My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

emmmdrThe hotel is built on an abandoned quarry, covering a large area and preserving its most natural state. As a Thai brand, they truly excel in essential oils and scents, offering different incense sticks and essential oils daily for in-room use. The private balcony plunge pool allows for relaxation while enjoying nature. The king-sized bed is huge, but the mattress isn't great; with a family of three, it felt like it wasn't supporting enough, slightly affecting our sleep. The butler service is excellent; any issues were promptly and actively resolved. Since we had a child this time, they left a small doll every night during turndown service, which made our little one incredibly happy. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of thought into this service aspect. The overall taste of the food is decent, though the seafood at the buffet wasn't fresh enough. However, if you arrive late, the kitchen still prepares extra dishes for guests, which is very thoughtful. The nearby zoo and botanical garden are excellent – not crowded, with good facilities and a variety of activities that the kids loved. This place is truly perfect for family vacations.

Guest UserThis was my first trip to Nanjing, and I chose the Shangri-La as my first hotel. Later, I also stayed at the InterContinental, Jinling Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton.
However, overall, I was still very satisfied with the Shangri-La. Considering its location, service, dining, and views, the Shangri-La offers excellent value for money and meets the criteria for a regular stay in the future 😛.
The location is, of course, unparalleled, encompassing the entire Xuanwu Lake landscape. This time, I stayed in an executive lounge suite, and the view was fantastic, directly facing Xuanwu Lake. The room was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Although the hotel isn't brand new, the hardware is very well-maintained. The bedding and bathroom amenities were very comfortable, which is also why I often choose Shangri-La. They truly understand what guests expect in terms of service quality, a hallmark of their classic luxury.
The executive lounge is incredibly spacious and has high ceilings, making it feel very open. I loved spending time there, admiring the Xuanwu Lake view. Nanjing city spread out before me, making me not even want to go downstairs for a walk! 😄 Afternoon tea and dinner had continuous food service. While not exceptionally elaborate, it was very practical. During my two-day stay, there was a wide variety of dishes each day, including crayfish, duck, seafood salad, salmon, and more. There was also a good selection of alcoholic beverages, including red and white wine, and you could even mix your own cocktails 🍸🍹 We enjoyed making our own special concoctions 😋.
The hotel service was the most satisfying 👍. Getting to the parking lot was also very convenient, with charging stations in the basement. The hotel's restaurant, ”Jiangnan灶” (Jiangnan灶), is a Michelin-starred restaurant. I tried it on the second day and was very satisfied. I can't stop thinking about the June Imperial braised handmade rice cakes. The restaurant service was also excellent, and many locals were dining there 😄. It's also a respectable choice for business banquets.
During my stay, the hotel staff were very attentive to our experience. I felt very well looked after and touched, so I must mention my thanks 🙏.
Especially the lovely Laura, who was always accommodating. I'm someone who usually troubles hotel concierges, haha 😄. And thanks to Shark at the front desk for giving a small gift to our new Nanjing University student. The child was very happy. I specifically want to thank the brothers and sisters at Shangri-La for their service 🙏.
Our university student still has four years of youth in Nanjing. We'll be back often! 😄 Haha… See you next time!

ChloedadyHad a fantastic two-night stay at the Suning Zhongshan International Golf Hotel. It was incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The European-style manor, combined with Purple Mountain and the vast golf course, created an amazing environment perfect for photos. The room balcony offered stunning views, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The hotel had all the amenities you could ask for, including a pool and playground. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was gentle and attentive. The whole trip was peaceful and rejuvenating – an excellent escape from the city, and definitely worth a return visit!

Guest UserI finally found the only hot spring guesthouse in Nanjing that offers traditional Balinese massage!! It's amazing! It's versatile, with a beautiful and charming environment that's both sophisticated and down-to-earth! I saw the hot springs on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), but I never expected the massage to be the most unforgettable experience! When the candles were lit and the music started, time seemed to stand still, and the world shrunk to just this one space, instantly relaxing my nerves. The Balinese traditional massage technique lasted half an hour, focusing on my shoulders, neck, and head. You can also choose a foot reflexology massage – it was so relaxing I felt sleepy! After several hot and tiring days of sightseeing in Nanjing, choosing to stay at Xiaoyuan on my last day, soaking in the hot springs and getting a massage, was the perfect way to end my trip – totally worth it! Also, I even saw a wood-fired stove!!! It was beautifully decorated. Next time, I'll invite my friends over to play mahjong and cook a big pot of local dishes [wow][wow][wow]~ By the way, the owner's tomato pasta was also delicious. See you next time!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the weather in Nanjing was beautiful during my stay, with stunning clouds. The high-floor view was fantastic. The Jumeirah customer service team was incredibly attentive, and the room itself was great. They did their best to meet all guest needs. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

TianxinbaobeizhuThis is my third stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing this year. This time, I just wanted to relax at the hotel, eat, drink, and chill. I booked an Executive Deluxe King Room and had requested a room on the Executive Lounge floor in advance for convenient dining.
This visit, I noticed that breakfast now offers a semi-buffet with an à la carte menu, featuring dishes like old duck vermicelli soup, braised beef brisket noodles, lard residue wontons, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs. My favorite from breakfast is the old duck vermicelli soup. For the light lunch, the almond prawns and pan-fried buns were also good. We skipped afternoon tea this time. The freshly grilled lamb chops and grilled sole at dinner were both incredibly delicious. They offer two different freshly prepared signature dishes daily, all of which I love. I particularly enjoy their champagne – it's superb! For evening desserts, the eight-treasure porridge and white fungus soup are very tasty. From 9 PM to 9:30 PM, they also have four types of cocktails, all excellent. Coming here to relax for a few days after a busy work schedule is absolutely wonderful; I didn't even want to leave the hotel!
The staff at the Ritz-Carlton are incredibly warm and polite. When I checked in, the young lady immediately said, ”Welcome back, Ms. Luo!” And when we arrived at the Executive Lounge, the male manager asked, ”Did you bring your Labubu again this time? And would you like your usual table?” They truly remember their guests very well, making you feel right at home. This is genuinely a hotel you fall in love with after just one night's stay.

I came to Ziqing Lake for vacation for the third time. It was during the New Year's Day holiday and the room was fully booked. There were queues for meals and hot springs. Fortunately, the service was not discounted. Overall, the management was more standardized than the previous two times. In addition, there was an entrance to the zoo in the hotel, which was really convenient. The facilities in Building 7 were cost-effective, but the hair dryer was a bit old. Halfway through the hair drying, the automatic protection stopped, and half of the hair could only be air-dried
