"The room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. It was very large and needed to be rented. The hotel only had four oxygen machines, but they were all rented when we arrived. There is a hospital 200 meters away where oxygen can be provided. There is no washing machine, but there is an elevator. There is no air conditioning, but there are electric blankets."

"First of all, the hotel design is good, the wooden structure is a little less soundproof, and the service is pretty good. The only thing I want to complain about is the oxygen supply. I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok."

MM42008****Absolute value for money homestay experience, highly recommended! This is definitely the most unlike a homestay I have ever stayed in, and it is more like returning to a friend's house in a Tibetan area. As soon as I entered the door, the boss offered Hada a welcome and was moved instantly. Location invincible: facing the Geyu Shenshan, push the window to see the scenery. Service is super warm: not only for us to plan the play route, before going out, the boss said that he would walk later, make you a drink on the road, send kumquat lemon, and send warm milk intimately at night. The boss taught us how to shoot the starry sky, turn off all the lights to create the best environment, and promised that there will be sunshine in Jinshan. Complete facilities: the room is clean and tidy, 24-hour hot water, oxygen generator, electric blankets are all available, and I live in a high altitude area with peace of mind. In short, this is a far more than expected accommodation, highly recommended to every friend who comes to Gexuan!

Dad specifically told me to give them a rave review! Mom raved about the hotel's design and the generous breakfast! This is a truly worthwhile stay at this gem of a B&B!

LLily-on99There's a gas station across from the hotel. The owner has a cute and obedient dog named Snake (dog lovers can pet her freely; she's quiet and doesn't bite). The mattress was just the right firmness. I was very satisfied with the parking, oxygen supply, heating, and other amenities. If I had to nitpick, there are two things: 1. There aren't many restaurants nearby (though takeout options are available). Whether you turn left or right from the hotel, it's at least a 15-minute walk to find a restaurant, supermarket, or pharmacy. 2. The smart toilet in the bathroom is a bit noisy. Men have to manually lift the seat, and it automatically closes the lid and seat after each use, making a loud ”smack” sound every time (I could even hear it coming from other rooms late at night). I don't know how to disable this function. Anyway, I was only staying one night, so I didn't bother complaining to the owner. PS: Actually, the owner isn't a bad person; I was just too lazy to report it…

The room has floor heating, oxygen supply, projection and smart toilet, as well as disposable bath towels and towels. The boss and waiter are very good. They are very friendly to pets and like them very much. When we check in and check out, we will take the initiative to help with luggage. Especially worth mentioning is that the restaurant here tastes very good, the boss said that the chef was specially invited from Chengdu, and there is no need to worry about eating in the beautiful Zeba Village. GGuest UserVery good location and nice rooms. We even came back after our first stay and received a discounted price for one of their biggest rooms. The receptionists even helped us to organize transportation to Yading. Unluckily the common area is a bit smelly as they keep two dogs in there. We therefore did not have breakfast with them but bought some food in the city.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and has an oxygen concentrator and radiator. Dengba and Yixi brothers are super enthusiastic. They took us to buy mushrooms and repair tires. Fortunately, we caught up with the bonfire party organized by the homestay team. Recommended!

Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined. Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated. There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had. We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time. The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody. Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two.
