"Another stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing, and the experience is still top-notch. I contacted the hotel a day before arrival to arrange the room, and they pretty much met all my requests. The handwritten card, welcome fruit and snacks, and the Nanjing-themed bookmark were all very thoughtful and impressive. This time, I stayed in an Executive Panorama Suite. My requests for a high floor and other preferences were all accommodated. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed layout and a fantastic view from the window. The stay was excellent, and I will definitely choose the Ritz-Carlton again on my next visit to Nanjing."

Thumbs up for the service!"

(After we drove into the parking lot, there were no signs or instructions guiding us to the front desk for check-in. We had to call, and only then did someone offer to come and pick us up. It was quite a confusing and disorienting experience.) Initial complimentary minibar: Perfect. Welcome fruit and snacks: Our child absolutely loved them."

The other dishes were also great, and it happened to be crawfish season, so they had various flavors. The crawfish were large and had tender, white meat. Overall, a very good experience."
