Мы остались очень довольны отелем, особенно добротой персонала. Определенно, мы еще вернемся сюда во время наших следующий путешествий.

預訂的房間含雙早，給的兩張早餐券後來不慎丟失，打電話到前台詢問是否能補，前台回覆：早餐券給了你，你弄丟了是你自己的責任，跟我們沒關係。前台客服一直重複“你弄丟了餐票是你自己的責任”這句話，語氣態度十分惡劣，我從頭到尾也沒説我弄丟了餐票是酒店的責任，我也沒説過讓酒店負責，我衹是問是否能補，不理解為什麼要有那麼大的惡意，我缺你這頓早餐嗎？別的酒店餐票丟了憑房卡家人也能去吃早餐，登記就行。你們這服務水平真的有待提高！
