Great value for money – you get a star-rated hotel experience at an affordable price. Its convenient location, close to bus stops for Kata and Karon beaches, and within walking distance to the Naka Weekend Market, were all reasons I extended my stay. The hotel is well-equipped with facilities like a restaurant, cafe, and gym. The swimming pool is located on a skybridge between two buildings, and it's not too deep, making it perfect for families with kids. The staff were also very polite and efficient in resolving any issues. 🥰

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our child. On the downside, there was a slight sewage smell in the room. When housekeeping came to clean, we asked them to come back in 10 minutes, but they only showed up 2 hours later when our child was asleep. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and responsive. We were particularly impressed with the play area, the clean swimming pool, the restaurant with its wide (and delicious!) selection of dishes, and the room with a PlayStation, billiards, and foosball. There's also a gym. It's an excellent option for families with children, and they've also thought of everything for guests with pets. We left very satisfied!

We were concerned about some bad reviews we had seen and were therefore pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms were beautiful on the ground floor with a balcony area overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful massage and were treated very well. The hotel was quiet most of the time meaning we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Staff were extremely kind and helpful . I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food at reasonable prices. The room was clean and comfortable, offering good value for the price. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended!

What impressed me about this place is the management's professionalism. The building is a little old though but it is taken care of well. You have to login to wifi every time you leave and come back to the hotel. It has many parking place for cars and it can be reached easily from the main road. It is not very far from the old town Phuket, just 10 minutes of walking. The hotel gives 2 bottles of water and 1 roll of toilet paper every day, also it is always possible to have cold and hot water from the water dispenser at the entrance of the hotel. There is also a microwave which is very handy if you want to heat up your food. You can eat in the front yard where there are some tables. Since the hotel is not by the main road it is also quiet all the time. It was a plus in our trip to stay there. Thanks

We quite enjoyed our stay; the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the constant drain smell in our room. Despite notifying the front desk, nothing was done during our stay. The pool is small and shallow but very pleasant. The room has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet is simple but decent.

This place was surprisingly great! Honestly, the location isn't bad at all; it's not too far from the main tourist areas. Renting a motorbike is definitely the most convenient way to get around. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel and a Tops daily across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby too; the Khao Rang rice porridge was delicious. If you walk a bit, you'll find famous spots like Go Benz, Jok Samui, and Neung Nom Nua. If you have a car, it's not far to Chum Cha Market or Naka Weekend Market. Or, head down the hill and you'll find Frans x Thongsmith, Rommanee Alley, and Phuket Old Town easily. Speaking of the hotel itself, parking might be a bit of an issue for cars, but you can usually park along the roadside. The rooms have been newly renovated from the old hotel (Sino Inn). They're spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the water pressure is strong. There's a big fridge, which is handy for storing things. The bed and pillows were soft, though the towels had a strong bleach smell. They don't provide many amenities apart from shampoo and shower cream, but for the price, it's fair. The balcony is wide and offers a view of Khao Rang hill. Overall, I'd give this place a 9/10, especially considering the price I paid.

Amazing facility . Full service gym , rentable tennis courts. Unfortunately the pool at the time was under went renovations so couldn’t use it but it was a clean spacious room. Not much around the area though.

In the city center. 10 minutes walking distance from Central Phuket. A few minutes bike ride to Old Town. Half an hour drive to Kata beach. Clean and has what hotel should have. Room was very spacious. No breakfast. Can order Grab / 7-11 delivery or buy some food from Central the day before.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Phuket Town. There's a street nearby with lots of souvenir shops, plenty of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven just around the corner. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea and pastries, and the mini-bar drinks are free. The overall ambiance has a unique Southeast Asian style, which is lovely. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they even walked us to the door and waved us off when we left. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket!
