Since opening, the Jinling Hotel Nanjing has hosted distinguished guests from all over the world. Acclaimed for its graciousness, authenticity and “Golden Touch of Hospitality,” it offers an ideal setting for travel, business meetings, and special events.Jinling Hotel Asia Pacific Tower now is fully operational to create the largest luxury hotel complex in Jiangsu province, China. To complement the guest rooms and functions of the original tower, the Jinling Hotel complex contains over 100,000 square meters of international-standard offices and an upscale shopping area. The hotel has various types of rooms, over 4,000 square meters of modern and well-equipped meeting venues as well as 13 small meeting rooms, and includes an advanced health club, and standard swimming pool. The hotel also features fine dining restaurants, at which discriminating diners may enjoy authentic Huaiyang Cuisine and international cuisine. Fascinating, elegant, and inviting – the Jinling Hotel Nanjing demonstrates its profound understanding of Chinese hospitality to its guests in an understated but luxurious fashion.

"Location: Jinling Hotel is renowned and perfectly situated in the heart of Xinjiekou, making it incredibly convenient. It's right by Exit 7. Service: The five-star service standard is evident from the front desk to the room service—absolutely fantastic! Check-in was patient and thoughtful, and they even upgraded us to a non-smoking floor. Facilities: We stayed in the Jinling Building, which has the classic decor of an old-school five-star hotel. While the room facilities were just average, it was spotlessly clean and had excellent soundproofing. For someone sensitive to noise and with poor sleep quality, I barely heard any noise here and slept soundly through the night. Overall, choosing to stay at Jinling Hotel during my visit to the Deji Art Museum nearby was a great experience."

"The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from Ming Palace Metro Station, and Nanjing Museum is right next door. There are several dining options across the street, as well as a few more within the hotel itself, both upstairs and downstairs. Facilities: As a long-standing five-star hotel, its facilities were once luxurious thirty years ago. Now, they feel a bit dated, though the basic maintenance is still good. The room size is decent, but some of the appliances really need an upgrade. The hairdryer, in particular, tested my patience. Service: The staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic, helping with luggage and proactively greeting guests."

"My stay at InterContinental Nanjing Zifeng was absolutely perfect! The hotel is right in the city center, with direct subway access. My high-floor room offered breathtaking panoramic views of Jinling city through its floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sunset and night views were simply stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. A special shout-out to Cora at the front desk! She was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the check-in process, proactively providing information about breakfast times and executive lounge hours. When she learned I was planning to go sightseeing, she thoughtfully recommended local attractions and transportation routes. Later, when I inquired about late check-out and luggage storage, Cora handled everything quickly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and her service was genuinely caring and never perfunctory. I truly experienced the high-quality service InterContinental is known for!"

"The location is good. It is opposite the main hospital, which is very convenient to go to the hospital. It is also close to the scenic spots. The door is the beautiful Wutong Avenue, which is beautiful in all seasons. From the lobby to the room, the entire decoration reflects the unique characteristics of the Republic of China, which is good. The service is very good. There are responsible security guards at the door to direct the vehicle to park and cover it with a sunshade. Parking is also free. The lobby staff are enthusiastic and professional. They greet you warmly when you enter and exit. The consulting travel guides and tea and treasure boxes provided are very good. There are also free laundry rooms and gyms, which are very practical. The room is clean, bright and tidy. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and considerate in details. Xiao Xue at the front desk is very enthusiastic and patiently introduces the scenic spots and food. The free wheelchairs provided by the hotel are also super heartwarming. This time I took my parents for a check-up and it was much more convenient to use a wheelchair. The overall experience is very good, cost-effective, and worth recommending"

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

I had a wonderful weekend stay at the hotel with my family. The staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was friendly and proficient in English. The hotel's prime location offers stunning views, and our room was clean. A crib was also added in the room for my daughter. However, the apartment we booked for four adults lacked sufficient cutlery and mugs. It would be beneficial to include more basics like plates, especially for families with children. Additionally, having a QR code for ordering from the cafe and viewing spa prices would enhance the experience, reducing the need for constant contact with reception. The breakfast the next morning was delightful, and overall, I'd gladly return for another visit.

