GGuest UserThe owner was very welcoming and met us on the way.
The room was very spacious and bright, with two windows offering a direct view of the beautiful scenery, including Mount Kailash. It was so relaxing to sit on the tatami mat by the window and enjoy the view. Coming back from a tiring day felt so relaxing! The owner helped me find a guide for a motorcycle ride, which was truly thrilling and offered the best views. It was totally worth it. I loved this place.
The people here are so simple and welcoming.
I'll definitely come back in the future... Thank you for all the wonderful experiences.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are very new and comprehensive, and they even offer diffused oxygen supply. Excellent! 👍👍
Hygiene: It was clean and well-maintained, meeting basic expectations. Good. 👍
Environment: It's located directly on G318 National Highway. However, Litang is undergoing extensive road construction everywhere, so the hotel entrance area was quite dusty, which slightly detracted from the experience. Disappointing. 😡
Service: Service was standardized and generally acceptable. The unlimited bottled water supply was a nice bonus. The hotel breakfast, in particular, was impressive – plentiful and varied, exceeding my expectations. Thumbs up! 👍
However, the room I was assigned this time faced the main road, and the window soundproofing wasn't great, which did impact my sleep a bit. 😅 If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I'd highly recommend requesting a room facing away from the main road in advance for a more comfortable stay. Good tip! 👌
I must give a huge shout-out to Hanting's laundry room service! The commercial-grade washer and dryer units were incredibly efficient and easy to use. Highly recommended! 👍👍
There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, for my first stay at a Hanting hotel, the experience was quite positive. ❤️

__WeChat289883****This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, convenient for both attractions and the shopping district. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, and even offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I felt completely relaxed the moment I lay down. It was incredibly quiet at night, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries had a refreshing scent.
Check-out was equally smooth, and the staff proactively asked about my stay, which was incredibly heartwarming. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

3300135****There was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

UuuuuuzzzzzzzService: Very welcoming, they taught us a lot about local culture and things to do. You can have dinner at the restaurant, and the hot pot is excellent! 😄
Cleanliness: We were so happy to find such a clean homestay in Zeba Village.
Amenities: It can get quite cold at night, but the room was equipped with an electric blanket, which was a great touch! 😊
Environment: Zeba's secret area is truly beautiful. If we had more time, we would have stayed a few days longer. Zeba is even more beautiful in July and August.

MM32939****I stayed in the Luoci Suite, which was very distinctive. It was a renovation of a local ******* house. The first floor was a museum, and the second floor was the room. The living environment was very good. What impressed me most was that the ******* owner of the house was very welcoming. He cooked hot pot with us in the suite at night, invited us to drink butter tea, and took us to visit their own hut the next morning. He invited us to have ******* breakfast and taught us how to eat tsampa. If you go there during the summer vacation, you can meet their daughter, who is on summer vacation. She is very generous and a very warm and lovely ******* girl.

MM479740****It's truly unexpected to find a hotel like this in Genyen! The service and facilities are first-rate. The rooms are brand new and not smelling like renovations. They're very clean, and there's a washing machine and dryer, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk lady, Jiang Jiang, was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Ms. Zhuoma even helped with our luggage. The snacks are excellent, the breakfast is incredibly thoughtful, and the rooftop photos are fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserThe boss and the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. They upgraded our oxygen room for free when we checked in, and also gave us souvenirs. They also gave us bread, biscuits and milk for breakfast. The service was really great, and the hotel was very clean, super great!
