__M1599018****The room was spacious with an elegant and grand decor. The underfloor heating was very comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator available for use if needed. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was also generous with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was quite substantial, offering a good variety including butter tea and coffee.

__WeChat23843****The service is very good, but the oxygen supply time is not 24 hours, it is from 7pm to 2am, and my friend suffered from severe altitude sickness. I didn't know these 2 points at the beginning, so I'm providing them for reference for friends in need.

GGuest UserThe room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!

GGuest UserThe double room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but many problems occurred during our stay. First of all, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. We had already read a comment about this, but we went to check and they gave some excuse. There was no electric kettle available, and the hot water in the shower didn't last long. The TV didn't work, and once again they invented an excuse to justify it. Compensations were made to alleviate the problems (they brought us bread and yak milk on the first day, but not on the second day; and they gave us a box of incense as an apology for the TV), but the overall experience was not good, especially considering the price we were paying.

There is no smell in the room, the hygiene is very clean, the big bed is very comfortable to sleep, oxygen and floor heating are newly installed, super powerful, oxygen opens the room relative altitude can drop to about 2800, There are also a lot of food around the hotel, and she will definitely not step on the pit when choosing her home.

MM329231****The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. We booked a single room, but upon check-in, we found the drain was clogged. The owner immediately upgraded us to a standard room. After changing rooms, we found trash in the bedside table that hadn't been disposed of. The owner noticed and promptly cleaned it up and apologized to us. However, the standard room only had one pair of slippers; there were no disposable slippers, and no toothpaste either.
