"Good location for what we needed, easy check-in, common areas are nice. Room was poorly cleaned with a great deal of dust on bed head, crumbs on the chairs and hair balls on the floor of the shower. Given it's on a main road it should have double glazing. The air-conditioning did not work and it was a warm night. Housekeeping tried to barge in at 9:40am - check out isn't until 10am and I'm not sure why I should be bothered before then. On the whole I would not go back and did not find it value for money."

Surprisingly the buffet breakfast was nice and value for money. Received the discount voucher from the hotel for my next stay. Will definitely come back when visit Canberra next time :)"
