"The hotel environment is quite good, and the front desk staff are excellent. I highly recommend staying here. However, I wouldn't recommend the buffet. The ingredients weren't fresh; some of the shellfish and snails had sand in them. The restaurant manager's attitude was mediocre. When I checked in, I had already arranged with the front desk staff that I'd need to pay for a half-price buffet for my child who was over the height limit. For some reason, the restaurant staff didn't acknowledge this and even called the front desk to verify this small amount in front of us, which made for a very unpleasant experience. Eventually, they realized their mistake after checking their work group chat, apparently misremembering the room number. Also, the breakfast was just average. Overall, the dining experience definitely doesn't live up to 5-star standards."

"The environment is quiet and beautiful, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Witness the beauty of the sun shining brightly, then the misty, hazy scenery of the mountains shrouded in rain. The cats and dogs at the B&B are adorable! 🥺
The B&B provides afternoon tea and breakfast, which are healthy and delicious. Eating it while looking out over the creek and bamboo forest feels so refreshing.
The room was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The shower gel provided was pleasantly scented, and there was even a projector!!
Besides the remote location and the limited nearby dining options, there's really nothing to fault.
The B&B owner was also very friendly and quickly resolved any issues. 😄
Before leaving, the owner gave me a small, practical gift: a delicate teacup."

"This veteran five-star hotel truly boasts a profound foundation. Its classic design is timeless, and while it heavily features an Arabian style, it feels incredibly authentic, completely devoid of any cheap imitation. They clearly spared no expense on both the hardware facilities and soft furnishings; it might not grab your attention at first glance, but it's very pleasing to the eye and feels incredibly durable! The entire resort is well-equipped with abundant activities, and the quality of food and accommodation is good.
There are a few points worth noting for upcoming guests. Firstly, the floor plan of each guest room building is shaped like a giant square ('口'), with only one elevator. If you, like me, are assigned a room far from the elevator, it will take at least 2 minutes, or even more, to walk from the elevator! Secondly, the 'pet interaction' is very mini; a more diplomatic way to put it would be 'exquisitely compact.' Thirdly, the parking lot layout is illogical with confusing signage, so even experienced drivers might need to circle a few times to get their bearings, haha!"

"I had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I'm happy to report it exceeded my expectations. Let's start with the positives: the location is unbeatable. After rafting, we could head straight back to our room for a shower, avoiding the crowds – even during off-peak season, the scenic area was incredibly busy!
The service was excellent and very patient; they cheerfully answered all our questions about the local attractions. There's free, unlimited ice cream in the lobby, and you can get pool tickets from the front desk. The pool water was very cold, definitely a true mountain spring-fed experience. A special mention for the hairdryer in the room – didn't catch the brand, but it was incredibly powerful and effective! While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious.
Now for the downsides: The hotel doesn't have its own parking. We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage. The front desk mentioned that guests needed to inform security to drive in, which was a bit inconvenient as I had already walked in. Perhaps due to its mountainous location, the room felt a bit humid, but it improved significantly after turning on the air conditioning. Soundproofing was just average.
Despite these minor points, I still highly recommend this hotel. Thumbs up!"

"An underrated treasure homestay: a peaceful and tranquil habitat, with a balcony that takes in the entire lake view! Very comfortable ☀️The homestay is very design-conscious, clean and sanitary, the housekeeper service is friendly, and the bedding and supplies are of good quality! The surprise is: the courtyard is very photogenic hahaha! Although it is not the rainy season yet and the lake is not full, it is interesting to sit on the balcony and watch the water and listen to the forest! Recommended as a test sleeper!"

"The room is decorated in a simple and fresh style, clean and tidy. The balcony is spacious, and it is particularly pleasant to stand on the balcony and look at the mountain view opposite. Pets are allowed, and it is very pet-friendly. The housekeeper service is considerate and professional. The parent-child activities in the evening are rich and colorful. As long as you participate, there are many snacks and toy gift packs, which are deeply loved by children. There are also lion dance and singing performances. The a**osphere is joyful and peaceful. This hot spring hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the lobby exudes a warm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and bright, fully equipped, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The hot spring area was a delightful surprise. The pools, large and small, are arranged in a charmingly varied way, each with different benefits and temperatures; a soak left me feeling completely refreshed. The service was also exceptional; from check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist me.
The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. There's also a small park nearby where you can enjoy a stroll; the environment is serene. This stay was wonderful, and I'll definitely come back! Highly recommended.

The room is very large, and the balcony is also very large. There are three beds. There is no water limit in the hot spring on the balcony, so you can soak in it as you like. The environment is beautiful, the privacy is high, and the photos are great. The public swimming pool and hot spring in Area A are great and very clean. My best friends and I had a great time and felt very relaxed. It's worth a visit. I especially praise the service here. It's really nice. During the National Day holiday, I escaped the city's hustle and bustle and casually booked Yunqi Moye. I didn't expect a surprise right after contacting the butler – they said I could get an upgrade to a 270-degree mountain view room. I didn't quite grasp what that meant then, but when I arrived, I realized how absolutely stunning it was!
The moment I opened the room door, I literally gasped, ”Wow!” A whole wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows wrapped around most of the room, from the headboard to the sofa, offering an endless panorama of rolling green mountains as far as the eye could see. Waking up in the morning, I didn't even need to get out of bed; I could just lie there and watch the mountain peaks wrapped in a faint morning mist, like a thin veil. As the sun slowly crept up, the mist dissipated, revealing layers upon layers of vibrant green mountains. In the afternoon, I soaked in the hot spring on the balcony, sipped on Yingde tea, and watched the mountains. Occasionally, birds would fly past, which was incredibly therapeutic.
The environment was excellent, and the service didn't disappoint either. Before I even left, the butler proactively asked me what time I planned to check in. Upon arrival, they offered us an afternoon tea set to relax a bit and kindly reminded us about the evening firework display. It was very thoughtful. After this stay, I feel completely recharged.

