Best stay I’ve had in China. The room was very spacious and clean. There was complimentary fruit basket at check in. Got free special drink at night. There aren’t any restaurants nearby but the reception helped me order delivery.  they have an in-house restaurant which you can order from. breakfast was also great. The portions are huge.  the private spa was working properly, and there were no bugs inside. 100% recommend.

My friends and I both love the retro style of the Republic of China. I didn't expect that the experience after arriving would be better than expected. The entrance of the hotel is not obvious. There are some residential areas and construction sites to be built around it. But when you walk into the stone brick pavement at the entrance, you will be surrounded by a strong atmosphere of the Republic of China. After checking in, the friendly and enthusiastic housekeeper took the initiative to lead a tour of the entire hotel space. The castle is built with stone bricks from the Ming Dynasty. It is a real antique historical building. You can feel the traces of time traveling from every brick. The interior space retains the spatial layout of the Republic of China to a high degree.
