Great service from the start, and a special call out to commend Starry Cui who made the check in smooth and seamless. She took the effort to ease my check out too when she anticipated my short layover, and removed all the possible chargeable frills to quicken my check out the day after. Very convenient location, just around the bustling Nanjing Pedestrian Street. The only gripe is the stale cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room.

Excellent location, we asked for a higher room and got it. The junior suite is looking old but it is clean and we slept well. Nice bathroom. We could smell cigarette in the hallways on several occasions although it is supposed to be non smoking. No coffee in the room and a couple of teabags well hidden. Breakfast not included in the room but too expensive to get at the hotel. Nice view from the room and 2 minutes away from metro station and from pedestrian street

The best part of this hotel is the location. The facilities are some shabby and old, the bathroom is so tiny which is no better than the 2 star motel. The fitness center should be open to the residents but the hotel also sell the membership to the public, and those members are so mean to the hotel residents. It seems you fall into a place full of Chinese version of ”Karen”, they behave like the owners of this place. Isn't it ridiculous that such famous 5 Star hotel lower their service quality to do such cheap things?

Enjoyed the stay at Pullman Jing’an. The location is great, it’s five minutes walk to the Shanghai Railway subway station on Line 1 - just two stops from the famous People’s Square. Easy to take the subway to many attractions. The service at the reception is friendly , English is spoken. The room is compact and might not have enough space if you have many pieces of luggage. It was fine for 1 piece of luggage and 1 medium size luggage. Bed is and pillows are very comfortable.

The little brother who drinks and checks in is also the big 🌞 Tai Xiaoyang, hahahaha, it will make people happy. I'm also very good at playing with stalkers and humorous. I have to say that he is still a glutton👻. This person is really good. When he checked in, he really made me laugh. I said I wanted to eat McDonald's and hamburgers. The hotel's WIFI, Tai Xiaoyang 🌞, also enthusiastically taught me again and again, and was warmed up. I also went to the Bund in the evening, and this hotel is also very close to the Bund. It's good. The style of the hotel is good. Yes, the magic capital at night is very beautiful, and the night cruise ship Huangpu River is also very good. The hotel seems to be carefully managed, haha, the front desk service training is also very good... The guest room aunt is also very good. Really nice hotel. Great location and near a lot of attractions. I found value in staying here due to the convenience of near by attractions but I chose to eat outside of the hotel because the prices are high. The bar drinks were not good and made with very little alcohol and far too much ice. High price as well. There happened to be some famous actor staying at the hotel and security blocked access to a couple floors so I couldn't access the elevator to get to my room after check in so that was really annoying. Eventually I was able to get to the room and it was nice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit small but nice none the less.

What truly impressed us was the reception staff's kindness and flexibility after we checked out. As a typhoon was approaching, we were unable to leave for the airport immediately but we were able to rest at the hotel lounge. Despite the hotel lounge being closed at that time, Ms Annie served us hot tea and light snacks, ensuring we were comfortable and able to rest. Their warmth and hospitality exceeded expectations, making us feel valued until it was safe to depart. And due to unforeseen weather conditions (typhoon), the hotel took extraordinary measures to ensure our safe departure.They arranged for staff to escort us to the airport, guaranteeing we reached safely and checked in without hassle. This level of care and dedication surpasses expectations! Special thanks to the staff for going above and beyond!

The Kunlun Jing An Hotel features a large, clean swimming pool suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxation and exercise. Breakfast is served in the lovely Atrium, surrounded by a small pond and natural light, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Overall, this resort offers an excellent combination of relaxation and amenities, making it a fantastic choice for all guests. Highly recommended!

We have used this hotel many times and always enjoy the location and comfort. However, this time I was rudely told to pay deposit which I have never been asked for before (we prepaid) after some arguing he said he wouldn’t ask for one. The second problem was being told I would need to wait 90 minutes to check into my room even though I arrived at the check in time of 3pm. After some further arguing he eventually gave me room I could check into straight away. He gave me the cards and was clearly sulking. Not the service I expect from this hotel

Exceptional service from all staff, especially Ricky when checking in and Stephen from the conceirge who gave excellent tips and constantly so helpful and patient during our stay. We booked the club package and enjoyed it thoroughly. Love the afternoon tea and evening cocktail and snacks. It was amazing, though we prefer the wider varieties of breakfast at the lobby in the morning than the lounge. Rooms are spacious and very clean but could see some parts are dated. Love especially the Japanese toilet, with warm seat function. The mattress is extremely comfortable and to our liking. Love the excellent location, center of everything. Also was really fun to have a ride in the pink London Taxi that our package provided, the kids enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend and will definitely my only address in Shanghai. Also not to forget the excellent swimming facilities in Langham and our kids could even book private swimming classes. The teacher is excellent and could help our kids fine tune their skills and could see immediate results. The jaccuzi is larger than expected and water temperature is warm.
