"our mood was a bit ruined by 1 of ur staff, Iris, please let her know that working at a front desk need to talk polite and smile, we just needed her to open the door so we can get our luggages, not asked her to bring those luggages to our room, but 4 of the others staff we met are perfect and professional, keep it up, thanks and hope to c u again."

"The previous user's belongings were left in the drawers in the room.
The bus stop for the domestic terminal is right in front of the hotel, and the bus stop for the international terminal is a few minutes' walk away. This makes it ideal for pre- and post-peak nights before and after using Sydney Airport."

"I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated.
I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order.
The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile.
Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there."

"People there are nice! The lift at the main entrance is not obvious we have to carry our luggage up the steps. Hotel should indicate clearly so that customers can make good use of the lift instead of carrying heavy luggage through stairs"

"It's not a hotel as such, just a large house that has been converted into guest rooms. There is a communal lounge and kitchen which I didn't use but looked nice and functional. I was in a downstairs bedroom so had to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. Very convenient to the airport. There is no reception or staff on site so you have to contact the owners by phone to get an access code so you can let yourself in."

"I have stayed twice at this Hotel and what I like most is the vibe. I stay at a lot of Hotels as I travel so much so love to compare what I like and what could be better. I opted for the cheapest room which is quite small. However they make up with the lack of space with innovative and quirky design. We stayed on the 8th floor which had an amazing view to the city that got better as the sun was setting. The restaurant, bar, lounge and games areas are all fantastic and so much fun. We even played some games with other guests which is a great way to meet people. Such a good vibe!! Will be back!"

"The staff were exceptional and helped to ease the pain of a 7 hour Vietjet flight delay. We slept very well . The 4th floor room we had was very quiet with only very rare, muted aircraft noise coming through the double glazed window and no traffic noise. The doors also have seals so there was very little hallway noise. The block out curtains also worked perfectly. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would easily stay again."
