Pet friendly Hotels Paranaque

The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!

A little bit far away from the historical center, Intramuros etc, still most of the biggest shopping malls are somewhat close. No deposit box in the room. It’s equipped with some sort of “kitchen”, but no plates etc inside. Very comfortable bed. The staff tries to be very helpful, still you have sometimes to remind your request because tend to forget something. Breakfast was awful. This one definitely has to be improved since there’s a very little choice (like three dishes) and sometimes even that comes to an end so you have to wait for new buffet portions. Instant, not brewed, coffee.

We are happy to stay in Gordon's place, very convenient to everything, the pool is good overlooking manila bay. We enjoyed a lot in here, very new building, and quiet place. Will definitely come back here .

Our family and me enjoyed a lot in Gordon's apartment, this place is very good, spacious , and comfortable, like we don't want to go out of the room. The lightings, the smart TV, the internet , all are lux equiped. We have memorable experience here will definitely come back soon.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience during my six-day stay. The comfortable accommodations and attentive service exceeded all expectations. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to balcony views , contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay.

The accommodation information says there are 3 beds, but it's actually 2. Although we said we needed 3 beds when we made the reservation, there were only 2 beds, one in each of the two bedrooms. We mentioned this after checking in, but the only reply we got was ”please make a reservation.” We made a reservation for 2 nights, but we received an email at 9am just before checkout saying that the beds would be ready, and the person in charge came to the room 5 minutes later, but it was too late. It seems that up to 6 people can stay, but it's too small for 6 people. I think it would be a good hotel for 4 people, 2 couples. We were 3 men, so it would be pointless if there were not 3 beds. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. This is a shame. The correct information is 2 bedrooms, 2 beds. Extra bed available. We did not have the extra bed, so one person had to sleep on the sofa instead. I think it's unavoidable that they made a mistake. However, although the response was slow and I felt their sincerity, it is not worthy of a good rating.
