I'd heard so much from friends about how amazing this Tibetan-style guesthouse was in July, and this August, on our trip to Western Sichuan, we finally managed to book it too. It was quite a coincidence; our original plan to visit Daocheng Yading was disrupted by a sudden and severe altitude sickness, forcing us to change our itinerary, and we ended up choosing this place as our final destination.
When we entered the guesthouse, we were still dizzy and lightheaded from altitude sickness and practically fell asleep the moment our heads hit the pillow. But when we opened our eyes again, it was like stepping into a painting—the west and north sides of the room offered breathtaking views, every glance a flowing masterpiece. Amazingly, the discomfort we'd felt earlier seemed to be soothed by the scenery.
We gazed at Changqing Chunke Monastery from the viewing platform, watching the light and shadow dance on the golden roof; we brewed a pot of tea at the bar, chatted with friends, and inquired about local customs; we strolled along the boardwalk, listening to the wind rustling through the prayer flags; and at night, the sky was ablaze with stars, so bright you could clearly see the outline of the Milky Way. In the early morning, frolicking rabbits graze outside the window…
The weariness worn down by city life is soothed just like that. If you also want to find a place to catch your breath, this guesthouse is definitely worth a special trip.

Guest UserChoosing this hotel for my trip here was absolutely the right decision! As soon as I opened the door, I felt how cozy the room was. The warm lighting paired with the Tibetan-style soft furnishings gave it such a sense of belonging. The room even had a ******* tea table, perfect for chatting and drinking tea with friends – so relaxing. Every corner was spotlessly clean, and even the pillows smelled like they'd been sun-dried. But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk girl was incredibly patient. When I asked for recommendations for local ******* restaurants, she not only gave me a list but also specifically pointed out which place had the most authentic butter tea. When I came back in the evening, she even proactively asked if I needed an extra blanket. Her service was attentive without being overbearing throughout my stay, making me feel even more relaxed than I do at home.

Guest UserWe arrived early that day and reached the village around 1pm. It was quite early, and our boss recommended a trip to the Heart of Genyen. We were driving a car and couldn't reach the Heart of Genyen, but our boss said that they had fewer guests in the off-season, so our boss could be our guide to the Heart of Genyen. There wasn't much water in the Heart of Genyen, probably because it dried up in the winter, but it was really beautiful, and we even took pictures of horses and yaks. There were almost no white clouds that day, and the blue sky was particularly beautiful. In the evening, we drove to the hot springs. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot springs and look at the stars at the same time!

The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing.

The guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined.
Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated.
There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had.
We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time.
The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody.
Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two.

carina1109Ok, we are temporarily set up. I checked it online for a long time. Either very expensive. Either very poor, I accidentally found a post. After reading a few pictures, I decided to postpone it for a day. The room can see the mountain. There is bread for breakfast. Soy milk is very good. Push, you can slowly pat nearby
