I didn't get enough time to explore Nanjing this trip, but if I come back, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

The shower head kept falling off, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a thousand years – it was disgustingly dirty. Nothing about this place was good – not the service, not the environment, not the facilities. Delivery orders took at least two hours to arrive; it was absolutely terrible. The only upside was the view outside the window."

The service was also good, and for the price, it's excellent value for money. The breakfast was a bit simple, but they had a noodle station, which covered the basic breakfast needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nanjing for a concert."

"My overall experience staying here was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were very friendly. All the facilities in the room were new, and the location is great for shopping and public transport. My favorite feature was their delivery robot. I didn't have to go downstairs to pick up my takeout; the robot delivered it directly to my room door. It was fun and convenient – truly hassle-free. The only minor downside is that the soundproofing isn't ideal. I was woken up in the morning by the loading and unloading sounds from a nearby logistics company, which might bother light sleepers. Putting aside this small issue with soundproofing, the hotel offers incredible value for money and is definitely worth staying at."
