The service was good, but check-in was slow. There's entertainment on the first floor. It's been twelve years since my last stay, and the room is still well-maintained. Unfortunately, I left two pieces of clothing at the hotel and no one contacted me about them.

Booked one deluxe room and stayed for one night with kids. The room is sufficient, ample toiletries with a bottle of distilled water. The kids enjoyed much at the pool, it was big maximum of 4.2 feet and an adjacent kiddie pool with water fountains also good thing is that the kiddie play room is just along the area so you can watch your kids play around. They also have sun loungers and couches. At the same floor they have this six hole miniature gold area designed for fun and playful guests. In the evening we went to the roof top, there was a bar and spend some time just chilling around. Then buffet breakfast was ok, the kids loved the champorado. Then we went for a quick stroll to the adjacent mall, and you don't have to go down for there was a connecting area at the 4th floor. All in all the stay was absolutely ok despite this musty smell, I think from the carpet that is not dried up? or from the sewer. However, that does not make our stay memorable.

It was our first time staying at Savea, and we chose it to celebrate our son’s birthday. We originally got assigned the wrong room, but the staff quickly resolved it by upgrading us to a 2-bedroom unit, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen. The pool was also very inviting and perfect for a relaxing dip. Breakfast was simple with limited selections, but it was decent enough to start the day. Since the hotel only opened last year, there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some construction is still ongoing, and we noticed there wasn’t a telephone in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. You can definitely see the potential of the property, and we’re excited to see it once everything is fully completed. We’ll definitely be back!

The luxurious and beautiful building really lifted my spirits. All the facilities and amenities were satisfactory, but the only drawback was that the room was too cold. I had to keep the air conditioning off for my entire stay. It was constantly raining, so I didn't get to use the garden or pool, but I imagine they would be very enjoyable if I had another opportunity. The casino is always accessible, so whether it's a plus or a minus depends on the individual. It's also great that you can get to the restaurants without getting wet. The tall gentleman at the bell desk provided excellent service, making me want to come back again. He's a wonderful staff member, thank you very much.

I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits. I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. The 3-bedroom unit had smaller ones than expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we live nearby and could easily get what we needed. ONCE AGAIN, KUDOS TO THE HOST. Thank you...

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.
