"Good value for money. The hotel was clean and the location was excellent, making it very convenient. However, there were almost no amenities and the rooms were quite small. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s perfectly fine and does the job."

"Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price. "

"Hotel near the rail station and at the edge of the city centre. We were fortunate to secure a car park space in the hotel’s own car park although initially the staff said that it was full and we had to park nearby. The room was reasonably large. The breakfast was OK but the hot food was slightly disappointing during the first two mornings but improved on the day we checked out."

"This is the first night of the Fari trip. I arrived at Paris Airport in the morning and rented a car to the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, but the road in front of the door is a one-way street. There are not many vehicles passing by and it is not noisy. The location is very good. The parking garage is not too big, the entrance is less than a little on the facade of the hotel, don't drive it, otherwise the one-way line will have to retrograde or detour. After arriving, ask Shangtai Garage entry method and then check in early. The service is standardized and the hygiene is impeccable."

"Very small room, only suitable for one night, a quick stopover on a road trip. The room had clean towels and sheets. The shower was tiny, even by European standards or for a basic roadside hotel. Everything was fine. Nothing bad, nothing spectacular. The staff was polite. Many of the rooms next to mine were occupied by construction workers, building and road workers."

"When we checked in, the extra bed for my child was already prepared. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, though the front desk does warn about the risk of a parking ticket. However, everyone parks there, and since it was a public holiday, we did too, successfully saving over 20 euros. The room has basic tableware, and the microwave and oven are a single unit, which is handy for making simple meals. But Reims has so much delicious food! You absolutely have to go to ”Mala” for their beef noodles – they're amazing! The hotel's location is decent, just be careful not to take a wrong turn at the roundabout. There's a huge Carrefour within a 10-minute drive, a must-visit for anyone with a car – it's a great place for shopping. Breakfast was good, with warm bread. Our room was cleaned daily during our three-day stay. Overall, I think it's a good place."

"Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk."
