very good service . rooms were comfortable as the beds . location is further back from patong Beach and elevated on mountain side. Great views from roof top pool . elevator was good . . can walk 5 nin down hill to 711 and shops . could easily walk to beach but a bike is easier.

This time, I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Thailand. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. I had some anxieties about traveling abroad, but the staff's attentive service put me at ease and allowed me to relax. The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to fully recover from my travel fatigue. The facilities were well-maintained, and I didn't experience any inconvenience during my several-day stay. The hotel's ambiance was wonderful, offering a true resort feel that really immersed me in the Thai experience. I particularly loved the stunning scenery and atmosphere around the hotel; it was a comforting space to return to. The location was also convenient, making it easy to go sightseeing, dine out, and get around the city. The staff were very helpful with transportation like taxis, which was reassuring for my first trip to Thailand. Overall, the hotel had a calm atmosphere, which I think makes it ideal for those looking to relax during their trip. The staff's smiles and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression, and I truly felt that staying here was a great choice. A significant part of what made this trip such a wonderful memory was the comfortable stay at this hotel. If I have the chance to visit Thailand again, I would definitely love to stay here once more. If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration.

The accommodation is beautiful and worth the price. It's right by the beach, with convenience stores nearby and close to entertainment venues. You can walk to Bangla Road and also easily access the beachfront.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is decent. The reviews said it was close to Patong Beach, which was one of the reasons I chose it, but after leaving the hotel, you have to walk about 5-7 minutes down a dark path to reach the bustling area. It's nice that it's quiet, but I don't know... I like walking around, so it feels awkward to take a taxi, and walking takes a bit too long. Hmm... Also, the TV in the room is very old; the screen crackles when it's on, lol.

I absolutely love the vibe of this hotel. The ambience is beautiful, the room is lovely, and the amenities are great. The space is also spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, I did feel a little disappointed with the overall atmosphere. Since it has a beach club concept, I was expecting a more lively and happening crowd but the party vibes didn’t quite meet my expectations. The location is a big plus, with easy access to nearby cafés and halal food options, and it’s also close to Bangla Road. One drawback was the beach access. While it’s great to have direct access, the area was quite crowded with rented beach chairs, which blocked the view and made it feel a bit cramped. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and love the hotel, but I do hope they can enhance the party atmosphere to create a more exciting and vibrant experience

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Excellent value for money, nothing to complain about. It's very quiet, far from the night noise, ideal for families, and everything is nearby. The staff are super pleasant and very kind.

this hotel sooo good perfect, who is cleaning my room that man also so kind doing so clean also who take our luggage upstairs so kind near room directly has pool, even they gave us pool towel. also hotel sooo cheap

The hotel service was great, and the front desk owner was very enthusiastic. However, the hot water in the room needs improvement. For the first two days of our three-day stay, the shower water was only lukewarm. It only returned to normal on the third day. The location is excellent, with two 7-Elevens right outside and Jungceylon shopping mall next door, making dining and shopping very convenient. Bang La seafood market is directly opposite, which is great for seafood lovers. There's a boxing gym next door, which can be noisy from 8 PM to 11 PM, but since we were on vacation and didn't go to bed early, it didn't bother us. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. On our last day, they even let us use the swimming pool for a few hours after checking out. Overall, I think it was a very good stay.
