"INCROYABLE !! L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! Quel accueil, MERCI ! On oubliera pas notre passage à Litang. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !!!"

川川西好美New, clean with heating in room and shower. Hot water heats up fast. Room is very comfortable with a small view of the snow mountain. Hotel restaurant is exactly as shown in the hotel photos. Food is very good, they served great Cantonese cuisine👍

If there are hotels of this quality along the way, it would be so cool and the price is also suitable. I stayed in Motuo for more than 400 yuan. This is a far cry from this one. AAsipeigeaguiI have been to many Tibetan areas such as Qinghai Sichuan Yunnan Ali. The hotel here is the best health I have ever seen. There is no dust on the top of the TV and mirror cabinet (Figure 67). The boss is also good. Seeing that we are from the mainland for fear of drying, we sent a few more bottles of water. It is very convenient to park directly at the door. It is recommended to replace the curtains in the room with worse light transmittance to ensure that you fall asleep at night; the rain and water also need to be more smooth.

GGuest UserI have to say that the boss is really enthusiastic. After washing the clothes, he helped me dry them. The service attitude has nothing to say. I slept very comfortably all night. If it is not the itinerary, I want to stay for another night. There is a parking place in the courtyard.

The room and toilet space are quite large. Soundproofing: The soundproofing effect is good. You can sleep well and peacefully. If I go to Tibet next time, I will definitely choose your place to stay. 3300135****There was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

The living environment was very good. What impressed me most was that the ******* owner of the house was very welcoming. He cooked hot pot with us in the suite at night, invited us to drink butter tea, and took us to visit their own hut the next morning. He invited us to have ******* breakfast and taught us how to eat tsampa. If you go there during the summer vacation, you can meet their daughter, who is on summer vacation. She is very generous and a very warm and lovely ******* girl.

MM479740****It's truly unexpected to find a hotel like this in Genyen! The service and facilities are first-rate. The rooms are brand new and not smelling like renovations. They're very clean, and there's a washing machine and dryer, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk lady, Jiang Jiang, was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Ms. Zhuoma even helped with our luggage. The snacks are excellent, the breakfast is incredibly thoughtful, and the rooftop photos are fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserThe boss and the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. They upgraded our oxygen room for free when we checked in, and also gave us souvenirs. They also gave us bread, biscuits and milk for breakfast. The service was really great, and the hotel was very clean, super great!
