghai? 😂
The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the curtains weren't very good at blocking out light.
Being on a high floor, the room was quiet, but the view was just average.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just 800 meters from the subway station. They also offer a very convenient shuttle service to Disneyland. Check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and the service was impeccable. The air conditioning in the room was already on when I arrived, making it wonderfully comfortable right away. The room was clean and tidy, and there was even a thoughtful welcome card. Breakfast the next day was incredibly generous, and the dining experience was excellent. Overall, a highly satisfying stay, and I will definitely be back! 👍
Overall, it's a decent option. There aren't many great hotels to choose from when visiting Legoland, and this one offers much better value for money compared to the Legoland Hotel. The facilities and breakfast were pretty standard. It's quite convenient to order takeout, and a robot delivers it right to your room. There's a shuttle bus service to and from Legoland; apparently, there are two morning departures to the park and one afternoon return trip. However, I don't think the timings are very well thought out. For instance, the return shuttle departs at 7 PM, which is the same time the park closes. I think they could stagger the times better. Also, I arrived at the hotel late that day, and when I tried to book the shuttle to Legoland for the next day, I was informed it was fully booked, so I couldn't reserve a spot.
When I checked in, it might be because of the agent that the data was not pushed in time. Ctrip’s confirmation text message said that it had received the check-in information half an hour later. It seems that the agent I found is not good... I booked a standard room and a king-size bed room. When I took the room card upstairs, there were two king-size beds. I was speechless... It took me a long time to go downstairs to change. I sat in the room with my family for a while and felt too hot, so I notified the room service to get a thin blanket. When I opened the blanket on the bed, I found the dirt that was easily reminiscent of the derivative after strenuous exercise (see picture)... I was overwhelmed. Fortunately, my daughter brought the quilt from school in the car and used it to cover herself (see picture). Having said so much, what I mean is that I am unlucky. I met temporary workers...
