Booked a stay for our anniversary and made a small request to surprise my wife. To our surprise, they put in so much effort to decorate our room and gave us a small cake with a card wishing us happy anniversary.
Their room was comfortable, could barely hear noise outside. Comes with breakfast and their spread was extensive! Their staff were all round friendly, from the bell boy, to the reception, to the wait staff at the restaurant.
The only downside is that they don't have free parking. It's a RM 15 charge per calendar day with multiple entry.
Would stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay comfortable. I appreciated that the room came with access to Netflix, though you need to log in with your own account. One of the nice perks was the option to request an early check-in, which was convenient.
Overall, everything during the stay met my expectations. However, the location was a bit confusing to find at first — clearer directions or signage would be helpful, especially for first-time guests. Once you arrive, though, the experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Would definitely consider staying again.

I recently stayed at Armada Hotel Petaling Jaya for one night in preparation for our wedding reception the following day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The room was quite spacious and comfortable, which gave us enough space to relax and get ready without feeling cramped. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making our short stay stress-free.
Considering the size of the room and the convenience of the location, the price was very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Petaling Jaya.

I recently stayed at M World Hotel (previously known as Avante Hotel) and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering convenient access to shopping and dining options nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. However, I would like to highlight that the toilet cleanliness could be improved, particularly the shower area. The shower head had visible build-up and could benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Addressing this would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Other than that, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope the hotel continues to improve and maintain its standards following the rebranding.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and had a bathtub. It was also good that a breakfast buffet was included, even though it was not expensive.
However, although the hotel is basically clean, it is not recommended for those who are bothered by the oldness of the hotel itself, as it is noticeably dirty due to its age. Also, the breakfast buffet is not that good. We recommend the bread and the noodles, which are made on the spot.
Also, the location is not that great as it is a little far from the station, you have to go through dark streets and there are no convenience stores in the area.
But, the size of the rooms and the bathtub are very attractive.

A good hotel but located far from any convinent shops and stuff. Have to take grab or order food yourself for convenience. Water dispenser is at your hallway. Has all the amenities available. Cozy. Cold air cond. Room not that big but just enough. Overall, it’s a good hotel but location is abit stranded.

We stayed for a night in this low budget hotel, which is located in PJ SS2 business area, surrounded by various shops and eating places, making it so convenient. The room was basic but comfy.
However,
▶️ The soundproofing was very poor; we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor, especially one family with kids, they running, playing & shout in the corridor, soooo annoying.
▶️ Cleanliness could have been better as the bedsheets and towels are really seasoned. Although it's a budget hotel, basic hygiene is still essential.
⏩ Its was great that water dispensers and fridges provided.

recently stayed at the Hilton and had a generally pleasant experience. As always, the Hilton breakfast was a treat—great variety, fresh options, and a relaxing way to start the day. One thing to note is that the on-site restaurant was still under construction during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown, but understandable if they’re working to improve the facilities.
My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I felt the in-room entertainment options could use some updating or expansion—there weren’t many choices on the TV, especially after a long day out.
Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved. I’d definitely consider returning once the renovations are complete.

The location is a bit challenging to find, but once you enter the building, especially the lobby, it's breathtakingly luxurious. The room itself is incredibly convenient, with the air conditioning feeling refreshingly cold.
When we noticed our refrigerator wasn't functioning well, we informed the staff, and within five minutes, a maintenance service agent arrived with a new fridge—truly top-notch service. We made use of the pans to prepare a delightful breakfast of ramen and sausage. This stay was absolutely perfect.
I will definitely return and even consider giving gifts to others, as it's such a convenient and aesthetically pleasing experience!
However, one downside was that the water heater wasn't functioning well. I didn't manage to contact them about it, but believe me, the staff are incredibly helpful.

AAnonymous UserMy room was upgraded to a 2-bedrooms unit. It looks clean and nice. But... I was welcomed by 2 little cockroach and there are some spiders at room corners. The bed looked clean but I feel it has dust mites, because my legs feel itchy. Besides, the pillow is a bit smelly.
The bathroom exhaust fan might have some problems, the noise is quite loud.
The parking entrance is not easy to find especially at night time. Hope they can add a clearer signboard.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay if the management could solve these problems.

TTengku IzanHighly recommended hotel. Please take note there are two Royale Chulan hotel. One is The Curve and the one we stayed was Damansara. Very near to each other.
We chose Damansara as we felt it was worth the money and it was only about 4 mins walk to the curve. In fact we were very impressed with such beautiful hotel at reasonable price.
The receptionists were all polite. Parking is convenient and it was RM4 per each entry.

LLATINAH1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early.
2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok.
3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this.
4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment.
Overall I had a nice stay.

HHaziqThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.

CCrycatVery convenient place for me as I use MRT to go to work everyday. No need to worry about what to eat because there are plenty of food shops nearby. Parking is on the street and has to pay MBPJ during daytime. No lift but still acceptable.
