This was our company's team-building choice, and the 22 rooms perfectly met our team's needs. The butler set up a group chat in advance for coordination, and everything from room assignments to meal arrangements was well-organized with extremely fast response times. In the evening, we had a barbecue and bonfire on the lawn. The guesthouse even arranged for roasted sweet potatoes to be delivered to our rooms, which were piping hot and added to the great atmosphere. The infinity pool on the fourth floor became the main battleground for colleagues to take photos and check in. The 270° panoramic view directly faces the karst peaks, and everyone said this was the most photogenic guesthouse we've stayed at for team building. The architecture itself is also very well-designed, with a pure white, minimalist style that contrasts sharply with the surrounding mountains. The conference room's floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the peaks, making meetings much less painful, haha.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they were efficient and helpful. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent, with a rich variety of dishes—it truly stands out in Qingyuan! It made both travel and accommodation completely hassle-free. The value for money is great, and I highly recommend it!

This guesthouse boasts an amazing location and design! Nestled amidst a bamboo forest, the environment is peaceful, the air is fresh, and it's incredibly comfortable. Plus, it's super pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our little furry friends along! We booked a sunrise-view courtyard for 4 nights, but sadly, we overslept every morning and missed the beautiful sunrise! The courtyard is built along the riverside, offering stunning mountain views from the small balcony. You can also go fishing or watch other guests kayaking (a complimentary activity provided by the guesthouse), so there's plenty to do! The guesthouse is also very close to nearby attractions. We visited Dongtian Fairyland and Tuofengshan Inn, and even enjoyed an exhilarating and thrilling rafting experience! The guesthouse's herbal chicken pot was absolutely delicious, even better than those at local farmhouses! The housekeeper was very warm and the service was thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us fresh bamboo shoots (sweet and tender) and Yingde's famous Yinghong No. 9 tea as a parting gift. We left with our hands full!

This hotel has a Middle Eastern vibe, and the greeters at the entrance are so realistic, you'd think you actually arrived in the Middle East from the pictures. It's a high-value five-star hotel, and Manager ”Little Apple” provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Glamping in China I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities. But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections. First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation. We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom. More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent. I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times. Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers. The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh. We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding ! There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic . All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel. Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you. But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home. Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

Must be five-star praise! From check-in to check-out, it is very comfortable, the staff is kind, take the initiative to help with luggage and introduce the surroundings. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odorless. The hotel is quiet and not noisy, and the rest is particularly good. The breakfast is varied and tastes good, reflecting the intentions everywhere. A stay beyond expectations, cost-effective

This trip was absolutely fantastic! It was my birthday, and my butler Rui Rui (锐锐) upgraded us to a family room and even decorated it in advance, creating a lovely birthday atmosphere. That evening, she even conspired with my husband to surprise me by secretly placing a birthday cake in the room – I was truly touched! The staff at the hot spring area were also incredibly friendly. They quietly upgraded me to the VIP changing area and proactively told me there were cookies and juice in the upstairs lounge. The experience was truly excellent! We had so much fun this time. The hot springs and water park were amazing, but the temple fair food was also very unique! There were so many stalls with all sorts of delicious food, and you could play various games. The lady at the ring toss game was so encouraging and praised my little one's clumsy ring-tossing skills, which made my child incredibly happy! Oh, and the hotel's service was genuinely outstanding. I also want to thank the lady at the front desk. My husband twisted his ankle before we left, and the front desk staff lent him some medicated oil. When I went down late at night to store something, I saw another parent urgently telling the front desk their baby wasn't feeling well, and the front desk quickly provided a first-aid kit. The service was genuinely excellent! All in all, this was a very happy experience. We played well, ate well, and if we get the chance, we'll definitely go again. Thank you to Butler Rui Rui, the front desk ladies, the hot spring front desk ladies, the gentlemen and ladies at the temple fair area, and all the gentlemen and ladies who tirelessly welcomed guests under the sun!

This hotel boasts a great location right by the lake. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with stunning lake and mountain views. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Baojing Palace scenic area, which offers activities like exploring a grotto, via ferrata, a glass bridge, and boating. The hotel itself has several swimming pools – an infinity pool, a kids' splash pool, and a quiet pool for serious swimmers. There's also a private hot spring area and a Biliu Cave. You could easily spend three days here without even leaving the hotel, and you can rent an electric scooter to get around. My kids absolutely loved it. The room size and facilities were also good. On the downside, it was quite damp and stuffy, likely due to its location between the lake and the mountains. The cleaning staff even used a wet mop, leaving the floor very wet when we first entered. There was also standing water on the path to the pool that wasn't promptly cleaned, and an elderly person in our group fell and had to see a doctor when we got home. The service was also quite rough around the edges. Early in the morning, before we were even awake, a cleaning lady knocked on our door – not with the doorbell, but with her hand – insisting on asking when she could clean the room. After we complained, she didn't show up for the next two days. In summary, it's a hotel with a great location and good facilities, but the service quality is just average.

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
