MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country). 2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary. 3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

AAurora -Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻 However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service. Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes. Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too. Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :) Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station Enjoy your stay and hope this helps!

The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

CCyrus GeorsuaBooking via Trip.com is very reliable. Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at. If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

During our stayed, Around 10 evening, may sumusubok magbukas ng door namin, nakita pa namin sa bintana na tumakbo. Please make the area safer for the customer. Kasi kung ganyan lagi, walang magtatagal na customer sa inyo. The service was okay, very accommodating and approachable.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
