"Our stay at Jinling Hotel was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the meticulous and thoughtful service provided by our butler, Odette. We were celebrating our anniversary, and Odette specially arranged a commemorative cake on our room's table. The moment we opened the door and stepped in, we were enveloped by a wonderful sense of occasion – a truly delightful surprise. Throughout our stay, any requests we had were met with incredibly prompt responses. When I asked for a buckwheat pillow, Odette quickly arranged for it to be delivered. After trying it, I found it incredibly comfortable and even inquired about purchasing one. Our butler patiently provided all the necessary information and helped us acquire one right away. There was also a minor mishap where our takeout order was mistakenly sent back, but Odette actively intervened and successfully coordinated to have it redelivered to our room. The room service attendant, Jamie, was also prompt with deliveries, and DHL did an excellent job with cleaning. Whenever we had a need, our butler was always there to respond promptly. These thoughtful details truly reflect Jinling's philosophy of attentive and warm service. This established five-star hotel isn't just about impressive facilities; it's this kind of empathetic and discreet butler service that truly leaves a lasting impression. Our anniversary celebration was perfect, and we will definitely choose Jinling Hotel again on our next visit to Nanjing!"

The room was neat and comfortable, with good natural light and ventilation, and the bedding felt high-quality. It was very quiet at night. "From an architectural and design perspective, the InterContinental Nanjing (Zifeng Tower) is definitely worth a stay. We checked in on the 14th and checked out on the 16th, accompanying my parents to Nanjing, and overall, we were very satisfied. As the tallest building in Nanjing and Jiangsu, the Zifeng Tower was designed by American SOM, giving it a very international aesthetic. Although the building has some years on it, it still looks grand and timeless; its lines, proportions, the ventilation design of the glass curtain wall, and the elevators don't feel outdated at all. Instead, it has the vibe of a classic landmark. The hotel's interior continues this international design sensibility, offering breathtaking high-altitude views. The public spaces are simple and stylish, and the city views from the guest rooms are expansive. The facilities, service, and dining were all impressive. My parents enjoyed their stay, and I personally loved it too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Thank you!"

"UR Cove is one of the highest quality hotels around Nanjing South Railway Station. I highly recommend this hotel it you are coming to Nanjing South. The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk from Nanjingnan Station and is situated on a commercial building lot. On the lower floors there are plenty of places to eat, get coffee and even get documents printed. The price for the service and quality of the stay is exceptional value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and service orientated. As a foreign person with a very limited Mandarin vocabulary the staff acted with diligence, and patience and found a way to communicate with me effectively ensuring checking was smooth. The hotel added me to thier WeChat and I was able to communicate with them throught this method. I found that when I asked a question, they answered promptly and went that extra step further providing map pins of locations I was asking about as well as photos of the buildings. The customer service experience didn't end there. Having extended my stay after my original booking. I thought I would need to Check-Out then Check-in again, but when I spoke to the staff, they confirmed I could keep the same room.and just renew my room key card. The process was very simple. Now for the facilities. The rooms are modern with tile throughout. They have a smart toilet with Bidet feature, a large generous shower, a vanity basin with a Make-up light for the ladies. There is a desk and a chair in the room which are both very comfortable. The bed is large and spacious although at 180cm I was close to hanging over the end of the bed but that is no fault of the hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable and provides a great nights sleep especially after a long high-speed rail journey. House keeping has been fantastic, they come and clean the room daily and do a fantastic job. The hotel also has a pair.of delivery robots so if you want to order food you can with out any hassles. The overall feel of the UR Cove hotel is that of a modern contemporary hotel with modern facilities and a warm, welcoming friendly environment. There is also a self services laundry and a gym within the hotel so all your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location is superb, making it convenient to get anywhere for sightseeing. It's not old at all; the facilities and equipment are very well-maintained. The service is just right – everything you need is there, and everyone feels genuine, not robotic. It's excellent. They proactively upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. The room size is also good, not cramped. Everything just feels right, much like Nanjing itself. I stayed here once before and thought it was great, so I came back, and I'll definitely return again. There's a sense of security in familiar places."

It's super convenient for sightseeing and trying out local delicacies. The room was fully equipped with top-notch amenities, including smart bathroom features, comfortable bedding, a Dyson hairdryer, and even hand-ground coffee – they really paid attention to the details. This is for the reference of friends choosing a hotel for their travels. Overall, the breakfast at this Holiday Inn is above average for chain hotels in its price range. Thanks to its integration with the Shuiyou City complex, the dining environment and food variety are solid, with few misses, but it also has some clear shortcomings. Let's start with the pros. First, the variety is comprehensive, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western options, not just simple buns and porridge. The Chinese section offers local Nanjing specialties like duck blood vermicelli soup, soup dumplings (xiaolongbao), and red bean dumplings (chìdòu yuánxiāo). You don't need to wake up early and search for old establishments outside; you can taste local flavors right at the hotel. The hot dishes area has stir-fries, steamed dim sum, and various grains, with a full range of steamed buns, siomai, and zongzi, suitable for seniors and children. The noodle station offers freshly cooked alkaline noodles with customizable soup bases and toppings. The collaboration with Songhe Tower ensures consistent quality, and a hot bowl of noodles in the morning is very filling. The Western area includes bread, toast, yogurt, fruits, cold cuts, freshly ground American coffee, and drinks like milk and juice – a sufficiently diverse selection. The dining environment is also worth mentioning. The breakfast area is on the fifth floor of the hotel, offering spaciousness and ample seating distance, so it doesn't get overly crowded or noisy even during peak hours. Window seats offer views of the street below. After breakfast, you can directly access the Shuiyou City mall, making it convenient for a post-meal stroll or grocery shopping. The cleaning staff are quick to clear tables, ensuring timely plate removal and preventing clutter. Now for the cons. Firstly, during peak hours, some dishes are refilled slowly. During the weekend breakfast rush (7-8 AM), popular items like soup dumplings and fried eggs often run out, requiring a wait for replenishment. The fruit selection is quite basic, with only common items like watermelon, oranges, and cantaloupe. While their freshness is acceptable, premium seasonal fruits are missing. Secondly, some hot dishes are a bit bland, and their heat retention is mediocre; near closing time, the food noticeably gets cold. Thirdly, there's a queue for fried eggs and made-to-order omelets. Staffing is limited, leading to longer wait times during peak periods. In terms of details, the self-service cutlery is clean and tidy, the self-service areas are clearly marked, and the food flow is well-designed. It's very family-friendly, offering special treats and small breads for children, along with mild porridges suitable for kids' palates. For guests whose room rates include breakfast, this standard fully justifies the price. At around 400+ RMB on non-holidays, being able to enjoy local specialties and a freshly cooked noodle station offers great value for money. However, when room rates increase during peak seasons, the breakfast quality doesn't improve accordingly, which makes the value seem slightly diminished. In summary, if you're visiting Fuzimiao and don't want the hassle of waking up early to find breakfast, this hotel's breakfast fully meets your needs. You can eat well and heartily, and taste Nanjing specialties all in one go, saving time and effort. Those with extremely picky tastes might find it ordinary, but as a standard buffet breakfast for a chain hotel, it's generally satisfactory and exceeds expectations, making it a significant plus for the hotel."
