The host speaks perfect English, and together with his lovely family they hosted us with love and took care of everything as if we were their family, including driving and accompanying us to the bus and making sure we got on the right bus. The hotel is beautiful with a great common space and lots of musical instruments and good vibes. The rooms are huge and clean and luxurious. The location is perfect too. It's worth coming to Litang just for their wonderful hospitality!"

L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok."

It's very close to the temple. You can climb the mountain. The scenery is beautiful. The room is a bit cold, but there is an electric blanket. Because we couldn't find the location of the homestay, the uncle came out to pick us up and helped to park the car. His driving skills are very good. The uncle and aunt are very enthusiastic. I stayed in bed late in the morning and got up late. I was ready to go out for lunch at 13 o'clock. I didn't expect that the aunt would leave breakfast for us, which was specially heated and sent to us. She also planned the route to Tibet for us and told us to pay attention to safety. By the way, the breakfast is very rich, and the recipes of butter tea, buns, porridge, side dishes, etc. are changed according to the season. Many big stars such as Fan Bingbing, Duan Yihong, and Nicholas Tse have checked in. Of course, the unique design style and garden loft have also attracted many tourists to check in and take pictures, but the uncle and aunt never actively market and promote, which I can't stand... It's really a treasure homestay, I will come again next time!"

"The room wasn't big, or more accurately, it was a tatami mat, not a bed. It had air conditioning, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. The bathroom was small, and while it had a smart toilet, it was a bit dated. Cleanliness was average, with debris and hair on the hallway and floor. A simple breakfast was provided. The location was okay, near the old street."

"First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on. Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient. I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself... The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table. The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water. The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on."

"We stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel."
