"We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon with our children, and Radisson has always given us a good impression with its elegance and high value for money; although the hotel facilities at the airport might not be as good as those in the city, this hotel is already quite comfortable; the pool, gym, and dining facilities are all well-equipped, and there are also free shuttle buses to the airport; the front desk staff are all sincere and polite, including Michael, are also very helpful. Great view of Daxing Airport. And affordable food inclusinf Peking duck and Pufferfish. Although not a great fan of the Pufferfish. Isolation is top quality. Light sleeper but slept like a rose. Even tough room was close by an elevator. No traffic sounds and plane sound."

From check-in onward, the staff went out of their way to help—using translation apps, hand gestures, and constant warm smiles. Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is in a great location for food and shopping, offering a quieter alternative away from the crowded tourist areas. While it’s about a 30-minute drive from the city center (with no traffic), we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and local city vibes. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The layout can be confusing at first (it felt like walking through a maze) and I got lost a few times. Fortunately, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me back. Most staff don’t speak English well, but they were polite and did their best to assist. Overall, a good stay if you prefer a more relaxed area with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby."
