Hôtel Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions

Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.

It was a good experience

We have stayed here on a number of occasions and each time the facilities reduce. Mercure/Accor advertise that air conditioning is available for use, they do not tell you that it is switched off for a large part of the year which I might say is less than honest. The room, in May, was sweltering suffering from full sun. If window is opened you get full traffic noise as the hotel has roads on 3 sides. There is no safe, no fresh water supplied in room which was once a courtesy. Bathroom was good with absolute minimum products (one does all). Breakfast good with limited choices, not much, if anything, in gluten free. Plenty of car parking space but not 100% secure. Overall its an OK stop for a night but don't expect too much. Should be classed a 3* hotel level with IBIS, rooms are clean and a good size. Staff are mostly helpful & polite

Nice hotel with a secure car park. Loved the unusual design and extras in the lobby areas. The food in the evening was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We are on a coach tour holiday and this hotel was booked by the tour company. It is a modern hotel with quirky decor throughout. The room was clean and well appointed, although there was some noise from the main road. The bar was welcoming and lively. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient
