"Good value for money. The hotel was clean and the location was excellent, making it very convenient. However, there were almost no amenities and the rooms were quite small. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s perfectly fine and does the job."

"Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price. "

"Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff."

"Very clean and spacious hotel. The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is open late until midnight, they have a snack shop. The breakfast was nice also the hotel is spacious and beautiful. I would defenitly go back if staying in Reims. It's not located directly at the city center though, but at least it's quiet. They have a parking place for those coming by car. I recommend it"

"Had a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.  The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.  The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.  The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.  The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.  Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual. All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings."

"Good for urgent stays, don’t take it for more than 1 night  The bedroom was clean in general  you can hear the neighbors  I had a shower and the shower room was full of water after that"

"When we checked in, the extra bed for my child was already prepared. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, though the front desk does warn about the risk of a parking ticket. However, everyone parks there, and since it was a public holiday, we did too, successfully saving over 20 euros. The room has basic tableware, and the microwave and oven are a single unit, which is handy for making simple meals. But Reims has so much delicious food! You absolutely have to go to ”Mala” for their beef noodles – they're amazing! The hotel's location is decent, just be careful not to take a wrong turn at the roundabout. There's a huge Carrefour within a 10-minute drive, a must-visit for anyone with a car – it's a great place for shopping. Breakfast was good, with warm bread. Our room was cleaned daily during our three-day stay. Overall, I think it's a good place."

"Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."
