This is a very good, very nice hotel - Guilai Xi Yaxi Organic Manor, located in the Jingshan Bamboo Forest. The view is full of lush bamboo forests. There are plenty of parking spaces. Once you arrive at the hotel, there will be a shuttle bus to take you to the lobby to check in and then send you to the room. My housekeeper Gao Ting is attentive and enthusiastic, and the service is meticulous, great! The hotel also has a special hot spring hall. Soaking in it in the winter can soothe the whole body and mind. At the same time, it is also equipped with an organic farm, where children can feed small animals and experience handicrafts. It is very worth staying!

Had an amazing time at Andaz. The hotel had a nice ambience and atmosphere right when you get in the lobby, then the upper lobby is filled with nice places, like the restaurant, the bar, and the outside, which is better during the day. The staff was friendly, easygoing and we had no problems checking in or checking out late. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nanjing.

We drove to the hotel after landing. It was cloudy today and the whole journey was gloomy. There was a special guide at the door, who took the initiative to open the car door and take the luggage. He was polite and modest, which echoed the elegance and chicness of the hotel door. When I stepped into the lobby, the two sensor doors opened one by one as I walked in step by step. A magnificent picture came into my eyes. The design that combines Chinese elegance with modern luxury made me lose myself for a while. The staff passed by and communicated with me kindly and patiently, and took the initiative to lead me to the front desk. The service of the front desk staff was also great, with refreshing and elegant dress, beautiful and dignified temperament, and the check-in process was gentle and pleasant. Follow the instructions upstairs and enter the room. The color is the same as the lobby. The room is mostly wood color with warm lights, which makes people feel warm. The skylight came into the house as the curtains rose, and the water and sky fell in front of me. Sitting on the terrace, warming a pot of tea, tasting a piece of pastry, enjoying a river view, and drinking a breeze, it was really happy. The partner arrived at night. With the lights of thousands of houses, the wine glasses were mixed, and the night colors blended. For a moment, I couldn't tell the inside and outside of the house. It was as if I was in the vast Yangtze River, with my beauty by my side, drinking the river breeze with a toast. The hotel's pastries were also delicious. I asked for ice cubes several times for drinking at night. The staff didn't find it troublesome. They said that they could call at any time if they needed it. They were really available at any time and provided enthusiastic service. The bed was big and soft. The bathtub was against the floor-to-ceiling window. Looking at the river, soaking in the bathtub was like taking a bath in the Yangtze River. I can't drink, so I won't go into details later. After a night of tossing and turning, I overslept when I left the hotel, and the service staff didn't urge me. After packing up, I went to the front desk to check out and got a souvenir. The hotel's service was really great and enthusiastic. During my stay, I kept bothering Xiaoxiao and Zoe, two staff members, for their friendly and enthusiastic attitude and good service. I praised them by name. I forgot to ask the names of other staff members. I will definitely do it next time, hahahaha. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Recommended to stay.

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. Let's talk about the shortcomings of the hotel. The hot spring facilities are not temperature-controlled, and the paintings on the head of the bed are characters. The child said that there was a person on the head of the bed at night, which was a bit scary. I told him that it was a decoration, and then it was okay. There is also no hand sanitizer next to the sink in the bathroom, and other daily necessities are met. The pillow was too high for the kid, so we folded some clothes for him to sleep on. The overall stay was good! The service was great!
