I stayed here again due to the college entrance exams, specifically requesting connecting rooms. The rooms were clean, and the service was warm and attentive. Stephanie and Karry at the front desk provided excellent service, and the head waiter in the restaurant was also very good and attentive. Highly commendable!

I specifically chose a sea-view room, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the ocean, allowing me to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze in the evening. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and responsive, providing excellent and comforting service. The room was clean and tidy, with an unobstructed view, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It was alright, the facilities were good, but the shower pressure was a bit low. The surrounding scenery was beautiful.

The room was spacious and very clean. My main reason for staying at this hotel this time was to catch a cruise from Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal, and the hotel offered a free shuttle service, which made getting to the cruise very convenient. The service attitude was excellent. There's Sea World and a shopping mall nearby. The breakfast was plentiful, and the lobby was huge, giving a real 'home away from home' feeling. Next time I go on a cruise, I'll definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful staycation in Baoshan over the weekend, a great escape from the city. The breeze by the Yangtze River completely washed away my work stress – pure chill vibes! The hotel's surroundings are fantastic, with a mall, park, and riverside promenade all within easy reach. Ming Court restaurant's weekend lunch buffet was incredibly popular; definitely book in advance. The only downside was breakfast – it was quite small, and the food felt a bit basic. The table and chair colors also gave off a strong 'Hampton Inn' vibe, which wasn't quite what I was expecting.

The bedding was comfortable, and housekeeping was quick to respond when I requested a low latex pillow and an extra blanket. However, the panel switches were not very responsive; it was difficult to operate the bedside lamps/reading lights and curtain switches. The underground parking garage is bright and spacious, but the hotel signs inside the garage are unclear, making it easy to get lost when entering or exiting. I'm grateful to the concierge for express shipping my left-behind items back home. And thanks to the front desk gentleman who patiently explained the food delivery process to my room and showed me to the small room where deliveries are placed. The current two-night package offers excellent value for money. I hope the service can be a bit more proactive in the future. For example, I had to ask about breakfast times/locations, elevator locations, and car exit procedures before I received any information.
