GGuest UserGreat location,easy to get around it’s walking distance to the best food street ,all well known Nanjing cuisine can be found here Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-) The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful Overall we had a great time here thank you

GGuest UserKudos to the cleaning staff on the 15th floor during Chinese New Year. The front desk, which is supposed to be the hotel's face, was a letdown. We checked in at the left counter using Hong Kong IDs, and after we were done, they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We had elderly and children with us, but there wasn't a single word of greeting. Breakfast was up to four-star standards; not a huge variety, but good quality. The lounge on the 5th floor was very average. They had red and white wine, but you had to ask the staff for beer.

The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries and storage facilities were all complete. The staff, Mango, Orange, and Apple, were warm, friendly, and efficient in processing my check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The nature aspect of this resort is simply stunning. You can spend days just exploring the grounds, walking through the lush scenery, and discovering little hidden spots around the property. Our kids were constantly engaged, curious, and excited to see what was around the next corner. That said, what really made our stay special was the staff. I was genuinely surprised by how well the team speaks English. As foreign guests, we never once felt lost or unable to communicate. A very special call-out to Zai Zai, Diana, and Frankie—they have been incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We later learned that they studied at university in Australia, which explains why communication felt so easy and natural. For any international travelers worried about a language barrier – don’t be. This team has you covered.. But more than just language, it’s their attentiveness to our children that blew us away. Diana, in particular, went above and beyond. She noticed how hard it can be to juggle three kids, so she would walk with us to the elevator and even push the button for us. It sounds like a small thing, but when you have your hands full with little ones, those little gestures mean the world. She also constantly checked in on our children, making sure they were happy, comfortable, and never left out. There were a couple of kids' facilities that were closed during our visit—slightly disappointing at first. But honestly, the staff turned that around completely. They were so accommodating, quickly pointing out alternative activities and making sure our children always had something fun to do. Whether it was a quick arts band crafts setup, a guided nature walk, or just extra time at the play areas that remained open, the team made sure no moment felt wasted. The kids didn't even miss the closed facilities in the end. Because of that, this resort is a fantastic holiday option for parents who actually want to relax. You can finally sit back, enjoy a coffee or a quiet moment, knowing your kids are not only having a blast but are also being genuinely looked after. The peace of mind that comes with that is priceless. If you're a family that loves nature, values warm service, and wants a holiday where both parents and children come back happy and rested—book Club Med Nanjing. There are plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to get around – which I think is a key factor for many when choosing a hotel. The cleanliness is also pretty good; they clean according to requests. Now, let's talk about the service – it was incredibly prompt and friendly! Especially when guests next door were being noisy late at night. It wasn't poor soundproofing; it was a group of people having a party and being inconsiderate. The hotel staff appeared quickly at around 2 AM to help check on it, which I really appreciate! Plus, the front desk offers coffee and herbal teas every day, and every staff member was willing to proactively communicate and respond quickly. Highly recommend!

It's definitely a hotel geared towards a younger crowd, and Atour is getting better and better, so staying here felt even more reassuring! This hotel features a high-end, wood-themed decor, and the lobby is fully equipped. The late-night congee service is also fantastic! It's really nice!! 1️⃣ First, let's talk about the location – it's absolutely unbeatable. Step out of the hotel, and you're right at the Confucius Temple, inside the scenic area itself! Turning left or right, you'll find lively spots everywhere, and dining is incredibly convenient. Getting to wherever you want to go is super quick!! 2️⃣ Next, the front desk service. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the staff at the front desk (both the young men and women) were quick to respond and assist. It made us feel very comfortable, almost like being at home 🥹🥹. 3️⃣ Finally, the room situation. The rooms are super new, and walking in, you're greeted by a huge floor-to-ceiling window! The view is excellent! Plus, the bedding is fantastic – very clean and comfortable. The mattress is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep!!! Honestly, I made the right choice this time. I'd stay at this hotel every time I visit, and I recommend it to any friends coming to Nanjing too 😃😃.

GGuest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert. The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!
