Walking distance to wudingmen metro station to and from Nanjing station ,just few steps away we can position ourselves for didi /taxi
The hotel is located in the area maintaining Traditional Chinese architecture , decoration and greenery ,great for photography
we got the room with a beautiful backyard full of plants and blossoms of flowers and a tray of welcome tea after checked in, the bed and pillows are comfortable ,showers is nice and warm
Light Chinese breakfast served is good enough to start a day and not too much for the delicious Nanjing lunch later on:-)
The girls at front desk are very friendly and sweet they were always ready to help
The owners I guess who were on night shift were polite and respectful
Overall we had a great time here thank you

ZZhudaxiDXI was in Nanjing for a business trip and decided to bring my 2.5-year-old for a visit, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
1. **Misleading Advertising**: The promotional videos made it seem like there were many activities, but in April, the outdoor temperatures were too low. The outdoor water areas were unusable, and facilities like slides were icy cold and unplayable.
2. **Indoor Play Area Restrictions**:
* **Strict Hours**: The indoor playground only opens at 10 AM and closes at 5 PM. As out-of-town visitors, we usually leave around 10 AM to explore attractions and only return after dinner. My early-rising child had nothing to play with. When I asked if they could open earlier, the staff flatly refused, citing 'regulations' (even though staff members were already at the entrance).
* **Limited Access**: Even when open, only a small area with just one small slide was accessible. The other two rooms were completely off-limits to children not in their childcare program.
3. **Lack of Warmth in Service**: For a family-friendly hotel, it was incredibly unaccommodating for young children. We proposed a flexible solution: 'If a child in their childcare program arrives, we'll immediately leave the area,' but the front desk's response was a harsh 'No! You can't come in!' The attitude was cold, leaving no room for discussion.
On the positive side, the hotel's cleanliness and breakfast quality were indeed good, which is commendable.
This hotel might be suitable for families with older children who are okay with strict rules. However, for families with young children like a 2.5-year-old, the experience will be very poor due to the time restrictions and access limitations. The service attitude was inflexible, and I will not be returning.

GGuest UserTraveling with seniors, I found the hotel's location to be very accessible, with several large shopping districts within 500 meters. Taxis are also readily available here. The hotel lobby was very welcoming, and while the breakfast area wasn't huge, it offered a good variety of options. Our room was cleaned daily, and we even received afternoon fruit delivered to our room. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was a great touch. For the price, the value for money here is excellent.

AAixiangyixiangThe hotel boasts a unique and stylish Republican-era decor. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It's located within the scenic area, and although you can't drive directly to the hotel, it's quite easy to find; just navigate to Yi Fei Hotel and it's a five-minute walk from there. Staying at such a great hotel is absolutely worth it! Highly recommended.
The classic Americano I had was delicious.

GGuest UserKudos to the cleaning staff on the 15th floor during Chinese New Year. The front desk, which is supposed to be the hotel's face, was a letdown. We checked in at the left counter using Hong Kong IDs, and after we were done, they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We had elderly and children with us, but there wasn't a single word of greeting. Breakfast was up to four-star standards; not a huge variety, but good quality. The lounge on the 5th floor was very average. They had red and white wine, but you had to ask the staff for beer.

KKaepufankuaiThe location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Confucius Temple scenic area. It's just a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Fuzimiao Metro Station (Lines 3 and 5), and directly across from Nanjing Impressions. All the must-try eateries are within walking distance.
Service: Both the front desk and floor staff were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. The young lady at the front desk even upgraded my room during check-in. They were always helpful and answered all my questions.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean; there were no strange odors or cleanliness issues when I entered.
Facilities: Perhaps due to the prime, high-value location, the bathroom was a bit small. You have to walk through the toilet area to get to the shower, which isn't ideal for privacy. Another issue was that I occasionally smelled smoke in the room, possibly from guests upstairs or downstairs, both when I returned to the room mid-day and in the early morning. I mentioned it to the front desk when checking out, and they suggested it might be coming through the ventilation pipes. Overall, it's acceptable as the smell didn't last long, and opening a window quickly cleared it out.

GGuest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

GGuest UserMy stay at Nanjing Platinum Hanjue was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is grand and luxurious, the room was spacious with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a restful sleep. The smart bathroom facilities were both convenient and modern. Both the front desk and room service were very attentive, quick to respond, and had excellent attitudes. The location is super convenient, making getting around a breeze. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing!

It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!
