"The Giraffe Castle Hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners. All appliances worked perfectly, and with the windows closed, you could barely hear any outside noise. The staff were very responsive to requests, patiently and meticulously answering any questions, and check-in/check-out procedures were swift and efficient. The lobby features a giant sacred tree as its central景观, with a giraffe theme prevalent throughout, boasting excellent natural light and views. The hotel also has its own Sacred Tree Park and Gaogao Amusement Valley, perfect for a short break and play between outings. There's a dedicated entrance straight to the animal park, allowing guests to admire various animals and learn from informative科普 explanations. Special thanks to Yao Shengqin, who was prompt and patient in responding to messages. The gym is great for daily workouts, and the water park and hot springs are always available. The restaurants offer a wide selection of Chinese and Western cuisine, making for an easy and stress-free stay from start to finish."

"My overall stay far exceeded expectations, from booking to check-out, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in quick and efficient. They were patient and thorough in answering all my questions, providing attentive and excellent service. The guest room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest. Bathroom amenities were comprehensive, and the hot water flow was stable and consistent. The room had good natural light and ventilation, with well-maintained and functional facilities, and a spacious layout that didn't feel cramped. The public areas were kept very clean and hygienic, with a tidy and elegant lobby. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with a full range of meats, vegetarian options, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. "This was my first time staying at New World Hotel, and the WeChat service was very good at understanding customer needs. Upon arrival, check-in was quick, and all my questions were answered. The room was clean and the air quality was good. The staff were friendly and polite, bringing welcome fruits. The hotel has excellent family-friendly facilities, and the hot spring water is clear. The outdoor swimming pool was a hit with the kids, who enjoyed the different themed activities each day. The dining service could use some improvement in meeting guest demands, though the food quality itself was good. The 200 yuan dining voucher felt a bit underwhelming in terms of value. Breakfast was repetitive and just okay; the noodle bar's soup base was only lukewarm, which affected the taste. On the last day, checking out, I have to mention the seating in the hotel lobby. There was a large tour group, which meant children and elderly guests had to sit on the railing. After I dropped off my room card and saw this, I was quite surprised that a high-end, star-rated hotel known for its premium service would have such a situation. I suggest the hotel's front desk director manage crowd control and direct guests more effectively, especially during peak check-in/check-out times, based on the number of guests. A big thank you to XARA from guest services for arranging a small strawberry cake for my birthday! I will definitely choose to stay at New World again, and I hope the hotel improves its dining and lobby reception services. "

"Always nice to stay at Atour. The rooms are clean, staff provides good service. Midnight congee is loved by my old parents. Location is great, walking distance to a mall with lots of choices. If you are Cantonese speaking, then you will love this even more. Always have a good nice sleep when I stay at Atour!"

"Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The surrounding area is great, with fresh air. Service: Attentive. The price was acceptable for a holiday, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Although there were many tourists, the reception capacity was good. Even on May 3rd, we barely had to queue for the standard attractions, possibly because we arrived in the afternoon."

"The service was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful staff. The place is pretty, clean and the room is comfortable. However there was a strange thing happened in my room— there were tiny flies, a lot of them on the towels. But the second day the flies were gone. I just asked to change the towels cause it wasn’t too bad but because the service is amazing I didn’t think it was a big problem because you can always communicate nicely with them. Thank you for having us would recommend this place if anyone wants to stay somewhere in the suburbs. I was hoping the swimming pool would be open but it wasn’t I guess because it was in the winter season."

"Our experience at the Qingyuan Meilin Lake Hot Spring Hotel was fantastic! The environment is incredibly comfortable, the hotel is spacious, and everything is clean and tidy. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the restaurant staff for their thoughtful and attentive service to the children, and the hot spring area staff were also very kind, even helping the kids get water guns and swim rings. The children had a wonderful time. The stay included 50 golf balls for the driving range, and in the morning, you can go for a run at the sports park across the street. The hot spring area also has a hot spring slide that kids absolutely love. We'll definitely be back to experience the water park once it opens!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy! Even though it's by the road, you can choose a room facing the residential area, which is quiet and not noisy. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small. For breakfast, there was only one person cooking noodles and frying eggs. In the morning, with many people, you had to queue, so I suggest adding another person during peak hours. The bed was also softer than in other hotels, not as hard. Since I was there for a business training, I left early in the morning and forgot to take pictures!"

"You can tell a lot of thought went into the details. **Amenities:** There's a stream nearby for fishing and playing in the water. On-site, you can barbecue, camp, have bonfires, experience intangible cultural heritage activities, practice calligraphy, and enjoy tea ceremonies. It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!"
