From the outside, it is a good hotel. The location is very convenient and convenient. It is also very safe. The facilities are complete and modern. I didn’t know how to have breakfast at the hotel. In short, it’s good.

Fabulous spot right next to the cathedral so beautiful & definitely recommend a balcony room facing out to the cathedral. Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.

Well located hotel. Very warm welcome from the receptionists. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. Very clean hotel, having been able to speak with the housekeeper, I would like to congratulate her and her team for the work that they strive to provide with the greatest care and rigor for the well-being of the client. The room is large, the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant has many kinds, and the service is friendly (the only drawback is that the bacon is too burnt). It is only a three-minute walk away from the busiest and busiest part of the city center. Consider coming again next time.

Very nice hotel with great location. Clean, nice room. People at hotel are friendly and helpful. But one side of building, the corridor is a bit dark. Need to change the lamp to the lighter one. Automatic lamp works a bit slow. I am a bit afraid to walk on corridor.

The train station is not too far either I'd book there again

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Everything is what you can expect if you pay 80 euro's per night. Location is actually near perfect, just a small walk to the center. You can park at the hotel too. However, it's was 30 degrees outside when we slept there. It was a sauna inside the room, really bad.

The room is clean with a kitchenette the negative point is that the hotel is very far from the city and the last bus is at 20h.
