The hotel is right on the beach and has complete facilities. It has many free activities. You can spend a whole day in the hotel with your children. The suite is really big, with a two-meter large bed and an oversized bathtub. , a twin room with a separate bathroom, the living room also has a large balcony, the kitchen has all the tableware and kitchen utensils, neatly arranged, you can cook by yourself, and the washing machine and dryer can be washed at will. There were many foreigners partying at night, and the atmosphere was amazing. I will choose Marriott next time I go there.

The Marriott Mai Khao Beach is a wonderful place to stay at for visiting Phuket. We came for 7 nights for a Christmas Break with our two daughters aged 17 and 20. The room was simply the best room we have had in all of our stays at a Marriott Vacation club resort (of the 10 or so we have stayed at). There was plenty of space, a private pool for the room, it was cleaned to perfection every day(including the novel towel sculptures assembled by the cleaning staff every day), it was also decorated tastefully with a modern Thai twist. You have access to all the features of the JWM next door (they provide a shuttle service, but we enjoyed the walk instead), access to the beach(same shuttle), all in a very well maintained facility. The staff are genuinely friendly and will do all they can to accommodate you. You are not close to the center of Phuket, so we planned for a 10 day trip and spent 3 days at a different hotel closer to the busier part of the island, but you are closer to the elephant sanctuaries, and easier access to James Bond Island using a local boat. Highly recommended
