Qingyuan Hotels with Wi-Fi

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The 270-degree lake view room is amazing. It feels like living in a bonsai, lying on the lake view. This B&B is the most advanced B&B I have ever stayed in. It not only has floor heating but also central air conditioning. There are various types of public areas. Breakfast is provided in a buffet style like a hotel. Considering that the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, it provides warm dinner service for guests. The hotel is in a good location, awesome 👍

This is one of the best hotel that our family had stayed in China. The hotel room is very roomy and clean. The bathroom is clean, modern and very roomy. The food is delicious and the service is great. I highly recommend the front desk ”Xiao Qiu” and ”Xiao He”. Their service manner are outstanding. They are friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this hotel.

The villa is located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing! There will be a battery car at the entrance of the scenic area to pick up the front desk for check-in, and then deliver it to the door of the room. This may be because there are relatively few people in this villa (this is the largest room in the entire B&B). There were several bees inside when we first entered. After reacting to the front desk, Someone came to deal with it immediately, and then found that the wifi and TV were not working, and staff also came to deal with it. Although the TV still couldn't be used in the end, the children still had a lot of fun. There are not many choices for breakfast in the morning, but the air and environment are well worth visiting. It is really comfortable and relaxing!