Traveling with elders, we opted for a Banyan Tree Nanjing Garden Expo stay during the off-peak season. The drive from Hangzhou was easy, and the entire trip was incredibly comfortable. **Money-saving tips:** 1. Hotel guests get free admission to the Garden Expo. Plus, you can visit the Thirteen Gardens for free before 3 PM on weekdays. 2. The night light show requires a separate ticket. If you're looking for ambiance, it's worth it, but exploring during the day for free is perfect for a relaxing stroll. **Elder-friendly advantages:** The park's pathways are gentle, and there are plenty of rest areas within the hotel. You don't have to rush through attractions; you can always head back to your room for a rest, which is great for seniors with mobility issues. **Environmental highlights:** 1. **Indoor public areas:** Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer direct views of the valley. The interior decor is warm and soft, with numerous seating areas for enjoying the view. 2. **Outdoor landscape:** A multi-level garden built into a cliffside quarry. Exposed concrete architecture blends seamlessly with the rocks, plants, and water features, which are home to black swans. It's a truly picturesque place for a walk. 3. **Design details:** The flowing spiral staircase and the bar with its natural rock wall exude architectural beauty, making it incredibly photogenic. The hotel's grounds are vast, and we only explored a small portion. We're already planning a return trip for a two-night stay to fully experience everything.

Staying at the Suning Zhongshan Golf Hotel felt like stepping into a secluded European estate. Nestled at the foot of Zijin Mountain, the hotel boasts a serene and beautiful environment, with stunning views of the golf course. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The service was exceptional, from the concierge to the room staff; every employee was warm, attentive, professional, and efficient, making us feel incredibly welcome. The dining was a delightful surprise – whether it was the extensive buffet at the Lan Ting all-day dining restaurant or the exquisite Huaiyang cuisine at Zijin Pavilion, the dishes were varied and of top-notch quality, exceeding all culinary expectations. This hotel is not only a paradise for golf enthusiasts but also an ideal choice for family vacations. Both the facilities and the overall experience were impeccable. Highly recommended!

My stay at Jumeirah this time was incredibly surprising and memorable. Even before I arrived, the hotel's service had already left a great first impression. The staff member who answered my call in the morning was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They helped me resolve two practical issues regarding check-in and luggage arrangements, explaining everything clearly and efficiently, which made my subsequent arrival at the hotel much smoother. Later, during check-in, the front desk staff member who assisted me was also very enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful. The entire check-in process was seamless and pleasant; they also went above and beyond to help me with room arrangements, and the final stay experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is also outstanding. The overall environment is beautiful and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with great views and a very relaxing ambiance. The bathroom and amenities were particularly impressive; many small details showed the hotel's attentiveness. What impressed me most this time wasn't just the hotel's facilities, but the genuine service provided by the staff. From the phone communication in the morning to the front desk reception upon arrival, I felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Overall, this was a very pleasant and delightful stay, and one of the most impressive hotels I've stayed at recently. If I return to this city in the future, I would be very willing to choose this place again, and I highly recommend it.

The overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the public areas were clean and impressive. Sherry, the front desk staff, was gentle and polite, making the check-in process quick and smooth. She communicated patiently and meticulously. The room was spotless, well-laid out, and the facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and I slept soundly all night. The staff were always available, providing thoughtful and attentive service. You could feel the professional caliber of a five-star hotel everywhere. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and my entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing

9.4/10
Outstanding

Let's start with the fact that for a super five-star hotel, there's no independent parking. It shares a parking lot with Deji Plaza, and there are no dedicated parking spaces for the hotel guests. I went from parking level -5 up to the 38th floor to check in. There were a lot of guests at the time, and I was already quite annoyed. They asked me to wait, and it was only after I told the front desk that I was an executive lounge guest that she took me up to the 58th floor to check in. After checking in, let's talk about the room itself. The room had a dim design, completely different from other Ritz-Carlton styles. Honestly, I dislike Banyan Tree because its decor makes me feel very oppressed, and I was surprised that the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing gave me a similar uncomfortable feeling. And then there's the curtain – why leave a side window? Before 6 AM, the sunlight streamed in and disturbed my sleep. I was seriously fuming. The bathroom had an odd smell, and the cleanliness was just average. Even the lobby lacked that signature Ritz scent. It seems I need to temper my expectations for these foreign hotel brands in the future. However, I'm glad that after I raised my concerns on the first day, they genuinely improved things on the second. There were staff members waiting at every elevator exit to guide guests, which shows they can admit mistakes and rectify them promptly. So, I guess it balances out. Overall, the service was decent, and they maintained the expected courtesies. The afternoon tea was just okay, and the breakfast/lunch was nothing special.

This isn't my first time staying here. With nothing to do on a weekend, I booked a river-view room to just chill and sleep in. Sabrina Li, one of the hotel staff, already knows my check-out preferences and proactively extended my check-out time to 2 PM. Big kudos to her for that! I ordered some takeout (funny story: I ordered a lobster, and the restaurant forgot to include gloves but sent two portions instead 😂😊😊). Enjoying takeout, the river view, a few drinks, and just zoning out – that's another weekend well spent.

I came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried
