"This is a very pleasant homestay and I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Litang. Tsering is a most welcoming host. She is bilingual Chinese-Tibetan and she was born here. She is warm-hearted, bubbly and always wants you to have a great stay in Litang. She helped me get to the horse races on time, and gave me lots of advice on how to spend my time here. She prepares breakfast in the morning (either Chinese or *******, you can choose). Also, I had ran out of clean clothes and she offered to wash my clothes in her washing machine and handled all the drying and everything, and even delivered it to my door! I could not believe it. She is a great and kind person, quite funny as well. The amenities are new, everything is clean spic and span. The location is within a walking distance of the city centre. Honestly, what do you want more, at such a reasonable price?"

"We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed in a cozy ******* style room and also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and well equipped, even supplying an oxygen machine that one could use in case of feeling altitude sickness. The hotel is run by a very lovely family who made our stay in Litang a great experience. The host spoke really good english, kindly showed us around Litang and it's most popular sites. Additionally we were able to explore the surrounding nature as we spent an afternoon mushroom picking together in the forest with the host and his friends. The host also supported us on our onward journey. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Litang, we felt very welcome and supported."

"The environment is OK, very clean, the service attitude is also very good, the front desk lady has been running up and down to help us solve the problem, but the heating is really not hot, and there is a floor heating area~ there is less than two flat at the door, and there is no air conditioning, the room has not been warming up, cold to death, And the machine that is supported is very rubbish. "Before arriving in Litang, I didn’t expect that there is such a lovely hostel located in the center of this small town. Also greeted with the host, he kindly recommended what to do, where to go and showing me the 30 year-old ******* style hostel building. Really appreciate his generosity during my short stay there. This hostel is also very friendly to international travelers like us, since there is sitting toilet(rare in China) and host also speaks English! "We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! "We stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel."

"First of all, I want to praise the handsome guy at the front desk who is always available and responsive to your requests. We booked a deluxe suite, which has plenty of room and provides oxygen from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am the next day. There is floor heating, please contact the front desk to turn it on. Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient. I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself... The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table. The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water. The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on."
