"Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. "We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom.
Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place."

"The room is nice and very spacious. Aircond is cold and there’s also a ceiling fan. It’s well-equipped with an induction cooker, pan, microwave, fridge and Tv (honestly very good value for what I paid!)
However, when I checked in around 8.20pm, the floor was still a bit wet. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable. Definitely will come again!
Just a note: the road to the parking area is quite confusing and parking costs RM6 per day. Deposit was RM100 (should be RM200)."

"We stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen.
The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.
Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!"

The hotel's English name is One World Hotel, but its Chinese translation is 'Wanda Hotel,' which can be misleading as it has no connection to the famous Chinese real estate company. Similarly, the adjacent One Utama shopping mall is referred to as 'Wanda Plaza' in Chinese, also without any actual relation.
I ended up booking this hotel for an exhibition I was attending. It's considered a mid-to-high-range option in the Kuala Lumpur area. I flew from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in the evening, and the taxi ride from the airport took about an hour. Upon arrival, there was no bellhop to assist with luggage when I got out of the taxi; I only received help once I was inside the lobby. After checking in, despite my assurance that I could manage my bags, the bellhop insisted on taking my luggage to the room. Fortunately, I had some Malaysian Ringgit cash on me, so I tipped 5 MYR. The next evening, when I returned to collect my stored luggage before heading to the airport, I noticed the same bellhop at the front desk, waiting for guests checking in, even for those with just a small 20-inch carry-on.
The hotel opened in early 2008, and there's a plaque at the entrance stating it was personally inaugurated by the Sultan of Selangor at the time. The breakfast was fantastic, with an extensive spread of options. The swimming pool was also good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

1. The front desk staff was very good and friendly. He listened to my requests carefully and made sure they were granted.
2. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting 3–4 people. There were plenty of compartments and switches, soundproof walls, and a smart TV (great for connecting a laptop and streaming content), though ASTRO was also available.
3. The location is highly convenient — directly connected to Paradigm Mall. You just go down to floor CC and turn left, and you’re there.
Cons:
1. The air-conditioning took a very long time to cool. Even at 18°C, it stayed underwhelming for almost an hour. We reported it, and the technician came quickly, which was appreciated. However, the issue still persisted until much later when we returned to the room.
2. Room service was extremely expensive, with prices ranging from RM40 to over RM100 for a relatively simple menu.
3. Breakfast was disappointing. While there was variety (local and western dishes like cauliflower cheese, charcuterie, rendang, sambal, Indian selections, and roti canai), many dishes were overly salty, heavy, and unbalanced. Even the roti canai was very hard.
4. Parking was a real letdown. The hotel lift is on the opposite side, forcing us to cross through the motorcycle area, which felt unsafe. To make matters worse, the crossing point is right next to the entry gate, adding to the risk.
Overall:
The stay had its good points ,especially the friendly front desk service, spacious room, and direct mall access, but was held back by underwhelming facilities like the air-conditioning, overpriced room service, poor breakfast, and problematic parking. With some improvements, this hotel could deliver a much better guest experience.

GGuest UserUpon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace. We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support.
The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc.
There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.
Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.

GGuest UserThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.

CCrycatVery convenient place for me as I use MRT to go to work everyday. No need to worry about what to eat because there are plenty of food shops nearby. Parking is on the street and has to pay MBPJ during daytime. No lift but still acceptable.
