Amazing
GGuest UserStayed for one night and could stayed within hotel area without going outside. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed sunset at pool bar with nice wind. Int'l buffet restaurant had many variety. There are low rate casino tables and easy to play. I pretty liked almosphere of Solaire and surely want to visit again and stay longer. Strongly recommended !

GGuest UserLocation – The location is accessible and conveniently close to the airport and Mall of Asia, which made traveling and getting around much easier. Cleanliness – Unfortunately, cleanliness needs improvement. I saw several cockroaches in the dining area and inside the room, which was disappointing and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Facilities – The pool area looks nice and well-maintained, although I didn’t get the chance to swim during my stay. Room Condition – The room AC is very noisy and quite annoying, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.

GGuest UserHad a chance to stay here. Although parking is on the other side of the building. There is a free shuttle service from hotel lobby to parking lobby. Hotel room is japanese inspired and there is a direct access to city of dreams and we went to dreamplay and kids enjoyed their time

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. GGuest UserI always travel abroad and I would say that the place is in a good location. Pool and gym was excellent. Only lacks of cleanliness. Poor check in anf confusing elevator access to pool and to the room. But if you’re in a city tour or quick staycation with family.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. PPaul.PCozy place. Enough space for solo or couples. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process. Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved. Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.
