"The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."

"This was the most cozy hotel apartment I stayed at during my trip—friendly people, a quiet and clean environment, and spacious rooms. We didn't know how to park, and Benjamin led us downstairs and showed us where to park. The young man was incredibly kind and gave us helpful advice. There was also a friendly and welcoming female receptionist from Nigeria. The curtains were the outward-pulling roller blinds, creating a completely dark environment, so I could rest very well."

"Starting with the good things, the price is good, location is excellent literally 20 m from the main area, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, it has onsite parking, and despite obvious limitations the room was clean. However the hotel is very tired and needs some major investment in regards to maintenance to bring it up to a decent standard, our room was small which wasn’t a problem but things like locks missing screws, the toilet push not fitted right, paintwork scuffed and chipped etc really let the place down. Unfortunately what didn’t help was a drunken guest trying to kick a door in at midnight added to the poor review, I realise that the hotel can’t select its guests but I suppose if you book a budget hotel you may get budget clientele"

"A disaster. It's simple: I've never seen such a poorly maintained and dirty place in my life. The lampshades were in a pitiful state, covered in disgusting stains, as if no one had bothered to clean them in years. It's a real scandal. And what about the bathroom? The brush and broom was simply disgusting, yellowed, and worthy of a trash can. You'd think the cleaning team had been on strike for months. The floor is filthy, the fixtures are worn, and barely worthy of an old squat. Frankly, it's a disgrace to dare rent such a place to travelers. You wonder if the owners care at all about the comfort and hygiene of their guests. In short, I 200% advise against this filthy place. Run away, run away fast and far away."
