Because I got a restaurant voucher when I checked in, I had breakfast at her house. It was very rich and delicious. I also experienced the chess and card room. , and also gave candies, which was very considerate. Shengli also saw a very beautiful sunset.

The front desk customer service has been repeating the sentence ”you lost the meal ticket is your own responsibility”. The tone is very bad. I didn't say from beginning to end that I lost the meal ticket and it was the responsibility of the hotel. I didn't say that the hotel was responsible. I asked if I could make up. I don't understand why there is such a big malicious intent. Am I missing your breakfast? Other hotel meal tickets can also go to breakfast with the room card family, just register. Your service level really needs to be improved!
