GGuest UserThe service is very good, but the oxygen supply time is not 24 hours, it is from 7pm to 2am, and my friend suffered from severe altitude sickness. I didn't know these 2 points at the beginning, so I'm providing them for reference for friends in need.
The facilities are relatively new and the hygiene is good.

__M1599018****The room was spacious with an elegant and grand decor. The underfloor heating was very comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator available for use if needed. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was also generous with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was quite substantial, offering a good variety including butter tea and coffee.

There are many parking spaces downstairs, and the location is very good. There are food and milk tea on the street outside, and it is also convenient to order takeout. It is the most convenient hotel on National Highway 318.

GGuest UserThe double room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but many problems occurred during our stay. First of all, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. We had already read a comment about this, but we went to check and they gave some excuse. There was no electric kettle available, and the hot water in the shower didn't last long. The TV didn't work, and once again they invented an excuse to justify it. Compensations were made to alleviate the problems (they brought us bread and yak milk on the first day, but not on the second day; and they gave us a box of incense as an apology for the TV), but the overall experience was not good, especially considering the price we were paying.

My child was suffering from severe altitude sickness, so we just looked at two and booked them right away, eager to check in as soon as possible. The handsome guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful. They even provided an extra oxygen concentrator that we had purchased but didn't have. The only thing that needs improvement is the room cleanliness; hopefully, they'll clean it thoroughly after guests check out! There was road construction in front of the hotel when we checked in, which was a bit of a downer, but it should be fine once the construction is finished!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the service was good. We booked a single room, but upon check-in, we found the drain was clogged. The owner immediately upgraded us to a standard room. After changing rooms, we found trash in the bedside table that hadn't been disposed of. The owner noticed and promptly cleaned it up and apologized to us. However, the standard room only had one pair of slippers; there were no disposable slippers, and no toothpaste either.