GGuest UserHealth is good and very clean. The environment is very comfortable. The greening is very good and beautiful. It is very good to punch in and take pictures. But there are many small insects infested at night, such as mosquitoes, spiders, caterpillars, etc. The last picture is the room I slept in. As soon as I turned off the light, I suddenly found the corner, mosquitoes fighting spiders. If the children who are afraid of doing psychological construction, they will have to do it. Many grasses are unavoidable. Each room has a small pool and the bubbles are very comfortable at night. The kitchen equipment is very complete and you can cook noodles. There is a supermarket near the accommodation, and daily necessities can be bought, which is very convenient.

I rarely leave reviews because I am afraid that the reviews are not good enough. My husband is also very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. , the sanitary facilities are very good, quiet, the breakfast is small, complete, and delicious, especially the front desk service is excellent. GGuest UserBest resort I’ve stayed at so far in Qingyuan, really enjoyed their personal driver services bringing us to and fro directly from our room to facilities like the farm nearby and the restaurant where we had breakfast. There was never a lack of hospitality from all the hotel staff. The room we booked was comfortable, cosy and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed the free activities like feeding rabbits, ostriches and seeing a sorts of animals like peacocks, ducks and gooses. Seems like a family oriented resort with activities for children but also enjoyable for couples. We also had campfire and karaoke at night, fireworks on another night (included) and also we got to pick strawberries and eggs (for a small fee) on the last day. 3D2N here are well spent!

The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and, most importantly, were a real delight, making our experience so enjoyable. My family and I all agreed the service was exceptional. AAnonymous UserThe hotel environment is really nice, and the butler was very welcoming. Our room was clean, and they even upgraded our room type, which we really appreciated. All the facilities were well-equipped, and the service was responsive to all our requests – excellent.
However, this wasn't a relaxing trip for us. When I booked on Trip.com, I imagined a serene rice paddy field where I could enjoy a peaceful vacation. To my surprise, the hotel was hosting a corporate team-building event. From dining to public spaces, it was incredibly noisy. During meals, people were loudly walking around, toasting with drinks. The cafe also had many people walking around taking photos… even directly taking photos at other guests' tables while they were having coffee (as shown in image 5). There was absolutely no sense of tranquility. I honestly don't understand the point of going through such elaborate efforts to take 'relaxed' photos in such a chaotic setting.
Besides that, there was an insane amount of smoking in the public areas – yes, insane. As we walked around the hotel in the evening, every path, every seat had people smoking. Even in the women's public restroom… And some were even smoking with half their body in the pool – how incredible is that? These people also stomped out their cigarettes on the ground, especially right outside room doors, which was just unbelievable. After smoking, they’d even spit. Oh, and some were spitting in the rice fields, which was shocking and disgusting to witness. The thick second-hand smoke and such uncivilized behavior made it impossible to walk outside the hotel, and completely ruined any enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings. I don't think it's too much to ask for better in this situation, is it?… This place only guarantees the freedom of smokers, without considering the freedom to breathe clean air for children and non-smokers. I want to say, most guests staying at the hotel are families with children or people who appreciate nature, so there should be designated smoking areas and proper management, shouldn't there? If it were just one or two people smoking, that would be one thing, but it was everywhere we went – truly unlucky. I wonder if others mind this kind of public environment. For me, staying at a relatively high-priced hotel is precisely to avoid these situations, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case here.
Behind the beautiful photos, there were noisy crowds, people constantly walking around taking pictures, and thick second-hand smoke. If I had known it would be like this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. Although I didn't have high expectations, the experience was really quite poor, and it makes me hesitant to consider coming back.

UUtopus_HythThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment.
The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages.
For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments.
In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

There are no hotels around this examination site, only homestays. The address of this homestay is located in the center of the local residential building. A white house is easy to find. The house is decorated very artistically. It is surrounded by mountains. The air is very good when you open the window. When you get up in the morning, you will see smoke on the mountain, which is very artistic. I came here to take the exam, otherwise I would soak in a hot spring and go to Huangtengxia for a while before leaving. The only disadvantage here is takeaway (the delivery fee for takeaway you want to eat starts at 7+). I didn't know that there was food in the homestay until I ordered takeaway. The proprietress was very nice. I told her about my need for a car to go to the test site, and she immediately booked a car for me, but it happened that there was a heavy rainstorm between 12:30 and 13:00. During this period, the driver couldn't find the way and wanted to cancel the order. The proprietress was also very patient and gentle to guide the driver. At that time, the proprietress was still repairing the chair, hahaha, that scene was hard to imagine ~ (if I communicated with the driver, I might quarrel with people hahaha), if you come here to play ~ I recommend staying in this homestay, because they are really responsible and patient ~ Oh, by the way, the room I stayed in included breakfast, although it was sweet potatoes and eggs hahaha ~ You must eat Qingyuan chicken when you come here to play, great
