I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cordis and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. Overall, everything from the service to the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality stay and genuinely caring hospitality.

Taking advantage of the drone + fireworks show of Baoshan Cruise Cultural Tourism Festival on the evening of April 30, I booked the Eden Cordis Hotel in Wusongkou ten days in advance. I didn't expect that the relatively cost-effective fireworks river view rooms were all sold out when I booked, leaving only the executive river view suites and basic city view rooms that were sold at double the price. Adhering to the style of Shanghai Zuo Ningga, I chose the most basic room without hesitation, and the price of only one breakfast was almost doubled. I praised the service awareness of the receptionist at the door, and took the initiative to help open the door and put the luggage. My father's legs and feet were inconvenient, so he helped. It was around three o'clock when I checked in. I talked to the front desk manager Karry about whether I could upgrade. It was not the first time I stayed at Cordis. The little brother said helplessly that it was really full tonight, and helped a room to upgrade to a city view room in the executive building. I asked if I could go to the executive lounge to watch the fireworks, and he said no, a big guy spent hundreds of thousands to book it at night, and the sunrise time tomorrow morning was also booked. But fortunately, these big guys arrived late and got up late, so I still went to the lounge to see the scenery for a while. As a hotel that just opened last year, the basic hardware of the room is passable and standard. No welcome fruit, 4 bottles of mineral water, 2 capsules. The toilet is separate, but not electric. The projection connection didn't work for half a day. The bed linen is not bad, at least I slept a full night. The fireworks started on time at 8 o'clock in the evening. There is a courtyard outside the restaurant, which separates the hotel guests from the tourists outside, and enjoys a quiet time to watch the fireworks. It is estimated that this is the first time that the hotel has such a large number of reservations. The management of the buffet breakfast on the second day is extremely chaotic. Except for the noodles and some breads, the quality of other meals is also average. I didn't see the quality of the buffet breakfast of a five-star hotel. To sum up: 1. Although Karry, the front desk brother who received me, was busy, he answered all my questions. 2. When the flow of customers is large, won't the catering department mobilize manpower? It may be the most chaotic meal I have eaten this year. 3. The lounge brother is also very nice. 4. As a guest, I went to visit the swimming pool. The front desk followed me from beginning to end, which made me feel very strange.
